The personal attention, nothing is too much trouble. Our designer listened to us and identified our style but helped us to break out of what would normally be our comfort zone. The room accurately reflects the design they came up with but with their flare for dressing the room on the day totally exceeded our expectations.

Very excited and pleased with the beautiful Sheldrake dining table. Quality, innovative and practical, from 4 – 10 seating. The delivery men were so helpful, polite and gave me good notice before delivery time. Gave advice on assembling with the extra extension leaves on the table and how to wipe in the direction of the grain. Then the recent delivery of our Brompton Wall Light, Small, Brass. Timeless and contemparary being practical by being adjustable angle or up/downlight.

After delivery of 4 painted dining chairs we found some minor faults and, following the email we sent to report this, we received a telephone call to say the chairs would be replaced. New arrived 2 weeks later with no problems. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service / excellent products of highest quality/ we have purchased so many items items that range from our entire kitchen, living, dining room, all our bedrooms even bathrooms x 2 and continue to buy with confidence. Beds are made by the delivery people, mattresses are top quality Definitely recommend

Item wasn’t assembled on delivery as promised. Marble top was damaged (and had been repaired), looked like a seconds item despite being full price. Pain getting a replacement top unit..

Jess Barrett recently helped me with a design for my sitting room – a long and awkwardly shaped room that presented lots of challenges! Jess came up with some great options, including stunning paint colours that work beautifully with two paintings I was planning to put in the room. She worked around the fact that I still wanted to keep a number of my own pieces, and came up with designs where everything worked harmoniously together. Her colleague, Lauren is also a pleasure to work with, and they both keep in touch on delivery dates and speedily respond to questions and requests for information. I am delighted with the results and looking forward to working with Jess further as we complete the room. I highly recommend both Jess and the design service!

Ordered my lantern before Christmas and was advised that it would be delivered in Feb. It has arrived and I love it. Would have been great if I hadn’t to wait so long for delivery but it’s a really nice quality.

It’s been nearly two years since we first ordered our Neptune kitchen and we are still deeply unhappy with the quality and workmanship of the kitchen. Neptune has attempted on a number of occasions to fix the issues but these have been unsuccessful and created more problems. It’s got to stage that we having to take legal action as we cannot allow another fitter into our house to tell us how poorly the kitchen has been fitted but not actually fix the issues. We have spent in total over £100k. Neptune makes big promises but delivers very little.Prior to us ordering the kitchen we were big supporters of Neptune and would tell our family and friends to buy their products. This is no longer the case and it’s a real shame that it’s ended up that we cannot trust or rely on this company. If you want to protect your sanity, get what you pay for in terms of a quality product and have a good customer experience, do not buy a kitchen from Neptune.

We have a great new kitchen.We love our kitchen, we love the fact it is made of wood, we love the style, we love the larder cupboard.The kitchen is is great it suits our open plan living/dining/ kitchen area. The style is brilliant, Chloe the designer was very knowledgeable and patient. Very important as I changed my mind a number of times. James the Technical chap was very detailed and made sure the dropped housing for the extractor was in the right place.If you are looking for a new kitchen i highly recomend looking at a Neptune kitchen.

Extremely impressed! my visit to the Wimbledon store was very enjoyable Gianni was able to answer all of my many questions and gave some Great advice with zero pressure given to make immediate decisions. flawless customer service!

I ordered two sample pots of paint, with a view to buy larger ones if suitable. Only one pot arrived. Contacted customer services. Got a response a couple of days later to say they would send another. Still waiting

When I visited the Edgebaston store the end of January they had got what I wanted in stock…so the assistant (can’t remember her name) was so very helpful she sorted out my order and it was delivered Thursday the 16th February. I’m pleased to report I’m absolutely thrilled with it!!!

Firstly the staff at Tonbridge completed a perfect Valentine’s Day surprise, and the website was so easy to purchase a e-gift card. I purchased a gift card for some Realistically life-like florals, the staff advised and helped arrange the florals for a perfect gift.

First time I have used Neptune paint, I have to say that the quality of the eggshell is outstanding, quick dry and excellent finish, what they should improve is actually the delivering time, 10 days waiting its a too long and put pressure on the jobs. I would definitely recommend and use again, great product.

A trip to Neptune in Chichester is always a treat. The shop is situated in a barn and is the style of house old like to move into. This particular trip was to look at a table we are interested in buying. Gemma was incredibly helpful. She took the table apart and showed us how it could be extended to fit up to 12 people. She was knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. We have since sourced this table in your outlet store and purchased it. Without all the help from Gemma we wouldn’t have been so sure this was the right table for us.

