Thank you to all the team at Neptune Cheltenham for a very relaxing & enjoyable morning watching the cooking demonstration in store. And a thank you to Becky too of course for showing us how to prepare and cook a lovely tapas style lunch ( with a lot of ingredients I’ve not cooked with before ) and dessert. Didn’t realize we would be able to eat it too – a delicious & very nice surprise! And a goody bag of Neptune treats to take home too – thank you all so much for a lovely experience. Chantelle

Just popped in on my first visit to the designer weekend and received great service from the store leader Tracey and designer Chloe. The store is so beautiful with a relaxed ambience and the staff are lovely, I could have stayed for hours! I will be back to book a kitchen appointment very soon.

I recently purchased some hot water bottles as Christmas presents for my family. I also have one for myself. I cant tell you how amazing they are! The sheepskin keeps the water hot all night and is still warm when I wake up in the morning. A beautiful product which also helps save the heating bill. Bravo Neptune!

Recent visit to Canterbury was as lovely as ever. Fabulously friendly staff, great room displays showing lots of tempting things to buy and decorating ideas. A quality act.

The staff at the Knutsford store are all very friendly as we visit often. They offer great advice and are all really helpful apart from one member of staff, although to be fair we haven’t seen her on the last couple of occasions that we have visited and we usually visit once every two weeks.

Communication is poor. QR code on the receipt doesn’t link to the website so have to take a screenshot to find out information. Ordered a small table on 2/1/23, still no update despite saying delivery to store would be between 13th- 20th (now 22nd). Called store 3 times, no one picks up. Whilst the products look lovely, in a competitive market the distribution and delivery of products is poor compared to rivals. They need to up their game!

We visited the Wimbledon store today looking for a specific product. Gianni who helped us was incredible!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our queries and ordered products for delivery. Also neatly packaged goods for us that we purchase in store and gave great advice. It was such great customer service that we felt compelled to leave a review for Gianni! Extremely satisfied customers!

Good choice of ceramic Christmas goods. Delivery was slow but it wasn’t a problem as bought post Christmas so not urgent.. Very well packaged however 2 of the little houses had been very visibility chipped.

Fabulous items and customer service as always. I rang the shop as they were out of stock online and they had 2 so I purchased over the phone and they patiently waited for me to collect (I got delayed due to being ill!)

Great paint at great price. Prompt delivery as well. We have bought a number of things from Neptune and each experience has been excellent. When we had to deal with customer service the experience was prompt and great. The delivery guys were professional and polite. We will buy from Neptune again

The delivery was left in my drive on a snowy day. I was in because I was waiting for the delivery. Nobody rang the doorbell. I saw the box later on that day. As I am somewhat disabled, it was a struggle to bring the box inside. Luckily nothing was damaged.

I came into the Colchester store just before it was closing on a Sunday before Christmas with my daughter. The ladies were lovely, staying after closing time to order me an Albert 8ft Christmas Tree and then sorted out some drinking glasses as well. Excellent Customer Service, made my Christmas! Staff in store very helpful. We were kept fully up to date with regard to delivery of our items. The delivery crew were on time and were very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend.

The service provided by Neptune was excellent. From start to finish, we felt confident and assured about our kitchen plans. Patsy Williams was very personable and made us feel at ease during the kitchen design phase and throughout the process. When it came to site visits and the fitting of our kitchen etc, John Magnor was also friendly and easy to deal with, as was our wonderful kitchen fitter Toby. The whole process worked really well and we are delighted with the finished product which was the result of careful planning and quality of service by all representatives of Neptune involved in delivering our kitchen. Thank you all so much!

Great well made item. Fits 250g pat of (vegan) butter perfectly. Straightforward ordering. Delivery a bit slow and a few incorrect messages frpm neptune but still arrived in promised window

A beautiful and welcoming showroom of all their delightful pieces. It is perfectly laid out so that you can imagine what your rooms would look like. (I wish I could afford one of their kitchens!) 🙂 Exceptional customer service whether you buy a small or large item with no quibble for refunds. The staff go out of their way to help choose paints and find out info on other products. Customer service like this is rare… other companies take note!

