Was somewhat disappointed this time.Having been told delivery 7.30 – 9.30, was up and ready for headboard to arrive.It came at 14.30, then they were unable to fit it. The fixture didn’t fit our bed, nor were they willing/ able to fit to wall as requested. Luckily Son in Law fitted it with my Husband.

Our dream Suffolk kitchen is stunning, exactly what we had envisaged. We really did have the Neptune ‘Dream Team’ working on our project. A very big thank you to Hannah, John & Toby.By the time the kitchen was ready to be fitted we were at the end of a 6 month build project so it was such a relief for Neptune to come in at the end of what had been quite a stressful period. We are loving and enjoying our forever kitchen, thank you!

I ordered 2 divine Syon large serving bowls as gifts. They arrived so well packaged and are even more gorgeous than the online images. I was so taken with them that it was rather hard to part with them and I am now the owner of one myself. Exquisite tableware.Wonderful customer service too!

York shop dealt with my online order. Great comms and always great service. Keeping me up to date with what was happening and when delivery would be. It’s also a fabulous shop to browse. We take a trip there every time we travel to York. The staff are always very friendly and prepared to go the extra mile.. I was a fussy customer when trying to purchase glasses and wanted ones with lots of bubbles in the glass and the assistant opened another one for me to view. Until I was happy. Highly recommended.

I went to look at tables, and to buy some beautiful pasta bowls! Not only did I come away totally inspired by the lovely layout and super friendly and helpful team but ended up buying a collection of items to fill my new home. Can’t wait to shop again.

This was my first time ordering from Neptune and after a slight issue with my order, Neptune were completely on the ball to rectify it. Their customer service is just first class making ordering from them a complete pleasure. The products are quality and I know I will continue to buy from them in the future. My only negative is that there is no Neptune store in Scotland. Hint hint Neptune!! ?

I purchased a Long Island sofa covered in Chloe York Rose Belgian linen two years ago. The time had come to wash the seat cushions. I was concerned that they might shrink. I washed them on 40 degrees. The fabric looked amazing after washing. I am very impressed by the quality of the stitching of the upholstery too. The seams are beautifully overlocked inside the cushions so no fraying occurred during the washing (I am a curtain maker so I know what good should look like!) and the cushions that I washed in the machine came out looking as good as new. No shrinkage and easy to fit back on to the seat cushions, which was my fear! I would highly recommend this beautiful fabric and the Long Island Sofa. The quality really shines through.

Great visit today to Neptune Bristol for the Cooking Event. We were very well looked after by all of the Bristol staff and Becky Wilkinson’s cooking demonstration was excellent. We enjoyed the tastings very much. Many thanks Bristol Neptune.

I attended the cookery demonstration with Becky on Thursday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was made to feel very welcome, enjoyed delicious food, and met some lovely people too. Highly recommend Neptune Tonbridge. Easy to find, park, and a well laid out store. Staff were polite, interested and knowledgeable. Spent plenty of time answering many questions and a coffee and croissant to boot!

E mailed your store near york to see if public can go, I got a lovely email back saying the public could attend. Due to personal circumstances I could not go, so i ordered on line this was very easy i was kept updated with my order. When it arrived it was very well packed. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order again

Ordered from Neptune on line for the first time – delivery was smooth and efficient and I was very pleased with my purchases. I do however feel that the cost of delivery is too expensive it actually put me off ordering some more items.

From the moment we first met Tom in the Tonbridge showroom through to the final site visit, our experience with Neptune has been outstanding. I am quite fussy when it comes to the design and look of the kitchen (the curse of being a graphic designer), but Tom was patient and more than happy to amend the design until we were totally happy with it. And the installation manager James Booth made sure nothing was left to chance with lots of sites visits prior to install and got us through a sticky situation when our tilers caused some unexpected delays. Every one of this Neptune team is at the top of their game, and we felt we were in safe hands all the way through. The fitter Ollie and the install team were efficient and precise and Ian did a beautiful job with the worktops. And to cap it off, the final paint job by Lee was immaculate. I can’t recommend Neptune kitchens and the team at Tonbridge highly enough.

