Paid yet another visit to Neptune Farnham today… and was met with “THE” most helpful lady ! …. No request or query was too trivial in her eyes (I had asked her where they bought their potted plants from locally ??) ….as I had purchased one of the Broseley flower pots …and happened to like the actual plant they had placed it it outside the main door … and she couldn’t have been more helpful in enquiring on my behalf …. I truly …. And “CONSISTENCY” find that ….. “ALL” of the ladies and gentlemen at the Farnham location, go above and beyond …in making my (and I suspect ALL) customer experience as smoother and pleasant as humanly possible !I shop a LOT for both myself …and for my job … and I truly wish that all of my retail experiences could be as wonderful and effortless as those I consistently experience at this one store !This is why I keep coming back and making more and more purchases !Thankyou to all the team at Farnham (both front of house “AND” behind the scenes) It is the simple things… that mean the most …and the little attentions to the detail that make !! We loved their constable green paint and decided to repaint our handmade kitchen in the egg shell. Our decorator (in the business for 40 years doing high end renovations / kitchens) sanded, cleaned and reprimed in areas that required it. The paint is thin and required three coats but I loved the colour and it looked great when it was finished. Unfortunately it was immediately scratching and scuffing and is not the hardy finish we were expecting. We gave it the benefit of the doubt as it says 7 days to fully cure but we are still having the same problem and am having to touch up the kitchen weekly. As expected, Neptune offered me a refund on the paint and from 5 pictures, blamed my decorators preparation for the problems we were having but having read similar reviews, I’d think very carefully about using their paint on a kitchen. I will be returning to tried and tested F & B and won’t be using Neptune paint again. An expensive lesson for me!!

Only recently heard of Neptune in Knutsford. Such a lovely place with beautiful products. Found everything we were looking for and more. Stevie and all the ladies were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

Apparently a ‘systems error’ meant you sold the table that I had purchased from you to someone else and my outside table will now not be available until after the summer This is disappointing enough but I am even more disappointed with the way you have handled this case – it took me 3 phone calls over several weeks for someone to finally get back to me and admit your error and then – when you say it will be resolved – nothing but silence from you again. Very disappointed and it has really left a sour taste it what has previously only been first rate experiences with your company.

Fabulous afternoon at Neptune Chichester Easter Wreath Workshop. Laura (Hawthorn & Hoe), who ran the workshop, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She expertly taught us how to add the moss, foliage and bulbs to the wire ring, to create a wonderful spring wreath. I learnt so much. The materials were beautiful, with so much to choose from. As always the store had a calm, relaxing atmosphere and the staff were super welcoming x

I love Neptune so much, one of my favourite stores. But I am very disappointed with the customer service and delivery information with my recent order. I order dining room chairs back in October, they were supposed to be delivered in January. I got in contact with the shop then and they said the delivery date hasd been pushed back to April. I then contacted today, and they now say its being pushed back to May. Both times these delays have happened, I got no notification from the store, I had to chase to get this information. Not only am I disappointed with the delays and the lack of communication, its a shame because I picked a fabric that wasn’t my favourite so that I can have it delivered earlier than some of the other fabric choices but now that was pointless. Given that this is a luxury brand, I do expect more from them.

Paid extra to have furniture painted a different colour which wasn’t done. Problem eventually resolved after waiting several more weeks. Appalling customer service

Neptune Cambridge arranged for my Buckland bench seating to be removed and reinstated following water damage to my home. Customer service was as usual for Neptune amazing. They always manage to make me feel like a very important customer and that is what makes them one of my all time favourite retailers. The sample pots of paint came too late to be useful. The delivery was put back by a week without any notification. I contacted the online experience team, but they were vague and made out it was not their problem. There response was ” On our end, unfortunately there weren’t any delays in producing this or getting this sent out, and it should’ve reached you by now if not by the end of this week” No commitment in this answer. I should have had notice about the delay or perhaps a refund/ discount?

This online order for 2 paint pots took almost 2 weeks to arrive! The delivery date kept on being changed which was very annoying as I had to go elsewhere to source the paint

We absolutely love all Neptune products and have bought most of our furniture from you. Knutsford Neptune is always our go to Neptune store. The service is always second to none and there is always a friendly welcome from all the staff. Special mention to Stevie who ordered some lights for us a few months ago. We knew they would be a while before they were in stock but Stevie kept us up to date at each stage and even emailed us to make sure they had arrived at ours when they should have. Thankyou for always making the experience special.

Really lovely evening at Neptune yesterday, with a warm, friendly welcome by all the staff. The Cheltenham store is a beautiful example of the Neptune ethos, so well explained to us by Emma and John. Everything Neptune is gorgeous! Staff are helpful, professional and delightful, always. Delicious food too!

The staff in store are amazing nothing is too much trouble. Very helpful in helping us choose garden furniture. The products are really good quality. The delivery was quick and seamless too. 100% recommend.

