My wife and I recently commissioned Liz to undertake a flower arrangement for our Neptune kitchen. I would just like to share how pleased we are with the work Liz has done. Liz’s understanding of the brief was executed perfectly. Her attention to detail, talent and professionalism was truly outstanding. Thank you Liz…..you are a true ambassador for Neptune.

Made to feel so welcome, but then left alone to wander around this lovely store. We did seek help when needed, which we got and we also had a lovely hot coffee as well. We made our purchase. A lovely experience from beginning to end at Reading.

Absolutely love this place!! Friendly staff, beautifully laid out room sets and easy parking. I attended the food demonstration with Becky Wilkinson today and it was fabulous! Really informative and Becky was so interesting! FIVE STARS!

I attended a cookery demonstration in the store today by Becky Wilkinson which was v enjoyable. The store was lovely, v homely and comfortable feel to it. Kitchens and loving rooms beautifully laid out and displayed. Garden and graded furniture also v well laid out. Easy parking and Sat Nav took me right to the door.

Twice now I have ordered from Neptune1. Glass jar arrived with filthy finger prints all over it and the wrong lid!2 I ordered a print from your York store- when it arrived it the wrong one of a pair. I called and instead of sorry I got “ we ordered the right one at the store, it’s been picked wrong. Had to wait in for collection all day and again for delivery of the correct picture. Had to ask if there was any compensation (it wasn’t forthcoming til I asked). Told they would send a candle or diffuse. Just very average customer service and this needs addressing

Always efficient . Ordered fabric arrived within the week and good communication from shop. Very helpful and friendly .

Great products, poor availability in store with long lead times.Had to wait 3 months for bedding, the system.said they had stock in store but this couldn’t be located

The Chichester showroom is a great opportunity to see the Neptune design and products in situ. The staff were very helpful.

I used neptune paint, it was great. Covered over a much darker shade with ease, great coverage and honed slate is a lovely colour.

What an amazing store. We were looking to bring some colour into our bland home and with the help of Mary we found some great ideas. We then joined an event run in the Chesham store to put together a mood board which both my husband and I attended. This event was absolutely brilliant and the staff were so helpful…thank you Kasia, Jodie and Mary. So….have now redecorated our lounge, hall and cloakroom and have ordered paint for bedrooms. The emulsion paint we used was brilliant, went on so easily, no drips, no smell and such a good depth of colour and finish. This is how shopping should be, a real pleasure and would thoroughly recommend this store to anyone.

A wedding gift list was set up for a recent wedding. It was well managed and the staff were very helpful and polite when I phoned to make a purchase. We were assured that everything would be gift wrapped with an appropriate card attached.The Bride and Groom were ecstatic when they went to collect their gifts and said everything was beautifully wrapped and ready for collection

We visited your shop in Guildford High St, and were very impressed with the service provided by Emmaleigh Flower-Bond. We ordered one of your lovely framed prints and this was delivered in 3 days which was faster than expected. We were so pleased with the picture that we ordered another in the set online. It was also a lovely touch that Emmaleigh also followed up with an email to ask that we are happy. We are very happy indeed and will definitely be back in the very near future.

Neptune have been absolutely brilliant.. David and Emma were both extremely helpful and have given us the kitchen we wanted. They are highly professional, great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. All in all an entirely pleasurable experience topped off by a superb kitchen fitter in Glen.

Ordered a concrete/wood table. Arrived within a few days, no hassle. Del guys built it up and took away packaging. Great service.

Excellent service the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and very happy with the products I bought. The chopping board I could take home and the lamp had to be ordered; but this was really efficient, we were kept up to date and it arrived 3 working days later.

Utterly delighted by the results achieved by Danica and Kathryn, based at the Farnham store. From design concept to execution, including “dressing” each room with finishing-touch accessories at Completion, every stage of my multi-room project has been brilliantly done. I’m still wandering around from room-to-room admiring my beautifully decorated interiors!

The staff were personable and helped allay any apprehension (I was definitely out of my comfort zone!) and we were actively encouraged to experiment with ideas for our individual mood boards. The suggestions and attention to detail were excellent and delivered with gentleness thus encouraging my confidence. Thank you Gail. We had excellent service today by Jo. We had some great design advice on how we can style our house with ornaments and vases. Really friendly, nothing was too much, not rushed. Fabulous experience, thank you. We’ll be back.

Since I discovered Colchester had a Neptunes I’ve been visiting every week or two, the staff are so helpful, I’ve ordered a few times and they always let me know as soon as my orders in….. I love the packaging and bags you get when you make a purchase, it’s the attention to detail that makes Neptune such a lovely place to shop for home accessories.

