We recently asked Patsy and the team from Cheltenham to design our new kitchen and utility room. The latter has now been finished and has made a huge difference to that space – it has been transformed and looks fabulous. Great advice and service. Looking forward now to working on the new kitchen.

Thank you so much to Neptune for hosting a wonderful wreath making workshop this morning. We were warmly greeted by lovely Debs with a cup of tea before starting and refreshments throughout. Laura was well organised and happy to share her knowledge and guide us through the process of making our wreaths. We always love to attend these workshops at the Chichester store.

Bought placemats and a laundry baskets from the website. Both are high quality (as I expected) and delivery was quick and straightforward.

I am very happy with my purchases, they arrived when stated . The boxes were bashed but I think that occurred in transit so it was just as well they were well packaged or I fear the glass might have smashed.

I want to say a huge thank you to the lovely team at the Neptune store in Bath! My jewellery brand Ballinger hosted a pop up within the store as part of Neptune’s Christmas market event and it was a hugely successful weekend for me. The Neptune team is so friendly, knowledgable and professional – nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they really go above and beyond. The store is absolutely beautiful too (when can I move in?!) and I particularly want to thank the wonderful Maisie Read for inviting me to showcase my brand at the event. I can’t wait to take part in your summer event next year! ✨

From start to finish the service proved by Neptune was first class. I had a telephone call to confirm the delivery date, the next day the time was confirmed and the very friendly drivers rang me to advise they were half an hour away. What a great service. Oh, and we love our new mirror !

The wonderful team at Neptune, Bath opened up their doors to allow my small business ‘The Silk Studio’ to trade at their highly successful Christmas Market this year. Not only were the team so warm and welcoming to work alongside but we’re extremely well organised, knowledgeable and professional. Maisie, the assistant store manager was especially helpful during the lead up to the event, providing different options and ideas for the layout and positioning of my stall. With grateful thanks to everyone at Neptune Tonbridge we are now enjoying our beautiful kitchen, utility room, boot room and wine store.From start to finish the customer service we have received has been excellent.Tom Servante, the designer listened to our requirements and put together designs for each of the the rooms with meetings both in store and at our home, getting a feel for the property, our taste and how we wanted the space to work.James Booth, project managed the installation working to deadlines and dealing with our builder and other trades to make the transition between our old kitchen and the new one as smooth as possible. Neptune worked to the time table agreed.Ollie Walrond and his crew who fitted the kitchen we amazingly efficient, tidy and even brought their own coffee machine! All the boxes of which there were many were taken away. Lee the painter did the filling & touching up and was a great third pair of eyes to ensure everything was perfect.John and all the staff at the Tonbridge showroom were helpful and courteous throughout the whole process.We have enjoyed the whole experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Neptune for service, design and quality.

I’ve had my wonderful kitchen for four years and still love it as much as day one. A couple of cupboards had lost alignment so I contacted Neptune and within no time at all they sent someone out to sort my snagging issues. These were done quickly and efficiently, very happy with the outcome. 😊

Great service as always – and what I needed in stock with very quick dispatch. We have used a lot of Neptune paint inside and outside – it may be pricier than some, but it is seriously good to use with excellent cover.

Have for the 3rd year purchased defusers from Neptune, as they last, and remind the family of wonderful times in Cornwall on holiday (where we first smelt them). Its an easy order process, and you are kept up to date on delivery, worth the money.

Packaging for home delivery is excessive.Ordered two sets of linen napkinsThey arrived in large box with fragile marked on it. Loads of paper in box. Cat loved box but massive waste and delivered in Royal mail van .all could have been in large envelope. Please consider waste and environmental impact.

Just to say a huge thank you to THE most lovely advisor in your store today …. sadly (rudely of me ) I didn’t take her name .. but I returned 2 wall lights with zero fuss from her and she made me and my dog 🐕 super welcome … she also has a fox red Labrador !!!I spotted some perfect bar stools … Ludlows …. got home to this lovely £50 voucher and bought them straight away!!! My house is full of Neptune products. I absolutely love everything I have purchased, Reasonable prices for the quality of goods. Delivery exceptional and always on time and if delivered by the guy with the van they are always very polite and helpful. Exceptional service all round.

Hanley vase was very poorly packaged. Was cracked in multiple places when it was delivered. Was not able to get a replacement as it was out of stock. Still haven’t received a refund over two weeks later.

The after sale service team of Neptune is great! Although some part of furniture went wrong, but after sales team had spend effort to make up the faulty, I want to particularly mention Roberto and Raffell, they were the two delivery men came and fetch my furniture for exchange and return, they were very patient and careful, they also gave me good usage tips so I can avoid the scratching on the floor. Glad Neptune has good staff like them.

We recently had a makeover in our lounge. It wasn’t huge but Danica has transformed our room into a beautiful, relaxing place to sit and enjoy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and we got exactly what we asked for. She was so professional and gave me her opinion when I asked for it and was so knowledgable about every item I asked about! It was a pleasure to work with her and I would definitely recommend her and the Neptune team wholeheartedly.

Delivery team was first class. Placed our furniture item in situ without any issues a tidied up and removed the packaging for us. Very helpful advice about care and maintenance of our product too.

Terrible customer service while returning an online purchase. No paperwork with delivery but I had e receipt which is more than enough in other stores but Neptune Staff struggled with this concept and struggled even more to communicate with me, their customer. Expected more from Neptune’s customer service
