Three months delivery time but we are very pleased with the settee which is the second one we have purchased from Neptune. Disappointed however that one of the brackets was broken and we are awaiting a replacement.

After having phoned to be told by the assistant that they had two bar stools available in the sale when I drove up 90 miles was told they had unfortunately sold one and I could have only one and had to purchase a new one how very disappointing especially when I was told they had two available and they would out my name on them no customer service unlike the york branch when they could not do enough for me as I do buy a lot from Neptune in the past I am going to collect the other stool on Saturday at the Belfast branch but will not be visiting it after that

Ordered garden lanterns which were in stock to be delivered to Putney as a gift. Delivery cost £50.It took just over a week for them to be delivered, and the glass in one lantern was broken.Very disappointed with the slowness of delivery given the cost, and the lack of care somewhere along the line.

I have purchased one of Neptune’s battery operated lamps incase we have power cuts this winter.I am delighted with the light output but not surprised that it is so stylish, because everything produced by Neptune is!

Went to Guildford to buy a wedding present but I didn’t have a clue. Neptune Guildford staff were brilliant in helping me choose – brand ambassadors and delightful, not pushy like some shops. I will return.

Neptune have high end quality furniture but in my experience every time we had a delivery the itemWent back because it was faulty. We ended up having 4 units and even the 4th one was faulty, so someone had to come out to fix it. We ordered a dining table and now tbt is faulty so we are waiting for Neptunes to get back to us to see what happens next. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I spent some time looking around the Neptune store in Tonbridge and bought a lampshade, I also talked to Rosie about various fabrics and the Lottie sofa as well as beds. I asked Rosie lots of questions and she could not have been more kind, helpful or pleasant. Lovely shop and excellent staff.

Ordered Edinburgh lamp table from the Cheltenham store. A reliable quick service, table arrived on day and time organised by Neptune. Am really pleased with the table and already had compliments on how it looks. Thanks Neptune.

My furniture was delivered promptly, communication was excellent, the outdoor sofa and coffee table are beautiful so I couldn’t be more delighted. I know from experience that Neptune garden furniture is really robust, hard wearing, can live outside all year round and still look great many years later, Thank you Neptune!

Extremely pleased with my framed pictures, excellent quality and stylish design.However, there have been delays and uncertainty on delivery times on my recent orders and feel the service levels have fallen a little short of what I’d reasonably expect from Neptune!

Expensive for tester paints and delivery time was extremely slow. Took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered.

Well, we have visited Neptune in Cheltenham on many occasions over the past 2 years and purchased a great cross section of items. Without fail on every visit we are warmly welcomed and all the team in the store are friendly and very knowledgeable. Our most recent visit was no exception.One of the beauties of the Neptune store is the whole way it is merchandised, you can take time, if you want, to brouse and get inspiration and ideas from the room sets and colours used. Neptune regularly update and change their store look so there are always fresh ideas on display to consider.The standard of customer service in all respects, even if there is a very rare hi-cup cannot be surpassed and must be the envy of others in the industry. I ordered moss and cactus paint samples – turned out Cactus was too dark, and Moss appeared more grey than Green. So went to the Reading branch, and just decided to buy 5 litres of Sage without trying it on. Got home, the first brush strokes I wanted to cry, I hated it! My husband painted a larger portion of the wall and the following morning, I began to like it more, as time passed, I was glad I bought it because it didn’t make the room dark, but I am happy we made the blind decision. Really pleased, now I have to worry about decor, that would enhance the colour.

I was very disappointed with my Neptune experience. This was my first time ordering from them. When the bed was ready for delivery the delivery company was only able to deliver to my address on one day per week (Wednesday) which made coordinating for work challenging. On two occasions the delivery was booked and did not arrive due to delays with other deliveries however I was not informed of this and had to ring them to get an update. There was no proactive support in getting me my item. When it finally arrived it looked very badly handled and all the boxes were damaged. The bed itself had 2 scratches and a crack on the right post. Neptune did not respond when I reached out about this. While I still like the style, the stress of the experience made me not want to order from Neptune ever again

Ordered two bar stools and chose to have then painted black. The product is excellent quality and it was well packaged to avoid damage. On the day of purchasing I was given a price plus £50 for delivery , the latter being I thought rather excessive. I paid and came away with my order and receipt. A couple of days later I received a phone call to say that I had been incorrectly charged and that I owed a further £90. I had been under charged by £140 and also I shouldn’t have been charged for delivery resulting in the £90 deficit. A computer error was blamed. My first reaction was to cancel but I really wanted these stools so paid the extra. I am left with the feeling of not knowing if I was charged the correct price and also should I have paid delivery or not? My feeling is that if Neptune enter into an agreement with me and give a receipt for an amount of money then that should be honoured, any mistake on their part should be borne by them.Such a shame as I absolutely love their stores and their products.

