I am beyond frustrated with the customer service from Stake (Specifically agent Nikola with her AI generated replies that do not make sense). What started as a simple request to change my email address has turned into an absolute nightmare.The process is unnecessarily complicated and invasive. I was asked to provide screenshots of transaction history, which I did. When I sent the information they requested, they then demanded even more details—something completely unreasonable for an email change. The requests only got more bizarre, including videos of my whole wallet history and basically want to access my wallet, which is not only unnecessary but also a breach of privacy.I’ve followed their instructions, provided everything asked, and yet the process continues to drag on with no resolution in sight. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers’ time or privacy. Asking for a video of my wallet is not only intrusive but raises serious concerns about their security practices.I’ve been a customer for a long time, but this experience has left me seriously questioning their commitment to customer care and security. If you value your privacy and time, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Overall good but they have a bug in craps and when you remove your bets your balance occasionally disappears from the bets you removed. Not helpful from tech support and I even have recorded session proving it but their support is so stupid and does not understand simple video showing balance disappearing. Very dissatisfied

Its a scam they say that they slots are fair but they are purely scripted and AI that adapts with your play style to set you to the ground . You can play in 10000 slots on their site and the outcome is still the same . You get bonus buys for 1000$ (at least 30 of them) and the maximum you get ist 1200$ back ( one time ) the other times its just 300$ .I tried evert slot provider and the outcome was the same . In the last 2 months not a singel profit day .Minimum bet 5$ -10 $ max win i achieved was 2000$ in a night after i have lost maybe 8K . On December 28th I won a large sum, my personal record for winnings at blackjack by hitting a perfect three of a kind of diamonds with a fairly high sidebet. Unfortunately I couldn’t collect the winnings because they didn’t send any email with the verification code for withdrawing the money. Unfortunately this was also the cause of the loss of all the sum won with the money I had deposited. Not being able to withdraw screwed me up, I contacted support, asking to speak to the superiors but everyone sent me the usual message already prepared and ready for the pair and paste to be sent to the first stupid person who writes to them. Really bad experience, if it had been another crypto casino I wouldn’t have had these problems and I could have had the money in the bank account.

Hello my account was hacked twice. The first time stake took some time but been able to return my account after verify my true identity. Now the second time it got hacked and I told them it’s only the 2fa barrier need to be removed so as I can access my account they said no we can not help. I also said to them then delete the account and return my funds. This also they said they can not do anything. How bad is this service even the second time I admit they can ask me for any verification and I’m the owner I will give them every verification but nothing from them. I lost my money and my account.
