It is always a pleasure dealing with Neptune in Weybridge. The store is so beautiful and inspirational to visit and the staff are always so helpful, in particular, Paul. We’ve ordered a number of smaller items from Neptune as well as our flooring and kitchen and every time the experience has been stress free. There is always plenty of communication and honest time scales and a genuine desire to help and work around changing building timescales! We are so pleased with our kitchen and wouldn’t change anything about the layout or the products themselves. The quality is superb and seeing our kitchen every morning made all the building work worth it!

The Neptune Home Design service was excellent from start to finish. Leila could not have been more accommodating, she came up with a timeless and stylish collection for me which we tweaked together and resulted in a fabulous home makeover. All communication was on point and the delivery team were exemplary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neptune and in particular Leila. She clearly loves what she does and I felt confident with her ability to deliver a great design, thank you!

There are currently several companies supplying very desirable furniture and fabrics for sale throughout the British Isles, which is displayed in beautiful showrooms. However, your success, in our eyes, is mainly due to the lovely knowledgeable staff that you employ at your branches. My husband and I have just downsized after 38 years in the same house and we have been extremely pleased with the constructive help we have received from the three ladies working in your Hailsham Branch. One of our daughters and her family having moved to the Cambridge area have been delighted with the help from your staff in the Cambridge shop. So Neptune is a great success in our family!

Went to one of the shops stocking Neptune furniture, Castle Cabinets in Kilkenny, well it is all so beautiful, very well made and the layout of the rooms are beautiful really put together so nice, I could easily live there, I want it all 🤣 I will definitely be going back a lot. The staff were so helpful and pleasant as well. Happy customer well worth the trip.

I will never make another Neptune purchase. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. It’s clear that once a sale is done, it’s done. It’s all about ££££, not customer satisfaction. I purchased a garden furniture set which arrived scraped and which didn’t function properly. It was clearly a flawed item. The shop staff were lovely and agreed it was unacceptable. I was passed on to management – both at HQ and the regional store – who were aloof, dismissive, slow to respond, and rude. I was reduced to tears after one call with a manager of a regional store. I ended up agreeing to an inadequate compensation rather than deal with the patronising and unfriendly approach by management. Utterly brow beaten. I can’t imagine their competition like OKA ever treating customers this way. Rather than accept the product was problematic, they took the approach to make the customer the problem. Disgraceful.

I have painted 4 chairs in Neptune Rhubarb Eggshell. The paint is excellent and covers well but only comes in 2.5L or 5L cans. That is crazy, why not 1L? I now have 2L of paint I do not want… such a waste and excessively costly when it didn’t need to be.

I ordered the mistletoe twig which I received in a very strong box and was well wrapped. I am so pleased with the twig, it is such good quality as you would expect from Neptune. I wish I had bought two!

The Chesham shop was very busy today but yet the staff there were very friendly and helpful, as usual.They were all good and very patient but the star of the team was the young lady who looked after us (and our little dog). When asked, she told us her name is Emily Grace. But they are all super-helpful !

Having visited the Weybridge store I would like to mention firstly Helen for her fabulous customer service.She took the time to go though colours and options for a table display with table mats, napkins,table runners all great advice without being pushy.She was chatty and genuinely interested in what I was trying to achieve.I also got chatting to Chris who has been so helpful in following up with a query I had regarding an item.All in all a very happy customer.Never been disappointed in anything I have bought from Neptune.It’s always a pleasure to go in the store.

Staff maketh the store. Amelia and Lee went out of their way to get some festoon bulbs and cushions to me in just a few days which is terrific at this time of the year. Brilliant to deal with by email and phone as we are 200 miles away.

Ordering and delivery service first class. Poor communication around likely delivery and certainty of delivery was not given until very last minute. One item was causing the delay but it did create unnecessary stress. Also two smaller items were added by us and we were told all would arrive together but this didn’t happen. Delivery team and front of house staff were excellent which helped to make up for the middle part!

