We have enjoyed such a wonderful experience creating artwork over the last 4 weeks with Miranda. The Neptune setting and atmosphere were the perfect backdrop for the relaxing and mindful creativity Miranda taught. We will be back for more.

Used the design service to create a whole new room. The consultation visit was great fun and the final result exceeded expectation, the designer really captured what we wanted and it feels so comfortable and our style but so much better executed. Customer service really good. Delivery day was great!

Art class with Miranda Carter at Neptune. Absolutely fantastic, so creative, easy to follow, great results! Really enjoyed the relaxation of creating art in such a lovely setting. Miranda was on hand to help but also allowed us to explore our own ideas. Thankyou!

We ordered two Buckland picture shelves in oak. Delighted with the look we have achieved by staggering their position above our Chichester sideboard. Really easy to fit and we were able to collect from Swindon. Thanks Neptune

First class staff wanting to deliver the kitchen design we wanted. Overall the team combined from design to fit out and resolve snags really well and we are delighted with the outcome. Lovely staff who were very helpful. We ordered the clock and within 7 days we were notified that it was in the shop.Perfectly packaged. Nothing too much trouble for them.

The shop is over/priced. We have bought three items which were all returned as flawed. These items were considerably dearer than our usual purchases and of inferior quality.

Beautiful extra large white Christmas tree ornament. bought. Love them! Easy to use website. The York store is fabulous. All of the products are beautifully displayed. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

The bar stools we bought were expensive but fantastic quality and very comfortable (5*). The length of time from purchase (early June) to delivery (November) was terrible (3*). They originally said September and then delay, delay, delay. The first day they didn’t tell us about until we called up. To take over £2k knowing they wouldn’t deliver isn’t good. Better to take a deposit and rest due on delivery.

Visited yesterday with my friend what a lovely place , made to feel welcome by staff allowed to walk around at our own speed , no hassle no questions we had a lovely time . Staff very approachable and helpful answering our questions we brought some lovely pieces and will return soon .

I recently bought some paint from Neptune Chiswick. I paid over the phone and parked outside and the manager Will came out to my car to deliver it to me. I was very impressed with the level of service. I would recommend this store to my friends.

Paid for a design service to help us maximise the storage and usability of our small kitchen area but was deeply disappointed with the service and result. Each iteration took ages to be produced only to provide ‘solutions’ that either couldn’t fit or didn’t really solve our problem or address our requirements. We really didn’t feel we were being given any design expertise and ended up deciding we were better doing it ourselves.There also seemed to be an assumption that once we’d paid for a design service, we were ‘hooked’ and wouldn’t question any of the pricing. Whereas we were fully prepared to pay for quality cabinets and really liked the Neptune products, it became clear on inspection that their pricing was just ridiculous, such as £550 for a simple shelf!When we then realised that we would still need to separately organise and project manage all the removal/disposal of our old kitchen, tiling, electrics, plumbing and making good… we really had to wonder why we should even consider going with Neptune.

I came in initially to look at beds although did need to buy a new sofa but had put that off as i was unsure on fabric type, sofa size and accessories. Suzanne made the whole experience easy and relaxing. I want to say a big thank you to Suzanne for all her help.

Sample board evening. As always it was a lovely, relaxed, informative & very helpful evening of putting together my own sample board for a room I am looking to redecorate. Whenever I visit all the staff are always welcoming, friendly & very helpful.I cannot recommend Neptune Canterbury highly enough.

The Neptune products I have bought are fantastic quality and I’m so pleased with my purchases. Seamless buying experience, easy to purchase, kept up to date with delivery days/times and the delivery men were great. Took their shoes off to walk on carpets and were very careful bringing my delivery in. Would recommend to anyone.

We love our new kitchen but we often had to chase Neptune to answer our questions. We were not happy with the company who supplied and fitted our worktops.We have an ongoing issue with a mis-sold appliance which is getting very frustrating.

We have been working with Florence from the Cheltenham store for a number of months now in the design of a new home and she is amazing. She is so calm and professional but so friendly and oozes enthusiasm. She has come up with the most wonderful ideas and plans for us and things we would never have thought of. She was on site for all the delivery and made the house look incredible. The delivery team were fantastic too – nothing was too much trouble. Definitely made the right decision to use Neptune.

This is such a lovely store to visit. The staff are so welcoming and friendly you feel right at home, and what a beautiful home it would be. There’s lots of inspiration in the room sets and expert styling. Even if you’re not looking for furniture it’s well worth a trip.

We used the interior design service for our bedroom. Vicky has done a fantastic job helping us to redesign the space, advising on both the big decisions such as colours and furniture to the smaller decisions such as cushions, throws, artwork. We’re delighted with the end result.

My order never arrived and so I contacted Neptune and without any bother I had my order resent! I was at a loss to where the original order went as it said it had been delivered! Neptune took me at my word and I’m very happy. Great service.

We have bought several furniture items from Neptune Cheltenham this year and we have been very happy with both the items and with the help provided by the staff and with the delivery. We will no doubt be looking forward to buying other items next year. Well done Neptune Cheltenham!

Never use these people again.Sent two expensive lamp stands by post without any protection. Arrived damaged beyond repair. Complete waste of time.Went to Cowshed Interiors instead. Soooo much better service.

Delivery was totally hassle free with the White Glove Service unpacking and building the dining table in position.Customer services very helpful and easy to contact.Quality of table is excellent! Love it!

The biswell stool arrived colour was not as described! And I didn’t realize they was a whole in the top, so wasn’t for me ! But after paying £50 for delivery ( so expensive) you had no record of my delivery, so I rang the local branch and they said they would get back to me but didn’t!!!! So I physically had to return this heavy item myself!!! No apologies, not what I would expect from you!!

I ordered a pair of ornaments with a five day delivery. The order was late and the delivery date kept changing when I checked the UPS tracking service. Whilst the problem seemed to be the fault of UPS, Neptune were unable to get the problem resolved. I would expect a premium brand to be able to influence their chosen carrier if that carrier is failing to meet service levels. As a result I experienced unnecessary stress as I needed the delivery to reach me by a certain date.