The lovely Emmaleigh from the Guildford branch went over and above to help me get a part for our Neptune kitchen drawer which was installed many many moons ago (before there were high street shops everywhere). I mainly dealt with Emmaleigh mainly over email with a couple of calls to place the order and she was professional and helpful. She even kept me posted with the part arrival date and when there was a minor delay. This is old school customer care we rarely see anymore. Thank you Emmaleigh – not only do we have a working drawer again (sparks joy) but it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you.

I ordered a reading lamp – it arrived when expected, it is a lovely design, great quality and v stylish. Customer services were v helpful and quickly sent a bulb which was missing from original order – never shopped here before, but will do now

Easy to order and lovely products. Bought the white ceramic trees, a house and an angel in the sale as I missed out in my local shop before Christmas. They are beautiful and will look perfect in my home next Christmas.

Ordered a decorative accessory online in 27/7/22. Every month I track it to see when it is actually going to be delivered. When I tracked it in January 2023 delivery is now estimated at April 2023!!! Starting to doubt that it will ever arrive. Don’t understand why Neptune would process an order that they cannot fulfill.

I attended Becky’s cooking demonstration at the Canterbury store. I had such a pleasant evening. It was the first time I’d visited the store but my sister had told me on numerous occasions how much she loved Neptune and all of its furniture and accessories.I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and the demo was fun and informative. The food was delicious! I came away with recipes which I am definitely doing again and an amazing goodie bag! I felt very spoilt. I am planning on updating my living room this year so I will definitely be back (I need to know what colour paint you used on your walls as that is exactly what I want ?). Thank you Neptune Canterbury. I think you may be my new favourite store! ♥️

I was recommended to visit by QUEST,as I was looking for good quality faux flowers. Wow! Wasn’t disappointed with the bunch of tulips and the general store blew me a way! Had a great time browsing around, not least of all the design studio! Can’t wait for Christmas to see the treats on offer! Definitely now on my radar for when I visit BSE!????

Went into the Chichester store today to mainly look at the sales goods. I was needing one certain plate that wasn’t on the shelf and the staff were so helpful hunting high and low for me and they found one! Thank you Debs. I also then chatted to Jo the kitchen advisor and got very excited about the prospect of installing one of their designs in my next house. Altogether a great shopping experience in a beautifully laid out showroom. Only problem is, it makes it very hard to resist bying something!?

My “Mini” Cranberry Stockings turned out to be literally thumb sized……very disappointing…the even more annoying thing was that I paid more for delivery than I did the stockings…..Total joke for such a professional company…!!! Can’t understand how cop on didnt proceed – Should of being standard postage and not a UPS delivery in a box for 5 pieces of fabric…..Joke.com..!!!

The sales staff were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.I ordered two large mirrors. I have never received a delivery that was so well packaged. The delivery men were brilliant, they unpacked both mirror so I could check them. I rang the showroom to say how impressed I was.I am so happy with both.

We recently visited Neptune Reading to view dining room tables. The member of staff who provided help and assistance called Natalie could not have been more helpful. She was very patient she showed my wife and I the many options available and explained what type would best fit our needs. She really was a great ambassador for Neptune and we would certainly recommend any one needing a dining room table to visit Neptune store Reading.

What a wonderful afternoon we had , Becky was an absolute delight , not only cooking and teaching us about some delicious recipes, ( that we could also eat ) but also sharing all her extra tips and stories that kept us entertained the whole afternoon. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it to Becky’s next cookery demonstration in the spring. Cautious in placing order in store due to previous disappointing experience. However, the assistant who placed my order and provided reassurance regarding follow up was very helpful and professional. I placed my order on Monday and the item was delivered the following Friday. The team who made the delivery were excellent and I just could not fault how respectful they were. Five star service by both store and delivery teams. Thank you.

For the second time Neptune has failed to deliver my goods and I’m still waiting for the delivery….. very disappointing I’ve been in-touch with them and they still haven’t got back to me. They promised to refund my delivery charge but due to the value of the order it was free deliveryDISSATISFIED
