Love love love this store! Warm, welcoming and sooo relaxing. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They are total experts in home design and styling. I have had the expertise of Debbie and Mandy doing exactly this for me personally! Such a lovely fun time has been had! Definitely recommend Neptune full stop!!10 stars needed!

We were delighted with the work that Eva did for us on our living room and kitchen. Eva helped us understand the different materials and approaches we could use for what we were trying to achieve, and presented us with excellent designs. Communication was good throughout. Eva helped us transform our home and we are very happy with the end result.

It pays to see before you buy. After seeing this stool in the showroom and being able to sit on one, we knew it would make a useful addition to our kitchen.Smooth and shaped for comfort.

Went to the bath store yesterday to look at the Xmas decorations. Everything was well presented which helped us to envisage it in our own house and staff were very helpful. Store was very clean and staff clearly take pride in it. They gave me a review card which has brought me here today to write this, but would’ve left this review regardless due to my very positive experience there.

I have received fantastic customer service today. Sarah was not only super kind and helpful, but she went into such details with me about the bespoke piece I was after. She draw everything so fast on piece of paper with all the dimensions and possible variations for the space this piece should fit in. It was all so clear that I left with a clear vision and with great satisfaction. Her recommendations about the colour and what could work in the space or not, which accessories to have or not, it was all very valuable.Big thank you Sarah and Farnham team! I will be back 🙂

Laura, Neptune Hove’s lovely kitchen designer, was super-helpful and super-patient while we chopped and changed our minds over a tricky design for a small kitchen. I feel very lucky to live so near to this beautiful store with friendly and very helpful staff.I’ve just been to a moodboard course run by Neptune designer Leila. She is clearly very talented and knowledgeble and the course was fantastic. In fact it was so good that I’m planning to go to the next one! Michael, Leila and all the staff are great. My mum and I love going both to browse and shop and to their excellent courses.

Happy with items purchased but found delivery expensive and slow which is the reason I haven’t given more stars. Well packaged and recyclable packaging so this was a plus but other options for delivery at a lower cost would have made experience better especially as the service was no better than any other delivery company and the item was dropped into my damp smelly bin. Not the fault of Neptunes and like I said previously, I was happy with my items

I absolutely love visiting the Colchester Neptune store! The presentation of the room displays are always so beautiful and inspiring and all of the staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful! I had the pleasure of attending the Christmas store event last week which certainly didn’t disappoint, the store looked stunning, it definitely got me into the Christmas spirit! The worse customer experience I have received in many years. Delivery arrived on 24th October straight away driver said missing items due to warehouse move and forgotten to load on the van. Rang customer services straight away and they treated it as a joke had to ring back on 26th October as no one had contacted me. spoke to Txxx who found it hilarious and offered no help. I escalated a complaint and received a call from Jamie CS Leader saying he had sorted the redelivery for 3rd November, he promised to monitor on the day and give me a call after. Text received to say delivery between 06:28 & 09:28, didn’t arrive so called Jamie at 12:12 and he didn’t have a clue who I was despite calling me a week earlier and promising to monitor, explained situation and he said he would call me straight back and never has!!! Raised to John Sims-Hilditch on 4th November NO RESPONSE, chased again 8th November STILL NO RESPONSE. Totally disgusted with the lack of service I have received.

Absolutely delighted with our new Neptune kitchen. having finally emerged from an unexpected lengthy and wildly complicated refurbishment of our grade 2 listed property, I can honestly say that the kitchen design and installation have been the easiest and most pleasant part of the whole experience. The end result is absolutely beautiful and works very well in the small space due to Claire from the Colchester and Cambridge stores design expertise. Thanks to James and his team for the flexibility around installation dates which were delayed numerous times due to LBC and for the beautiful finish they have created.

I think the £100 delivery charge is a complete rip-off considering how much the furniture is, it’s put me off buying Neptune.

We worked with Florence to design our home. Florence dedicated time to answer queries and supported us throughout our journey and has left us with a wonderful space for us to enjoy. She really captured our style and challenged our thinking, we really loved working with Neptune and will be using design services again!

Our experience of Neptune’s “bespoke” service has been a complete disaster. Parts missing, incorrect parts delivered, errors in assembly, failure to deliver to the agreed design brief, components delivered in mismatching shades of paint now requiring a complete on site hand repaint. What should have taken a single delivery and single assembly visit has (so far) taken four deliveries of components, three visits by the assembly team, one visit by painter cancelled, one visit by painter a “no show” and we currently await a resheduled visit by the painter to complete the job. No, this wasn’t a complete kitchen fit but a single, fairly modest, free standing, open fronted bookcase. They have charged top dollar for a rubbish service (unfortunately I paid up front) and the quality of materials is not high. On the positive side, everyone at Neptune we have had contact with has without exception been helpful, charming and polite. Would I ever buy from Neptune again – No. Could I ever recommend anyone to buy from Neptune – No ……but go ahead, you could have more luck than we have had.

I could not recommend buying a kitchen from Neptune more highly. Katy’s design was excellent, the team’s patience with our endless questions, concerns and changes of mind was super impressive and the installation went better than we could have hoped. But all that would be as nothing if we didn’t like the end result. We don’t like it, we love it. We had heard tales of how nightmarish purchasing and fitting a high end kitchen can be; all we can say is they went to the wrong place!

Ordered samples from Neptune, Farrow & Ball, and Little Greene/PPL on the same day. F&B arrived the next day, Little Greene the next day. Had to chase Neptune and they took a week and a half

I have tried to see a Long Island Dining Chair with a view to ordering them BUT no one in Neptune knows where there is one, not even head office know.I have even tried to contact the CEO with no luck.At least 8 months I have been trying, I really should give up but I really like the look of them.What an absolute joke of a company!

I ordered callicarpa stems online at a reduced price. I had already seen them instore and was pleased that they didn’t disappoint on receipt. The website and ordering was easy, but the delivery charge was more than other similar online stores. The package delivered was so ridiculously oversized for what I ordered, extremely wasteful and unnecessary. It could have been sent in compact, protective box a fifth of the size, as I have received similar faux stems from other luxury online companies.

Such helpful ladies in Chiswick store; took everything off the beautifully laid table so that I could open out the extension and have a good look. Really relaxed and helpful store. Ordered online on the Tuesday and table arrived Friday, all assembled in 10 minutes. We’re really pleased with it, thank you.

I have made several purchases over the last 10 years, but more recently the prices have increased dramatically. I wanted to purchase a larger item this week (over £1000) and had come to terms with the increase in price but then realised that a delivery charge of £100 has been introduced, I can’t deny this feels a step too far. I love Neptune furniture but sadly this has put me off.

As we are away for most of December we are trying to get Christmas organised, so we were particularly grateful that the perfect tree was available and able to be delivered in October. Staff as ever could not be more helpful and the tree itself looks fantastic.

Last minute change by UPS on delivery. However, failed to deliver on that date and no communication despite my efforts. A wasted days leave!