Great design (Harriet in Bristol) and great furniture. All available on our order was delivered today ready for Christmas. Lee and Craig who delivered and built the furniture onsite were excellent and could not do enough to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. They made sure to inform me about care for the products and to call if there any issues. All along design to delivery excellent. Great products basically getting what you pay for which is quality and service.

Very disappointed in the online store. Ordered a 2-seater Arundel bench and a pair of Wardley dining chairs on the 6th of December to match our recent dining table purchase. Prior to paying, and after inputting my address, was shown an estimated delivery date of 11th-18th December, perfect for having the family round at Christmas! Paid for the furniture only to receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date of March 2024. “Re-ordered” the exact same furniture a few days later and was again shown an estimated delivery date of January 2024. Now I’m stuck with no seating at my lovely table for Christmas. Might as well have my table back, I will take my £5,000 elsewhere. When I called up customer services the poor lady didn’t even try to expedite delivery, she just said she would pass on my observations to the online team and process the refund.

Incorrect pricing is very frustrating.Saw a nice floor lamp with shade in the Guildford store, am accustomed to Neptune’s price levels so was not surprised to see it priced at £255. I enquired and was told it is in stock for delivery. I took a picture of the ticket to be sure I had the right model etc., came home to order online, identical lamp plus shade shows as £295. Called to store to query, was told “ah sorry we’ve got the price label wrong”, despite this being a printed ticket with clear unambiguous details. No suggestion that they would honour the price shown in store, which is what any decent firm would do when they make a mistake. Instead of leaving me feeling good about Neptune, they’ve left me wanting to give them a poor review on Trustpilot and a story to tell others about my Neptune experience. No winners here, whereas a gesture to offer at the ticketed price would had been a better outcome for everyone. Frankly I doubt that Neptune would lose money selling a lamp for £255…

I am so impressed with your customer service it is second to none.Christmas time is so busy in retail and I am unable to mobilise at present therefore my purchase was via the phone.I phoned the shop on Sunday and was able to work out with help from EMILY the best CANDLE LANTERN to fit in my fireplace and the CANDLES that would fit, all were ordered she was so helpful. Unfortunately the next day KATIE phoned to state that there was a problem with the order she then went on to say that she would be able to bring the items to my home, which I found to be so helpful, she also suggested that she would bring out the other sizes of LATERNS just to check I had the correct one.Katie came out on a very wet day, it was late and she had other work commitments, she did not rush but checked that I was happy. The LATERN is perfect.I am so looking forward to be able to go back to the shop after Christmas when I will be back on my feet. I love NEPTUNE in HAILSHAM it is always such a lovely visit. I was disappointed on receiving the hurricane jar. It has three small flaws in the glass. I felt this was not brand new but could possibly be a display item. It appeared to have been “used” previously. So unfortunately very disappointed. Mrs J Meadows

After ordering my 2 chairs I was contacted by Neptune to give me a date of delivery. On the day I was contacted by the delivery team as to a time of delivery, when they arrived they were very professional and took all of the packaging off in the van and were very careful installing my chairs. Brilliant service throughout.

I like the company their style and furnishings… but the paint I bought – Driftwood Eggshell – needs at least three coats not two as stated on the tin. I painted a white primed door frame with two coats of eggshell and could still see the primer peeping through it needed an extra coat in one instance I painted a door frame 4 times. I also don’t think the paint isn’t hard-wearing as after a week or two of hardening off, the paint still came off if slightly knocked. I ended up varnishing the surfaces to protect them.

The service was professional and friendly and helped with ordering by a great member of staff at the Hove branch of Neptune. Received some great chairs by some extremely polite and careful delivery men. Am equally pleased with the rugs I have just received.

Delighted to have found some good quality coolie shaped lamp shades, instead of the usual empire and drum shades. The coolie shades give a very different pretty twinkling light to dark corners, compared to the rather dull bland light given by empire and drum shades.Im so pleased a company has decided to sell these lamp shades instead of the usual ones which are getting a bit boring now.