The expensive furniture looks good but the paint needed touching up by the delivery men. I couldn’t order on line, and nor could the store. When I asked for a VAT receipt they sent me their internal receipt which showed me that they paid £800 less than I did for the items

Wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and kind staff.We buy a lot from Neptune and always go to Chesham where we are made to feel very welcome indeedIn the last month alone we have bought a sun lounger, two parasols and two more leather dining chairs. All are top quality and tasteful.When we visit the store simply to buy small things like candles, room fragrance or gifts, we are made to feel just as welcome as when we are spending on big items. This is what we keep going. The staff as well as the goods.

Neptune Weybridge have provided the most proactive and friendly service for our kitchen refit. From working up the design, on site measure, manufacture and installation, every member of staff has been exemplary. We went through several iterations to get to the final layout, nothing was too much trouble.Speed and accuracy of communication has been outstanding.The quality of the kitchen is also of the highest standard, all oak and hand installed.We couldn’t recommend Neptune Weybridge enough.

Over then years we have purchased quite a few products from Neptune. Whilst expensive the goods tend to be of good design and very good quality. We did purchase 8 kitchen/dining chairs to match our new kitchen table. We loved both but unfortunately the chairs lost colour after a short period of time due to sun damage. It only took one phone call for them to agree that this was not satisfactory and they replaced all the chairs in a different fabric that we chose. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a greater choice of fabrics as we couldn’t find an exact colour match in the material we wanted.The service from their customer service team was excellent which is something we rate highly and nowadays is not often received. We have also found their delivery teams to be prompt, efficient and courteous each of the times we have had a delivery.

The staff at the Winchester shop were really welcoming, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble, they even got a bowl of water for my dog. That’s real kindness!

Great service and help from Natalie and the team at Neptune Weybridge. Needed details of some replacement LED lighting and fittings. They very kindly contacted head office, who promptly sent replacement part for free

A very disappointing experience. The design was flawed (eg excessive gaps around built in appliances), installation delayed with a range of issues in execution (eg skirting not fitting properly). A couple of the cabinets have been discoloured and some wood has split. Our different issues are still not sorted out several months on, with a general air of arrogant dismissal. Having used John Lewis of Hungerford and Mark Wilkinson before I would definitely point any potential buyer in their direction over Neptune. Much better products and service generally.

Ordered a gift card which did not arrive on time .. contacted customer service and they had a replacement card delivered out to me the next day . Very helpful efficient service … highly recommend!

The item arrived in good time but unfortunately the paint sample was nothing like the colour expected. After 3 coats of the paint it didn’t match the colour on the tin. The colour we ordered was Rhubarb but it looked more salmon/pink. The consistency of the paint was good but it was let down by the shade of the colour. I would be cautious choosing colours in the future as maybe Neptune paint lacks pigment

I am thrilled with everything we have purchased from Neptune. We have had sofas, tables, lamps, mirrors, tiles and all the paint. We look like an advert for the shop !. All very good quality and any problems are dealt with very well.

Not only have we got the most beautiful kitchen, but the whole planning & design process has been so amazing. Aneeta, our Neptune designer, did such an incredible job designing our kitchen. She really understood what we wanted to achieve and she was so creative with her ideas. She also made us look at our kitchen space differently and how we could maximise on how we use it. I love our kitchen so so much, it’s timeless and beautiful. The craftsmanship of the cabinets and the attention to detail is stunning. I’m so grateful to Aneeta and Neptune for designing us such a beautiful kitchen and for making the whole project journey such an enjoyable experience.

Good customer service who helped navigate the options to choose fabric and colour. Unfortunately the new payment system for paying for an order was a nightmare and took about 25 minutes to pay after the decision had been made. Really wasn’t a good experience

I returned 6 metres of fabric Orla Apricot to the Bristol store as faulty and asked for a receipt to prove I had left the goods back at the store. The manager said she would send me an email as proof. This email has not arrived. Now I;m concerned because I have left £360 worth of goods and have no receipt

The process of buying a TV cabinet from Neptune Guildford was a pleasure from start to finish. At a time when sales staff in other stores seem to know next to nothing about their stock, the expertise shown by Neptune’s Emmaleigh Flower-Bond was exceptional. Delivery was made on time and I found the quality of the cabinet and its custom paint finish to be faultless. A special mention must be made of their delivery team. They were polite, respectful of myself and my house, installed the cabinet perfectly, removed all packaging and ensured I was happy with it before leaving.

Walked into your Winchester store and was greeted by the gorgeous staff. Super helpful. Bought one of your dreamy coffee tables. Lizzie was super efficient and helpful with delivery etc. also have great advice with regards to paint choices for a south facing room. Amazing service and wouldn’t hesitate to go to your store again. Your staff are a credit to your brand name.
