By far the worst company I have ever bet with. Absolute con artists. Refused to pay out my £850 and have now closed my account. I recommend everyone to stay far away from this company. Customer service is absolutely dreadful and won’t help you. My only advice is not to give them your money!

Suspend your account saying they are reviewing it. Means you cannot withdraw funds. Dont say why or for how long. Raised a complaint but told complaint would take longer than review although don’t know how long review will be. Terrible company

Shittiest customer service ever…bunch of liar, no one has answer for anything, always saying the relevant team will contact later and no one ever does….they put a restriction on my account for supposebly safer gambling when I already have a low limit of 200£ per month imposed by them even if I selected a higher limit, and I m above my limit as I won some bets…so? Why the restriction??? No one has answer, I m waiting for two days already for someone to contact back and no one ever does…..

Do not touch Unibet. I did a simple match bet today and it won but they settled it as a loser. I would have lost my money if not challenging them on Live Chat. They refuse to compensate for their error and their client service is deplorable. How can you trust a company that cannot settle a bet correctly ?

I tried to place a 20p win lucky 63 on combined sports being football, tennis, & darts. The prices were as follows, 2/1-evs-9/10-6/4-9/4-6/4.if the bet would have came in with all six selections winning, the winning returns would have been £362.16p.unibet refused to accept the bet due to the liability. Absolutely incredible! I’m glad I deactivated the account.

Tried to register for poker. Issues registering so contacted customer support who informed me that I had an account that was closed in 2021. No reason given as to why. I can only assume due to inactivity as I didn’t even remember having an account with them. Turning customers away with very little reason given, just that my account was closed in 2021 after a thorough review. I found the rejection pretty blunt and cold. Not the advisor’s fault, no attempt to give me the proper issue and what could be done to put it right, and was told I can’t register under a different e-mail address either. Treated like a criminal for trying to register! Very unhappy about this. I’m sure they’ll hide behind company policies or some other unacceptable excuse

I placed a bet on boosted odds, and then once the bet was settled they changed it to the standard odds. Both their customer service (Jamie – particularly bad) and their complaints department (Dean and Joanne) had absolutely zero explanation for how this could have happened and did nothing at all to help me.So as a warning – do not trust Unibet, especially if you’re betting with larger values. They will change rules/payouts to suit themselves and leave you out of pocket.

I have to leave an honest review. My first review was left after I signed up and read negative reviews. After some time I sifted through and found some very good reviews! So today I deposited and made a withdrawal aswell. The withdrawal process was swift. Absolutely no trouble with this site. The slot I played hit bonus a couple of times and I ended up breaking even 👍 Win some you lose some that old famous saying. In no other industry would a customer(s) be treated so badly as they do in the gambling/gaming sector and Unibet is one of the absolute WORST.Most customers fully understand that documentation is required and are more than willing to provide exactly what’s requested, however, I’ve had my account frozen 3 times in the past 2 weeks and 7 times this year FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AND NO WARNING AHEAD OF TIME.When you enter the chat, no one can help you because it’s ’with another department’ and that department just sends emails stating they’ve unfrozen your account without any context.Genuinely, this is the most DISGRACEFUL way to treat customers and it wouldn’t be allowed in any other sector.I’ll be lodging a formal complaint to the Ombudsman because in the same way I’m held to standards, so should Unibet.Despite the product being good with the markets and live sports, it’s just not worth being treated like complete crap.

Appalling site in every respect. Stay clear of unibet. They closed my account thanks saves me the headache. Slots are genuinely rigged never win anything good. Customer service is abysmal. Ive lost many bet builders due to having to select minimum of 4 selections at minimum odds of 4/1. If i just placed a 1st goalscorer i would of won. Be careful of there 1/20 or 1/50 odds selections they are inaccurate and should be more like evens or 1.50 odds. Very sneaky unfair casino. Just use them for there welcome offer withdraw and close account to save yourself from the annoyance of there system.

For over a week now, I have been trying to unblock products on my Unibet account.In that time, I have been in contact with their customer service team at least four times. I have been fobbed off several times being told that my case is high priority but they are very busy.I have finally given up because they just keep responding with the same non-answer.By far the worst customer service I have experienced across UK casinos.

I like 1st goalscorers bets and I win them but I have to select another selection and unibet is not free for choice you have to select there minimum ie shots corners ect this keeps losing me my bet. Settled my winning bet as void because “the player didn’t start”.The player was subbed on at halftime and scored. The bet was not void when the player didn’t start, it was void after he scored and the game ended.They make up their own rules as to why you DON’T win.I recommend any other bookie.

I have used the casino part of this site for about 3 years but never really thought very much of it at all.This is mainly due to the limited number of casino promotions and I had never won anything of note, certainly nothing worth withdrawing, and I can understand the negative reviews to a degree. However, I decided to give the site another go and over the last couple of days I did actually win a decent amount of money.I did have a couple of questions for customer support via live chat and both people I dealt with were excellent. I didn’t need to wait in a long queue or deal with a bot and I was immediately connected to an actual human being! Both agents were extremely efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, which is rare these days when I think to the experiences I have had with their competitors. I would go as far as to say it’s the best customer support I have received from anywhere in a very long time. Also, I literally received my two withdrawal payments within less than 30 minutes.The site is easy to navigate and there is an excellent variety of games available, although there could perhaps be more table blackjack games.I am definitely a convert after initially not enjoying the site and would highly recommend.I would actually list Unibet as one of my “top three”, and no, I’m not being paid to say this lol.

Without even depositing much they blocked me from deposit facility without warning. The poker is fixed, once you put in your chips they toss the deal and it ALWAYS hits for the other guy on the river. If you hold your chips back they cheat less. The spins are as dodgy as you like although the live one can be exploited to good effect. But they just dont do friendly, they let you play then suddenly they dont, if that sounds great then go ahead and sign up. Oh and many Bonus award challenges simply cannot be done, so avoid them unless theyre free.

You can take Platinum Gaming LTD (the parent company) to a small claims court. Many people are finding this successful, they don’t like going to court and will settle outside of court.If they owe you money do not let them get away with it.

Never had an issue with them so far but I’m not a heavy gambler .. but there is so much on the site it freezes . The whole lay out leaves much to be desired ,and dont use their site if your eyesight isnt 20/20… everything is sooo small .I have big fingers so ticking any of their boxes becomes an issue . Don’t deposit!!!There free spins plus £20 bonus credit offer is rediculous!!! Depositing £10 to get the offer is worthless, if you win anything you’ve got to make/spend £1000 before you can withdraw anything that’s the catch! They tell you your original deposit can’t be withdrawn because it’s used before the free £20 bonus credit, surely that should get used first!!! Never had that issue on another site. The bonus credit was used first which enabled me to withdraw my original deposit plus any extra winnings. Stay clear if I were you!!!

The RTP on this site is way off, the payouts are terrible, even if you do hit a bonus it will be the lowest amount possible, I’ve played online sites for years and this one is broken. It’s clearly setup to be permanently on the take. I deleted my account and I’ll never use them again. I would suggest everyone to stay clear.
