Absolute dog of a poker site. STAY AWAY! I have played online poker since it's inception, and I have never experienced anything quite like this abomination.

The RNG is demon possessed (for a start), the fellow players leave you feeling like you're not playing real people, and if you DO happen to place in the "money" in a tournament…they'll just tell you that you "must have misread the tournament lobby" when you ask why you haven't received your payment.

Absolute sham.

Biggest problem I had with these amateurs was. Within 2 days the sie crashed for hours at a time losing game play i had built up and monitored for hours costing me hundreds. So if you rely on actually being able to use them FORGET IT go to paddy power or bet 365……

Over two weeks and wont let me withdraw my balance of nearly £900. I have sent various bits of ID over (which banks have accepted) and still no resolution. Now going to Gambling commission to resolve.

I was playing with them for 3years.I ended up being on minus,but eventhough I think it was a good/fair site.Few times I needed the assistance from the management,my issues were resolved within hours.

This _uckin scammers allowed me to deposit (I asked for verification before, but they told me "you are the best and already verified! Deposit & play!
After my deposit they are confiscated my funds immediately without any explanations!

The worst betting site ever. The bolcked my account permanently and didnt give me the money i won. I did not get even the money i deposited. As i wanted to withdrawal the money i won i had to verificate my account. I sent them every document they asked. Every time they asked me for a document i sent it and each time i recived an email where they asked for another doc. I have sent them 17 docs. It took about 5 weeks and at the end they blocked my account and confiscated all my money.

Happy to let me signup, deposit and bet money but as soon as you try to withdraw thats when they start hitting you with ID checks, this is directly against the guidance issued by the gambling commission earlier this year.

Guys its a scam, don't play Unibet Poker, scam site. This is why you cannot even chat on Unibet Poker because most of the profiles are fake BOT profiles which are used by Unibet. These Unibet BOTs will always take your money no matter how good player you are. Also if you win on sports betting then they mess with you even more in poker to make sure you lose some money. The game got especially sick when I made my first withdraw, then literally I could not win any type of game, even one on one. One instance I won an all in with a very strong hand and I had 1498 and the other player had 2 left !!!! Guess who won??? The blind was already 50/100. The BOT went 11 all ins in a row against me to win the game from there. 2-4-8-16-32-64-128-256-512-1024-WIN. I have never ever seen anything like this and I play poker for a long time. If the game wants you to lose they will make you lose no matter what. They are stealing our money by controlling the hands and the outcome!!!

After sending all the legit documents multiple times for verification. It was not accepted for no good reason, and they refuse to process my withdrawal, so essentially stealing a few thousand £s.

Absolute terrible site to bet on. They don’t pay out. I won a bet on a golfer. Around 1000 bucks. They said the role over was 99x and you have to do that in less then a week. I didn’t even use the bonus nor want it and they said even my money I can’t take out. So literally then took my money and said you have to forfeit your money because you didn’t hit the 99x rollover in a week which is impossible to hit.

Pretty happy with overall experience. You deposit 10 and get 40 quid as bonus but it's wagered, which I was not aware but it's clearly stated in T&C. Cancelled the bonus and withdrew my winning. Customer support (Laura) was great and efficient in explaining everything.

Having complied strictly with their 'verification process' they then ask for more documents and make you jump through more hoops, which in my opinion is to avoid paying out what they owe. They have my money and won't pay me. Therefore BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of UNIBET. I'm now pursuing my complaint via the UKGC to get my money back. DISGUSTING

Watch out for terms and conditions. Very sketchy, I won a bet from a bonus, but they didn't even give me the winnings because it "expired" a few minutes later than the 7 day allowance, which isn't made clear. Even after reading the small print, they make it seem like I had to place a bet within 7 days but, it turns out it's when it's settled. They waited to settle the bet in order to make it invalid, and even refused to refund me after the bet was invalid.

On the 24th of July 2020 a race at Crayford 17.18 went off.

The lids came up and trap 3 was no where in sight it looked like the trap 3 stall was vacant. The dog eventually came out at about 3 to 4 seconds after all the other dogs ran I've never seen this happen like in 20 years of dog racing. I've seen dogs fall out of boxes and stumble but this was a extreme event that had taken place.

Uni bet settlers didn't want to refund the stake to loyal customer or offer free bet as a good will gesture.

Morale of the story avoid this company like the plauge.

Constant technical issues has ruined any enjoyment from this website. No offers of apology from the contacts I have spoken to. Having the cash out option constantly disappear at times when needing to limit loses. Best thing I have done today is close my account.

Disgusting website. The customer service is robotic and rude. When advising I had lost 10k they made a sarcastic comment.
I have lost out on over £500 of cash outs on this site due to technical issues. Not once have they offered anything in return for their error. They always seem to have technical issues when you have a big cashout. Avoid at all costs.

Requested verification and I provided valid EU id card. Refused to acknowledge it and said they were not obliged to tell me the reason why. Asked for alternative docs then found another lame excuse to dismiss it. Threatened legal action to have my money removed and my account closed. Totally unprofessional, Small fish in a large pond, got panicky over a 4-digit deposit and were finding excuses to say I did not meet the criteria whereas all they wanted was to refuse my custom. BEWARE.

They had a promo where if you bet $10 on either side of Masvidal vs. Usman, you got $100 if the fight lasted longer than the first 30 seconds. I bet $10 on Usman, the fight went 25 minutes and he won but they never gave me my $100 bonus which is the entire reason I even signed up or played.

I enjoy playing on Unibet the games are great and rewarding. Based on their originality alone I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately they fall short with the loyalty scheme. The amount you have to spend versus the rewards are pretty bad. And I personally believe they should get rid of the mission system as it’s all over the place. As a long term customer I don’t believe I get the VIP treatment my account suggests. If you want a fast original platform than you will not be disappointed but if you want rewards for your loyalty there are better platforms.

I have been a member of Unibet for over 3 years but just started using the website more recently. Do not open an account with these crooks, they will try and steal your money. They restricted my account so I can't place any bets just because I am showing a profit. They ask for obscene amounts of ID before releasing funds, some of which many people don't have access to. They also repeatedly lie over the phone to tell you certain documents will be accepted and then they are not. Stay away.

I was betting on Esports csgo and my tac was to bet on underdogs who were behind and when it seemed to close i cashed out. I won some lost some and got some profit but since a few days unibet isn't offering any cash outs or just worse ones!!
My team had a 6-9 lead and i bet on x2 odds and i got a negative cash out?

Personally one of my fave up and coming sites to use. They cater for the recreational player with their regular community events, monthly missions and other promotions, but do not forget about their core grinders with the constant leader boards.

The graphics and the smooth flowing game play lead to a fun casual playing experience. Also the ban on 3rd party software means the games are fair, unlike some bigger Poker sites whom appear to be falling behind the curve when it comes to game fairness, equality and the war on bots.
