Placed a bet on Iroko in the 5.30 at Cheltenham last Friday. It won at 6/1 . I had taken 9/2 because Best odds Guaranteed was plastered all-over the website. When I rang customer service they said I had to email someone which I did , only to be told it was an “Extra place” race so it wasn’t Bog. I didn’t back ew so I should get paid at 6s was my argument. They then refused to except any more of my emails so I’m taking it further. They are crooks , plain and simple!

I don’t mind losing, I’ve lost on numerous slot sites but it takes the Pee deposit £250 and you literally get nothing in return I was only playing Starburst and Blood Suckers not once did it land on any bonus rounds/spins. It gets to point you think surely after all this it’s gotta give me something but NO take and take till you’re done. Have been having trouble logging in in for some reason. Couldn’t login although my password and email address is correct as what I created it with. Tried to reset password and use the new password and still doesn’t work. Back and forth keep trying and suddenly it said there is technical problem. After a while I do not give up on logging in as there is money there. I finally logged on and tried to withdraw the money. They said I could not withdraw the money because I only deposited it and not played any games. But the thing is. I did. And I have money left after playing a game. They couldn’t let me withdraw the money. Guess my money is gone just like everybody else to unibet 🙂 they have so many unreasonable excuses to keep your money or to restrict your accont. This should be banned. This is crazy how many people out there got fooled with this and somehow they keep getting away with it lol

Terrible, was only asked to verify my documents after I won and tried to withdraw. A few days later my account is blocked and all my funds are kept with no real reason and no way to appeal. Would stay clear.

After reading reviews I wont sign up. Never understand these companies making it difficult for people who sign up to use their site. I understand there might be a few reviews that are biased if something hasn’t gone their way but just too many bad reviews here. After being burnt by other companies always going to read review sites first. Lets hope I can find a good one.

Tried to verify a bank card for 6 weeks with Unibet because I had closed my account and opened a new one. I sent bank statements of both accounts, a letter from the bank explaining it is closed and to use the new account. Declined this, demanded a letter from the bank telling them why it was closed! The letter explained that they could not process a refund into that account as it was no longer in use. Signed by the branch manager, Unibet still declined! Every person I have spoken to can’t give me a straight answer as to what they need. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Every question there’s a silence because nobody knew the answers. Still unable to use my account and still unable to get my money which is over £1000 Do not use Unibet, by far the worst gambling company.

Honestly the worst betting company going don’t even try and sign up they just restrict your account straight away a went onto live chat the lass said it was basically unibet saying a can’t afford to gamble with them wow considering I have betting accounts bet365, paddy and sky bet for years and never had a problem.. to say unibets policy is outrageous and embarrassing is a understatement a will never go back.. am trying to have few bets on the footy not get finance for a loan or a car… joke.

Verification Process is a joke. I was asked for very specific documentation for source of funds. I provided this and had to continually chase for updates despite being told it’s 72 hours, then a week, then 2 weeks. On my final call to customer services, they told me that I’d not provided the right documents and they now needed something else. Having checked what they’d originally requested, I’d provided the correct documents. It’s excuse after excuse to cover incompetence.I decided to close my account instead of continuing to deal with this nonsense.

Absolute joke, the live games are rigged 100% in dealers favour. Constantly get absolutely terrible cards yet they hit blackjack or 20/21 the vast majority of the time. Roulette is also complete bull. It is funny how the live feed lags out mid way through the game and they suddenly get a good hand. Spent atleast £150 on this site with no returns atall. I won £168 yesterday and Unibet are refusing to pay me and have closed my account without an email or evplination. I am partially sighted and have very bad anxiety and depression . I was overjoyed when I won. What a horrible company. Customer service didn’t care all they said is I can send you an email (which I still don’t have) How can a company do this to a person? They were happy to take my £20 yet when it is time for them to pay out they close your account. Only gave 1 star because I have to. I will be going to citizens advice, consumer advice, financial ombudsman, trading standards… anyone I can I will tell. Friends, family, everyone. What a disgrace. Unibet is a scam provider. They ask for nothing to verify users including age, ID, yet if you win on the site, they can lock your account, confiscate winnings and harness terms and conditions outside of the legal remit set by the online gambling commission. READ CLAUSE: 5.4 within their terms of service before depositing 1p to this bag of crap. Even the ICO are investigating for a seis of malpractices, deliberately created to prevent winning players taking any profits. Unibet has scammed thousands of users worldwide withholding not just winnings but deposits in equal measure. They will even threaten with defamation, if you write reviews (like this one) but legally this is almost impossible to enforce. Your money is better off with that Nigerian prince who emails you every week. He might actually put it to good use.

I’ve had my account for a while and only just decided to deposit and play today, I was in the middle of my session on slots when suddenly my account was frozen and a popup came up saying i needed to verify my account I went on to live chat and explained that I have no form of photo ID and getting some is not easy to obtain for me. I just asked for my deposit or my remaining balance to be refunded, he explained that I could use my birth certificate as ID. So i went back to the verification page but there is no way to upload any documents that are not a drivers licence, national identity card or passport. So basically my money is just sitting in the account now and I cant withdraw it. You should be telling me to verify my account BEFORE i put money into my account not after and i should be able to withdraw it and close my account because I am unable to provide any photo ID .

Sent offer of 30 free spins if I deposited £25.I deposited but the free spins never materialised.E mailed them and they reinstated the free spins still no free spins upon loading game. Told to use google chrome despite not having any problems with other sites. They say they have loaded free spins a 3rd time? Claim bets are settled based on opta stats and don’t even follow that. Can’t contact customer service easily, live chat down and a premium rate number to hide how sub par they are. Find a better bookie, it won’t be hard.

Robbing b@#!ards. My wife used this site and had won previously using her own debit card, withdrew £1500 no issue. A month or so later she logged back in and deposited with my card, which she had full permission, deposited £400 in total which they gladly accepted. The only issue was when she built the balance to £1550 and the funds were confiscated when she tried to withdraw. Now I understand rules & regulations as she used my account to deposit, not happy they confiscated her winnings, but not even returning the £400 deposit is an absolute disgrace. They used the excuse that the withdrawal of £1500 a month earlier meant they didn’t have to return the second deposit as the withdrawal was more than the two deposits??? I Self-excluded over 5 years ago because their promos and slots were rubbish at the time. Tried to register again and told I had to provide 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements. Ive done that. After months of paying as much as possible to clear debts for a mortgage this month and a 970 credit score (likely to go to 999 this month) Unibet replied pretty quickly that my account was permanently closed with no reason given. There’s nothing dodgy about my banking Unibet. No fraud here. Advice to all, if you’re asked for your personal details don’t even bother giving them. I won £4000 from them and left in my account £125…. when I went to place a bet….they refused and requested to see my wage slips and source of income…. all of which is confidential and with my bank…. anything fraudulent that I may have been doing will have been highlighted and reported by them (the bank)….. they’ve got my monies still for over 2yrs and have closed my account….. Did me out of 2 grand! Account was fully verified, sent every bit of evidence (ID ect) they asked for and because I called them and asked for them to pay it out ASAP (as I waited over 3 months!) They told me safer gambling or whatever it is advised them to block my account as it was a problem because I asked for the money what was mine.