Was charges £6.95 for delivery, and then when the items arrived both were damaged and poorly package. After looking into doing a return I come to realise that the returns would be a charge of 9.95. As the order only come to £26 – minus the delivery and refund charges i would have been left with a £9.10 refund. Is it me or do something Not seem right here?

I have been collecting Neptune furniture pieces for over 8 years, bought soft furnishings and paint. On every occasion I have found the staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and the product quality excellent.

Ordered my vase online it arrived in the time frame that was advised at the time of purchase. Very happy with my purchase . The shop is full of amazing objects and lovely furniture. Well worth a visit.

Ordered a painted wooden side table in our chosen colour, waited around 6 weeks for delivery but unfortunately the end result isn’t that great. You can see all the brush marks whereas a sprayed item would have looked more professional and the paint is already chipping on the corners. Not to mention the fact that the table is wobbly and the legs are not the same length. For the price it’s not very good quality.

Beautiful garden set , great quality, quick delivery. One of the delivery guys was brilliant efficient and did all the carrying. The other lazy and rude should retire gracefully and not bully youngsters into doing all the work. As for my items they are fabulous. Very happy ?

I attended the wreath making workshop with a friend at Christmas! The staff were so friendly and helpful, we all had a wonderful time. We also ended up doing a little shopping while we were there, everything looked so beautiful it was impossible not to come home with something for the house!

The staff all always so helpful, they don’t bother when you look round and always on hand when you do need help. They didn’t have my item in stock so ordered it and rang me when it arrived in store.

Fantastic experience and design!We had a fairly traumatic start to our building project but luckily had already ordered our kitchen from Neptune who have provided amazing support and service despite the challenges. This meant that we had one less thing to worry about. They were there for us again when we needed a tailored solution to enable us to meet our environmental ambitions – and when we were finally ready, the fitting was seamless and professional.We have a beautiful and practical kitchen and utility that are a pleasure to be in. Delivered wrong table, and delivered a table with multiple damaged chips scuffs and marks. This table looked like it had been on a shop floor for ages and then dumped in a warehouse. Further to this, Neptune didn’t acknowledge my complaint for 2 weeks, despite me making numerous contacts by phone and email. Offered to send a replacement, but couldn’t guarantee it would be the same colour as the image online, as there’s been an issue with colour. Refused any cash compensation, but offered a store credit which I reluctantly accepted. First time shopping with a company that charges a fortune for products, then delivers the worst shopping experience and aftercare!

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of a Wycombe bench and two dining chairs. They are well made, sturdy and attractive. I am now considering the purchase of two folding chairs to complete the set.The delivery men, Michael and Brian were a real credit to the company. They were cheery, efficient and polite and spontaneously removed their shoes on entry! I am pleased to say that the delivery was stress-free and punctual.Thanks to the staff at Neptune, York, the whole experience was pleasurable and the most suitable choice was made. My beautiful Neptune Chichester kitchen has just been installed and it is fabulous. Craig Lawrence and Dan Webb were fantastic fitters and made the whole experience seamless. They came up with excellent solutions in my Grade II listed wonky cottage! A great job. I can only commend Neil Cadwallader-Kemp for his impeccable project management and to Claire Birkbeck for her excellent design skills and attention to detail. I cannot wait to entertain my family!!

Just had a delivery from Neptune, a lovely console table and some home accessories. Really happy with all of them. The delivery guys Lee and Craig were both utterly brilliant and really helpful.. couldn’t have asked for a better service, they even tightened the legs to our Neptune Suffolk table we bought about 5yrs ago as they were a little wobbly after a house move! Thank you for a brilliant service.

We have bought so many things from Neptune that our house almost looks like a showroom! Our last purchase was a console table, which we found did not sit level. The way they dealt with this and promptly sent a replacement was amazing. Still can’t fault them…can’t recommend enough.

I ordered on line with a delivery forecast of 2/5 days. After more than a week it hadn’t arrived. I phoned and although apologetic I was told to expect a reorder to arrive in about 2 weeks. This for a small item to be delivered by Royal Mail. Not good enough.

I bought a kitchen from Neptune Wimbledon a year ago. Designed and fitted to perfection. I am so happy. What is more amazing is the aftercare. Under the guidance of Richard Wilkins, the HQ Customer Service team technician Luke Howard came and fixed, adjusted any details that I had asked for. Not only do you buy a wonderful kitchen from Neptune but the aftercare and professionalism is really incredible. Thank you Richard, Thank you Luke. I would recommend Neptune to everyone who would like to make their house a beautiful home knowing that their service is incredible.
