I ordered on the 30th Jan and am still waiting for order 13 days later. In this climate of fast delivery I think that’s pretty poor – however I hope the product is worth waiting for when it arrives!

The products I bought were as described and as per photographs. Packaged to ensure no damage. Excellent customer service response and explanation to delivery timescale of product. Will definitely buy from this company again as they are definitely customer focussed and professional

Ordered some beautiful white ceramic houses and angels in the sale… was not disappointed- they are perfect, well wrapped and super discounted- that’s my Christmas shopping started for this year!

Ordering from the site was easy, and the product, which had been recommended, was as described. There was email correspondence to confirm when to expect delivery. All in all a great experience.

No communication from anyone – I’ve had to email and call to find out where my order is. Ordered on 31st Jan and plan was to decorate during half term – sadly my samples and wood treatment haven’t arrived in time. Who knows when they’ll arrive!

More incredible service from Neptune today – specifically Amy Dolman, she really is an asset to Neptune….this is the second time she has helped me about the same issue and each time she has been polite, understanding and keen to ensure the correct result for the customer.

You delivered a small plastic bottle (18 cms tall and 7 cms wide) in a huge cardboard box (42 x 42 x 42 cms) which was stuffed with paper packaging. What a complete waste of materials. Also, the box was unnecessarily marked ‘Fragile’.Someone really should have a bit more sense!

I have a beautiful kitchen, however it’s not the design we agreed on (and I paid for) and I can’t face the works required to remediate it. The whole process has been painful and despite complaining in December I’ve not no-one outside of the kitchen designer contact me. I’ve even chased head office twice for a response, but no no avail.

Excellent cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson at Neptune Chichester. Delicious, healthy recipes that I look forward to trying at home. Such a lovely store, full of beautiful things and welcoming, friendly staff. Always a pleasure to shop there!

Easy to order quality of throw was excellent arrival date longer than had been anticipated due to volume of orders. The only criticism was throw packed well in box but was not wrapped in any tissue very squashed in sheet of paper and stuck with dirty sticky tape

I love what I ordered. However the post order follow up was awful. No email to confirm order or any idea of delivery. Ten days or so after ordering I was wondering what was happening, so emailed to inquire. No response. By chance a couple of days after I was clearing spam and noticed an email from UPS, which normally I would delete without reading, but I noticed the word Neptune half way down, confirming delivery. It was delivered, though left on my doorstep. I found it as I was going out. Not impressed by customer service. Good thing I love the purchases!

Went in and was welcomed by a thew of the staff hoo were in view as we walked in with a nice smile.They said need any thing just ask offered us a coffe as they had just made some witch we fort was very nice The store is so very nicely presented and clean. The missis wished it was her home as wanted everything. Got a couple of little bits and we were served by some lovely lady’s at the till gemma Jenny and spoke to a man called Howard they all seemed so helpfull Walked past the design office too witch was nice to know for when we get are new kitchen and had a quick word with the lady’s out there. Will definitely be coming back and telling friend a and family about it.

The items I ordered were of the excellent standard that everyone expects from Neptune. The quality is outstanding. Sadly the delivery was slow. Packaging was somewhat confusing in that the outer packaging was kind to the planet and easily recyclable. However, each item was individually bagged in plastic and tied with a plastic zip-tie. Such a shame.

Parcel took well over a week to arrive, despite extortionate postage costs. However the postage costs were refunded to me when I complained about the delay. The packaging for the goods (a small tube of hand cream and small pot of body lotion) was ludicrous. A massive cardboard box and reams of brown paper. Shameful waste of resources!

The only thing wrong with shopping on Neptune is the UPS delivery site..you cannot schedule a convenient delivery if you are out on their scheduled day of delivery.. I found that site difficult to navigate as it is glitchy and inflexible .. The Neptune site is much easier though thankfully

Thank you Neptune for my beautiful kitchen, living room and study which I absolutely adore. The quality of the service and materials (furniture, fabrics, rugs and paints) has been exceptional, particularly the seamless way in which Eva, my Home Designer has engaged with me from start to finish (she has wonderful taste that echoes my own and such great design ideas), arranging just the right number of appointments to create the mood charts and ensure that every detail was perfect.Will, the showroom manager was also very helpful as was Richard who led on the technical aspects of the kitchen specification from Eva’s design (not easy in an 1840 house with some significant challenges) and his team, including Matt who fitted the kitchen together with input from Luke, Christian, Bart and Ryan – all very skilled indeed.