Chloe and James the installation manager together could not have been more helpful, always clearly communicating every detail ensuring it was stress free and enjoyable. I have had many visits to Neptune, York as this is my favourite store. The furniture and accessories are well made and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful, always making one welcome. It doesn’t matter how small or large the item is, the customer always comes first.

I can only review the paint from Neptune as at the moment this is the only thing that I have purchased from them. Delivery is slow 7 to 10 days on the paint. The quality is good as is the coverage, The emulsion is better than the eggshell. Customer service is good. The only downside is that they do not do eggshell in anything less than a 2.5 litre tin which unless you want to paint the whole house (approx 30sqm) is unnecessary. I wanted to order some more paint for other rooms but with minimal woodwork this size is too big and would be wasteful as well as expensive. Most if not all paint companies offer a 0.75 l tin but not Neptune. Love the colours but I will get them mixed at Dulux so I can get the eggshell(s) I require,

I was unhappy with the delivery. We paid a lot of money for delivery for UPS to only try to deliver it once and then I had to travel 6 miles to pick it up myself.

We are very pleased with our Neptune kitchen and utility room. The initial planning and design was done by Chloe Locherty (Chesham branch) who took on board our wish list and ideas and worked with us in producing a design that really does work. James Daly worked well with our builder, plumber and electrician to plan the installation around public holidays and our other commitments. A special mention also has to be made for the installer, Anthony Mann. His attention to detail was second to none and resulted in a kitchen that everyone who has seen it commenting on the fit and finish. We did have a bit of a hiccup with a couple of aspects of the worktop fitting, but James got those sorted out in very short measure. Overall, getting both kitchen and utility room done at the same time was a challenging process. However, we certainly felt that Neptune were part of the overall team. We would definitely recommend them.

I have just had my kitchen completed by Neptune Colchester. I had the guiding hand of Rebekah who led me patiently through the options and very tolerant with my changing of mind over areas, always caring and thoughtful. I also had the help of Debbie who again was so kind and nothing was too much trouble . I now have a stunningly designed kitchen. All the girls in the showroom were so attentive . Overall an excellent experience. Thank you.

Bit annoyed I placed an order for a garden table in June and it was delivered to me the 1st week of October!The delivery men were great. I can’t fault them at all.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a store for a long time . Welcoming, amazing service which was consistent on our next visit . And of course the product and displays were super inspiring . My mum ( who is 88 ) had her first visit and was bowled over and is now a Neptune convert . Toby and all the staff were amazing .

Great product. Dreadful customer service around delivery of console table. Waited in for half a day as agreed, but Neptune did not turn up on agreed day and no-one took ownership of the issues and helped us. Customer service team kept pushing me onto the ‘bookings’ team – no-one was interested although we subsequently found out they had given us the wrong delivery date. No follow-up, no apology. Nothing.

We came to Neptune for some help on the colour paletter for our new (old) house. In particular, we needed help with the lounge, which had a large original fireplace which was a feature, but not a pretty one. Shannon, one of the Interior Designers was a superstar. She helped us with the colour palette and the layout, creating beautiful mood boards that inspired us. Once we had the vision, it was easy to bring it to life – we got the walls painted, then Shannon & the team arranged for the furniture we had chosen to be delivered and placed in situ.It was a super service from start to finish – I think paying £350 to have an expert help you choose colours and design the layout of a tricky room – is so worthwhile. You then have confidence to bring it to life. We absolutely LOVE it now and can’t thank Shannon & the team enough.

The first item I bought was flawed, but Neptune sent me a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. The replacement also had an inclusion flaw in the glass, but nowhere near as bad as the first. I couldn’t bring myself to go back again, so I will put it into service. Hopefully it will be fine.

After designing much of the updates to our home, we wanted some fresh ideas, so we engaged Neptune to create a design for our long, rectangular living room. Although we have numerous Neptune items in our home, this was the first time we engaged their designers, and we have to say Julia and Lucy were both very professional with excellent vision and offered the “finishing touches” when the main items were selected.While we awaited the delivery of the furniture, communication was excellent and kept us up to date with everything.Overall, a superb and efficient experience and one I would highly recommend.

Clear information about delivery and a personalised service. The delivery arrived bang on time and the deliverer could not have been more helpful. All packaging removed and taken with clear instructions as to what to do in the event that we were not entirely satisfied with the product.

We have recently used Vicky from the Neptune interior design service at the Knutsford store. She was brilliant, designing the layout of the room and choosing fabrics, colours, furniture etc that we are absolutely delighted with.