The very caring people working at the Chesham store made our first experience of buying a new kitchen as easy as possible. Our kitchen designer Chloe was full of innovative suggestions to ensure that we were able to have the kitchen we have always wanted. The units were beautifully packed on arrival and expertly fitted into our tiny kitchen space by Anthony who despite challenges caused by the lack of space was constantly providing solutions to any issues that arose. I live the design and the finish of my Lulworth Gig bowls, plates and pasta dishes. The price was also good. However, one plate has already chipped in the dishwasher and the details said that as it was stoneware it would be hardier. The dishwasher was stacked carefully – there were three plates in the wash. We have had them for 9 days, so I am very disappointed with the lack of robustness despite the claims. Also wasn’t clear when the delivery would happen and then they came three days early, fortunately my son was in. So three stars for design and colour. But not as good a quality as I expected.

Great visit to Neptune in Chesham. I popped in to buy a gift and as always the customer service was above and beyond despite being very busy,Tracy,Emily and the team always greet you with a warm hello and a smile. I did witness a very rude customer, when Emily asked for her postcode, it’s beyond belive how rude some people are. Well done Emily for smiling through your ordeal, not sure everyone would of.

Good communication and very well packaged. Beautiful goods . This was an on line order as no store locally. Buying ‘blind ‘ as it were. The items were as beautiful as I hoped . One of the items was a set of 6 mugs that I loved the look of the shape and size . I wanted to get 12 but just ordered the one set incase they weren’t as nice as they looked . I’m so pleased that I have now ordered a second set.

Great double fitted sheet but delivered by UPS in a huge square box filled with brown paper and complete with ‘Fragile’ sticker. I was not impressed as I try to keep my recycling to a minimum.

Neptune products are always of the highest quality and class above its competitors. I ordered online the products were delivered within a week – very well packaged to protect the glass products inside. Overall great experience.

This is the second time I visited the Reading shop within a week and both times there was no interest what so ever from staff.Both times I entered the shop and said loud and clear hello there was no reaction from staff. They just continued chatting behind the till.I spend 45 minutes with my husband in there as we are planning a major renovation project. We have not once been approached by staff. When we looked intensively at one of their kitchen two staff members were present, continued chatting along and avoided eye contact.Neptune has beautiful furniture which we really like. However they do come with a price and some basic customer service is expected at this price range. You get better service at Ikea. Not sure I will return.

Unfortunately the items I required were out of stock and had a fairly long lead time for delivery. The team at Neptune made sure I was regularly kept updated on progress and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and helpfully.

So impressed with this lovely store. We bought a kitchen and it is so well made and the design service was top drawer. Jodie left no stone unturned and was not at all pushy but considered what was in our best interests. The after sales care was spot on too, something sadly lacking in so many businesses and yet so important. So good to have old fashioned customer service.

I bought some baubles in the sale which were beautiful. Unfortunately one of the baubles was damaged. I contacted customer service & they responded promptly & replaced the damaged item

I took the opportunity to buy some new framed art in the sale and I am really happy with it. Neptune always sell beautiful things. I am looking forward to the new season. I expect lots of new products as so many current items are being discontinued. Some smaller art pieces would be good.

Excellent service, order arrived very promptly, was surprised as what with the Christmas rush, expected it to take longer. My white Christmas trees are beautiful, exactly as described. They are now packed away for next year. I am really pleased with them. And highly recommend using Neptune.

Love their products.packaging brilliant. C Bought items for presents. The only problem was the ‘Carrier’ that they use. Never knew when it would arrive. Very poor delivery. The worst I have ever come across. Will think twice before ordering on line again. Luckily there is a Neptune in Bury St Edmunds so would prefer to go there in the future.

I am over the moon with my first on line purchase from Neptune.I had my eye on the white (Christmas) Belle Ceramic Angel and when this went into the sale I purchased both sizes for myself and am so pleased. These ceramic angels are gorgeous, A negative (for me) is considering there was relatively small items the box was enormous … way too big. I would like to see on the Neptune website a chance to leave an actual product review.As I was so pleased with my purchase I ordered the same items again (without any hesitation), especially as they were still on sale/in stock to give these adorable white ceramic angels as Christmas gifts. I’m sure I’ll buy again from Neptune.