I love visiting the Neptune store in Cambridge. It’s my sanctuary, a chilled space to escape from the kids! The staff are lovely – really friendly and helpful. Only ever had a positive experience. Thank you Neptune.

Packaging was big enough to fit my 12 year old daughter in for 4 small houses and a bottle of sanitiser.£6.95 for delivery that could have been halfed in price and a tenth of packaging used.Plates and cups have all marked and look cheap and nasty after less than 12 months of use.

Lovely tablecloth that is a perfect size for my Neptune extending table – and even better at a reduced price !!Easy to order from a great website and it arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Excellent products as always – we love NeptuneHowever, very disappointed that I have to pay £10 to return anything. It will not encourage me to take a chance on anything in the future as I have to travel over an hour to return anything. What a shame.

Ordered some Xmas items on sale , delivery took longer than expected on one item but not in a rush for it . Customer service amazing as always reassured me my items were dispatched. Very personable service excellent value on sale items , beautifully packaged and safely delivered.

We had a couple of minor problems with paint colours and I messaged Neptune with some feedback. Very quickly my local Neptune Store phoned back and rectified the problem perfectly. Sometimes things aren’t perfect, but the speed and level of Neptune’s customer service was exemplary. We were already loyal customers and will continue to be.

The table was delivered earlier than expected and it is beautiful quality. We were planning to buy it for quite a while and we’re not disappointed. The delivery men were very friendly and put the table together for us in the room. A great all round experience I would definitely purchase from this company again.

From start to finish the experience was outstanding. I had an issue where I needed a specific delivery date, Chelsea Hill went above and beyond to help and monitored any issues. On the day of delivery, the two men who delivered the item were beyond professional, polite, helpful and respectful of my home, I cannot thank them enough. Neptune will be my preference for any home furnishings going forward.

We have a lovely kitchen fitted by Neptune a few years ago.Recently we had an issue with the fridge and dish washer doors that was resolved speedily and efficiently by the exceptionally pleasant employees at Neptune.Great company!

Had my first visit to Neptune Bristol last week for the cookery demonstration. From the moment we got there, we were so well looked after by all of the Bristol team and Becky Wilkinson’s cooking demonstration was excellent. Easy to order on line, household ceramics. I ordered a serving bowl, lovely design and good quality. Exactly as described. Received purchase, fantastically wrapped, bowl in a box within a larger box all cushioned with heavy duty brown packaging paper.No hesitation ordering again or recommending. Also item Arrived on time.

Placing the order through the Birmingham store was faultless. Lovely service from the lady who took the order. I was advised I would receive an update to my order. I didn’t. Took a while to arrive and although I won’t unpack the Christmas Tree until Dec 23 I hope it is lovely.

The staff in the shop at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk went to an enormous amount of trouble to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were utterly charming, nothing was too much trouble and I left the store on a high.

I received a lot of help from Christina at Sims Hilditch in planning a new kitchen for my apartment in Venice.We choose a Neptune one and it was all sprayed a beautiful SNOW white before despatch. Every item was then checked and sent to Venice by road. The final stage of the journey was with Simonato who placed every unit on one of their barges and took then along the Giudecca canal directly to my apartment. Lukasz was waiting there to unpack and install all the units. This whole logistical challenge was managed by the brilliant Fausto Reggiementi at Swindon head office of Neptune in his role as International Retail manager. From my point of view it was so reassuring to have an Italian supervising all the logistics for us.Do not be put off by ordering from Neptune to be shipped abroad, if required! You will be taken care of all the way!

I love my new Neptune Kitchen SO much! Whilst this is not a surprise to me, the fact that I thoroughly enjoyed the design and fitting process too really was unexpected. I really can’t praise the whole Neptune team enough. The designer Aneeta was brilliant: she designed me a fabulously clever kitchen within my budget, guided me through the design process, thought of every tiny detail (and doubtless many more that I don’t know about!) and was a complete pleasure to work with. What I think matters beyond even the smoothness of the logistics or the fact that the cabinetry is so beautifully made, is how problems (very few) were solved: swiftly and cheerfully. This kitchen is built to last. I’m not exaggerating to say it has changed my life. Neptune kitchens really are as good as everyone tells you.