We unfortunately had an ongoing problem with our Henley extending table which we purchased from Neptune Winchester. We explained the problem to Ella who made arrangements for the table to be inspected by Neptune technicians who agreed that there were problems with the table and it could be replaced.Ella arranged with Natalie at Neptune Reading for my wife and I to visit as the store had a greater range of tables to view.We finally decided on the Arundel table and Ella agreed a date for the collection of the Henley table and replacement Arundel table.Both Ella and Natalie were absolutely brilliant, terrific customer service and certainly great Ambassadors for Neptune.

Ordered paint from Neptune a couple of times. Great products but really poor delivery service. One parcel took 8 days from order to delivery and another 6 days. Not what you expect when paying for £6.95 for delivery. Ordered another sample pot 5 days ago and it hasn’t even been dispatched yet.

We had great plans to convert an outbuilding to accommodate my elderly parents but sadly planning permission did not materialise. Nonetheless Patsy was absolutely brilliant in all respects from the first meeting to finalising the design and then, finally, expediting our refund when the plans fell through. Fantastic care and service throughout!

Delivery times not within initial timeframes and then when delivered left expensive material left outside of house open to elements and possible theft. Delivery provider and their processes needs to be reviewed. Although to be fair when raised with customer services they did take my complaint seriously and did escalate immediately.

Very quick delivery from order time. Generous sample pot size and came well packaged. More expensive than everyday brands which you would expect from smaller producers but the quality is good and great coverage. Nice colour palette and finish. No odour of note which I like and no drips, lovely thicker consistency to the paint.

Extremely slow delivery (11 days) made even worse when it cost £6.95 for a tiny £22 product! 1 star for the delivery but the product itself was good hence the higher overall rating.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Neptune Weybridge. Staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful with Natalie promptly dealing with my curtain pole enquiry on this visit. A bonus this time was Thomas’s pop-up shop with an interesting selection of beautiful items all sourced from France, including lots of edible goodies, olive boards and utensils, cheese knives and linens. All beautifully displayed.

Loved the cooking demonstration with Becky Wilkinson. It gave me the confidence to try out Becky’s recipes at home. The dishes look fabulous served on Neptune’s tableware. The staff are always so attentive and well informed which makes this a five star event. Now all I need is a Neptune kitchen

Neptune’s products are excellent. Well designed, but never over the top, and they are manufactured solidly and sustainably. The staff are very good at giving advice. They are also patient and never push for a sale.

I signed up for a Mood Board creation session with Helena at Chichester. I was sceptical about how useful I would find it and was delighted to find it very helpful in solving design solutions for revamping our kitchen/dining room. Helena the designer was so inspirational and guided me to a colour palette I would never have even thought of ! Really enjoyable and when I have a bigger project I will not hesitate to use the design services of Neptune.

I never usually write negative reviews but I really feel Neptune need to have a better way of checking the quality of their products, amongst other things, before they are sent out to customers. My friend ordered a mirror for me that had to be returned due to a crack in the frame and dark dots in the glass. I have just received my loo roll holder and that also has dark marks in the chrome, so needs to be returned. I have a friend who ordered dining chairs last year, due for delivery in feb but has now been told it’s more like end of may (after Neptune have had full payment of course) For such high quality products at at the prices Neptune charge, standards seem to be slipping!!! Having said that when ever I have had to call about any of the above the staff have always been very helpful. The staff are also fabulous in the Knutsford store!!!

We absolutely love the Montague storage box. It is a little expensive for a Lloyd Loom style chest but it is beautifully made and has an internal lining and sturdy lid. The paint colour Lily is a good neutral shade and fits perfectly with our pale grey walls and furnishings.Delivery was well communicated and prompt and the delivery men were polite, careful and efficient. Neptune’s service from the Knutsford instore ordering on 2 Feb 2023 to the taking away of the packaging after delivery on 8 Feb 2023 was excellent.

Purchased from online Christmas sale, love Neptune products, but generally out of my budget. Huge box arrived, extremely well packed considering items weren’t fragile, so customer care delivery is still the forefront of Neptunes moto.Delivery by UPS, so updates until arrival. So pleased as these are quality items for a fraction of their retail price.

I purchased some Christmas decorations for next Christmas at a very good sale price. They arrived very well packaged. Slight negative with the time delivery took which was 2 weeks, however I would definitely buy from Neptune again
