I deposited amount fits first time to receive bonus match, I waited 72 hours and still haven’t received bonus, when you go to ask for help or live chat, if redirects you to site where you log in doesn’t work, then gives you a few options I have written several requests, but still no answer or response. Then it gives an out of country code to call, cashed it with no luck. So save your money and go to different site. They won’t give you bonus!

So, we played book of ra 80,god of olimp 60, sizzling hot 80,so,220,and we win in total 92,so my opinion its to avoid, don't really understand how can you play a game that doesn't even keep you for 10 minutes in game, in 2£ bed, don't understand how people can win here.. I would advise anyone to stay away from Unibet, My reasons are they have a horrible customer care who don’t not give a crap about you and do not care about their customers, They permanently banned my account because I was betting abroad, Unibet was holding my money for over 2 weeks all because I was betting while I was on holiday so I needed stupid amount of evidence to prove who I was what was hard to do while I was on holiday when I finally got all the evidence they would not reopen my account for me, All because I was betting abroad so unfair……

Got robbed for 1700 pounds – they refused to accept my docuements, because of double standards they have regarding winnings/ loosing clients. After 2 months of waiting and tens of unecessary documents – some of them already accepted, and then rejected 1 month later by the same departament, I lost my patient finally.

Stay out ! Purely The worst customer service on the UK market !

I applaud Unibet for having a range of the best games on the market, generous bonuses and friendly customer care. Some odds on sport are also great so grab them while you still can. What I would personally love to see is 6 hours per week of Fair Gambling promotion up to 50 pounds. This can be achieved in many ways:
1) Wild American Roulette – "00" wins on Red/Black bet
2) Wild European Roulette – 0 ties on Red/Black bet
3) 100x odds on Craps, come out bet 50 pence
4) 2.75% commission on Baccarat
5) Equal bet on Niu Niu pays even money
6) Yes Dice
7) Middle bet on Sic Bo – 10 or 11 pays 3:1
… and so on. One evening, 6 hours per week, up to 50 pounds is the best promotion ever. Just saying!

Top, top betting site. Fast payouts, (I receive my funds in my bank the day after I request them), vast array of bets available on all sports and a really fun live casino to play in. Registering was easy and depositing via PayPal without any problems. From the start I played an unknown slot but quickly realilsed I could stop the reels something I prefer. This resulted in a £300 win for my 50p bet. My withdrawal of £300 was done overnight without needing my ID. Obviously my electronic ID was acceptable. But then I played over many days £220 on low stakes as per norm and not one bonus and hardly any wins. I found this to unfair and just very expensive entertainment, so I closed my account. So much for RTP as I do wonder now if their RNG is in question.

Live casino is terrible .You can have over half the board and still not get a number for over 24 spins which seem suspicious on many a spin.

Just had the most bizarre experience with a betting company since I started betting a few years ago. Congrats Unibet.

Signed up and instantly was asked for verification. Now I'm not against that, sometimes I'd rather they did it before I started betting than when I ask to cashout my funds after a win like lots do. I uploaded my drivers license and proof of address bank statement .pdf file. I was then asked to check my verification status and the .pdf file wasn't good enough (why?) so they wanted one sent through the post. Fine. Took the time to phone my bank and order one then took a photo of it when it arrived. All approved apparently.

I then went onto live chat to ask for my welcome bonus to be re credited as it had expired because of the verification requests and the time it took. The live chat operator credited it and all was well as far as i was aware.

About ten mins after the live chat I had an email saying that they wanted ANOTHER proof of address sent to my house and then a selfie with my proof of address! As if I hadn't jumped through enough hoops already. They are just taking the preverbial p1ss now.

I still hadn't had a bet or made a deposit lol. I've closed my account.

What a bizarre experience as a new customer. Are they not interested in new customers?

Now I feel p1ssed because I've given all my ID and proof of address to a company based in fkn malta or somewhere and I suspect they are involved in fraud with peoples IDs. Fully expect to find my ID on the darkweb now available to whoever the highest bidder is.

