The furniture is really great - our two linen chairs are super comfortable and practical with removable covers. And staff are always pleasant and helpful. What needs improvement is the communication between the shops, whoever organises delivery and customers. We had date and time changes texted at the last minute with no discussion which caused some real headaches.

I like the quality of Neptune products I not so sure about website it says collect but you have to call to do that my last experience of talking to a store directly was they didn’t know what they were doing.I now have items on delayed order not available until march hope that the items become available

Well packaged Belmont Jar meant it survived a 500 mile journey to Scotland ! Likewise the Lulworth server and the copious Rosemary and Thyme products. I could not love Neptune more !!!

I bought a beautiful woollen throw (Auburn) from Neptune and am delighted. Really pleased with the quality and the design is lovely. Appears to be reversible, with one side showing stronger colours. I purchased in the sale with a good reduction and am now tempted to buy the cushion to match, especially if it appears in the sale. Once again thank you for the great service Neptune.

Always love treating myself to something from Neptune and when I was gifted a Voucher for a Christmas present I couldn't wait to spend it. I purchased a bedspread which was in the sale so it was an absolute bargain and the quality (as always with a Neptune purchase) was excellent value for money.

Visited Neptune for the first time as my wife and I had been advised to visit by friends. Very impressed by the store, design and products. We were greeted by Emily who was very helpful and polite, making a good impression. Although we bought a couple of smaller items, we are planning renovations so will be back for furniture. Kitchens also look of very high quality. Please thank Emily for her time and patience with our many questions!

The team could not be more helpful Tracy the manager runs a very professional team , Imogen along with Emily are always enthusiastic and incredibly helpful their knowledge of the products is brilliant and nothing is to much trouble . Neptune at Colchester is one of my go to stores . It’s always been an enjoyable experience, and I’m fortunate because each visit I’ve received outstanding service from the home specialist Sally . She is the most helpful , polite and friendly professional individual . Her knowledge of products and Neptune is excellent. She is an asset to the company and makes the visit an experience . First day out in months since breaking my ankle and what an uplifting experience it was at Neptune Edgebaston. Having to get around on crutches wasn’t a problem as each room was very spacious and a joy to sit in and be filled with inspiration. All the ladies that work there were very helpful and nothing too much trouble ,I came away with plenty of bargains from the reduced items so a very enjoyable visit, thank you!

We purchased a Henley hand painted kitchen in January 2020 and from the start had problems with the paint finish and fitting of the cabinets. The paintwork began to chip almost immediately and as two elderly people it hardly has much wear and tear. We complained through our provider and they kindly came out , but nothing from Neptune themselves, just a can of paint to touch up ourselves!.. The bin unit constantly comes off its fittings, I cannot turn the corner unit and now the freezer door is coming away The paint finish is appalling and almost every edge is chipped showing a white finish underneath. We have had several painted bespoke kitchens before from other providers and never had this problem, I would never recommend this product to anyone. We complained again in October as the cabinets are now so badly chipped, nothing back from Neptune, so in addition to a product not fit for purpose we can add terrible customer service to the list. This is not a criticism of our local store that provided the kitchen only Neptune who seem to have no interest now the product has left their factory

Three stars is an average. My experience was five stars for the in-shop service (Winchester), the customer care over the phone ahead of delivery, and the lovely sofa itself. But the delivery was disappointing. Setting aside the pretentiousness of "white glove" in the description, I got the 30 minutes away call that was meant for another customer. Having made my way home it was another two hours before they turned up.

I love Neptune and have always had outstanding service at the Edgbaston store where they really cannot do enough for you. HOWEVER, two out of the three times I have ordered online, the courier (UPS) have left the parcel on my front door mat in full view of anyone passing by and today in the pouring rain, despite clear instructions to leave it with a neighbour. While I appreciate that that this is not strictly Neptune's fault, I was not impressed with the response I got on the online chat, in which I was told that my concerns would be passed on to the courier and that perhaps I should have my deliveries sent elsewhere or order for collection next time. Erm - is this a luxury brand or not?! This is the second time I have had to inconvenience a relative to go and collect my parcel from the doorstep so that it did not sit there in all weather conditions from 9.20am until after 5.00pm. Really Neptune, perhaps you should review your particular courier (as you say yourself, they don't always read the delivery instructions!), instead of placing the onus on your customers!