Unibet is a total rip off..I played and won..and the next day my account was locked..I was told it was because I needed to send in the needed documentation and I did so..they say it was accepted and had to be reviewed by their "risk team" and here we are months later…n such email has come and I guess I'm out of $225 …terrible experience

Horrendous site, they offer no real bonuses when it comes to making deposits, you get no offers no matter how much you deposit or how often you play. The slots pay out next to never, your very rarely to be ahead of your deposited amount. U could spin 300 times at £1 .. and win 35 times at 50p each time.. and one time maybe a fiver if your lucky .. very rarely hit anything worthwhile to keep you spinning. U can’t contact them via email. So you basically get nothing. U very rarely get the bonus features and when u do they pay out terrible amounts continuously. U can’t contact them via email. Also get no promotions apart from ones where u have to deposit or spend hundreds of pounds to receive £10 .. all you get is promotions for sports betting. Nothing when it comes to casino spins etc. Have been playing for a few months now and enjoy it less every single time I play thinking it will pay at some point. No it really doesn’t. Doesn’t care about how much u bet or play no loyalty when it comes to valued customers. Do not bet with unibet. I tried to withdraw money from them and sent them all the verification documents that they asked for. They asked for a picture of my driver's license next to my face which I did. They then responded with closing my account down and freezing my funds.

They would not let me withdraw my own money and provided no explanation why other than the fact that as per their t&cs they have the right to freeze funds.

Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!! Hope they can keep anyone's money is beyond me

A very bad bookie, avoid. After placing just 1 bet and winning a very small amount of money, under £5, they blocked my account with no explanation. I take it they only want to take your money, not to give money. Well, it's not how this business works.

Okay market, nothing special.

Need some serious improvement for phone betting. The staffs for Australian website are rude and seems unhappy doing their job. I have accounts with several website in AU and only with them I found issue when talking on the phone.

First is that, they keep telling me I have bad reception, whilst other providers never got issue like that. And I'm done with them after for like the 10th times they are not happy explaining another market odd to me.

It's ridiculous, live betting odd is always changing and from wanting one market, it's normal to change our mind after knowing the most update ODD, and simply we will ask for another market hoping for better odds.

It's funny that multiple times their staffs took this as a threat, like I am forcing them to make an error whilst I simply ask what is the odd of particular market. Never had issue with other sports betting provider doing this. Simply because that's what live betting is all about, constant change of odd and market value.

My advise to Unibet? Better don't provide live betting market if can't afford hiring staff that's capable for such a job.

I have previously posted some very positive reviews of Unibet on this site but have recently closed my account with them due to a lack of clarity and inconsistencies in their bonus system. They were also very happy to close my account, despite continually telling me I was a valued customer. I can't really fault Unibet for anything other than their bonus system but it definitely needs work. In what is now a very competitive market in the future I will use companies that have clear bonus systems. They are out there.

On a final point. If anyone has noticed that that a lot of positive reviews for Unibet seem to be posted around the same time this is because customers are 'encouraged' to post positive reviews for rewards. I have myself in the past received an email from Unibet advising that it would 'be worth my while' posting a review.

I’ve been using unibet for over a year now I liked it a lot and still using it but it’s went downhill I’ve had a few bad experiences regarding bets and wrong details in matches With corners etc and not getting my money back this has happened on numerous occasions and when I’ve went on the live chat they’re saying it’s my fault when that isn’t true. I’ve spent a lot of money with use and a loyal customer but that didn’t seem to matter.

They took my money without explanation and deleted my account. Opened an account on their website. I live between Germany and Hungary and typed in my hungarian address. The system accepted it. Later it turned out that I need an official german address to use their german website, which btw. I thought is just a language option. So they took without warning 2/3 of my winnings and deleted my account. Costumer service was rude. They couldn't show me the term why I need a german address plus they didn't ask me if I also maybe have a german one, so in the end they just told me to stop to argue because it makes no sense against them.

All the games are rigged. Tryed their service 2 years ago lost alot of money,you notice it emmidietly if you surf around and try to play.

Positives: Great games selection.
Fastest withdrawal system ever! Took just under 2 hours

Negatives: Little to no promotions in the casino. Have a strict 'no
bonus on request' policy which is really poor, especially

Summary: I don't and will never use their sports betting section as
that doesn't interest me, so I am just commenting on the

selection, they have everything you'd want. A recent