I cannot praise Canterbury Neptune highly enough! Rachel went above and beyond helping my husband and me choose two Hanley lamps and then the shades, Oliver in flint. She was extremely patient and very knowledgable about the product. We wish all shopping experiences were like Neptune in Canterbury.

Customer experience in store was poor - such limited flexibility in handle choices became an additional effort, time and cost from us during the buying process - we've seen this done much better elsewheere. And considering the value of the purchase, for such insignificant additional cost, the customer experience potential was lost. Then no comms at all after leaving store until the day before delivery - email updates on status of the delivery process is so easy to do and would have helped us plan work schedules. Then c2 months post delivery we receive a call telling us to collect the replacement hinges - no recognition at all for the late comms on this, no suggestion on delivering these and no information on how these would be installed. We would have purchased the bureau as well but after this experience, we chose another bespoke provider.

Chloe and Harriet designed two rooms for us in 2022. They transformed an old converted garage into a reading room, installing Chawton furniture, new blinds, furniture and accessories. We were so pleased with the results that we asked them to come and redesign our living room too. Chloe and Harriet were fantastic at bringing together colours and accessories to really make the room feel cosy and we love spending time in it.Throughout the process they kept us posted on delivery times and they were on hand on the day to supervise the deliveries and installation, which made it stress free.We are really happy with both the quality of service and goods received and would recommend Neptune to others.

Neptune has been a total let down this time. It was great once when we bought some chairs but I got a table this time and it has been awful. Bought table to be delivered to a store for collection (lots of delivery issues lately so didn’t want to risk it). Table was not delivered on the agreed date, not again on the second agreed date. Delivered finally after a delay. Collected it only to find a piece missing when I got home. Called immediately to highlight the issue. Piece is nowhere to be found. This was my husband’s Christmas present, which up to date hasn’t materialised.Emailed customer service, they are looking for the piece and next table is coming end of January/February.For the price I paid, I expected this to be flawless. This was MY present to my husband.

Happy with product but ordered in September for October delivery but they didn’t arrive until mid December. Unfortunately there was no communication so I ended up having to chase a couple of times just to be told they had been let down by their supplier. I think I should have been contacted when the original due date wasn’t achieved.

I ordered a wardrobe, bed linen, a mattress and a sheepskin rug for my bedroom last month. Everything arrived just before Christmas and the two guys were fantastic putting it all together and getting it up the staircase. They took all the rubbish away too. Beautiful quality furniture, it really will last it is so well made. Also best night sleep I have had in a very long time, the bed linen is such beautiful quality, and what an amazing mattress. Really pleased! Thank you for fantastic quality, design and service

From the moment we visited the beautiful store in Bristol to choose our new dining chairs, to the moment they arrived as scheduled, we were kept updated. Although the Albertine bed linen fabric quality is great but our king size fitted sheet is below standard. The elastic band around the edge hasn’t got any tension whatsoever. It makes fitted sheet felt very uncomfortable as it’s very loose. The size is far too big for Kingsize bed even though we have deep 35 cms mattress. It ceases up very easily and loosen once we lay in bed. Returned!

Many you for this opportunity, as I am as well going to email the FT W.E magazine who promoted these very much below standard hot water bottles! let me explain, the hot water bottle flat sides are stuck together, so can not be fill up properly, I must assume they are very old stock?? I bought 2, but I have managed to unstick one of the bottles by pushing the long end handle of a wooden, to open up the bottle, sadly for the other one it does not appear possible, without tearing the rubber!What can you do?

It has been a pleasure to deal with Shannon at the Weybridge store over ordering some Chesil limestone flooring and Elcot wall tiles for my new build house. All the ordering and deliveries have gone according to plan thanks to Shannon's attention to detail. I would thoroughly recommend the Weybridge store. They have been very helpful and answered all my questions. The customer service that I have received has been excellent from Shannon and the team.
