One of the worst betting experiences ever , I deposited money two months ago , Had a bit of luck both on casino and in sport bets . My account rised over 150% of the original deposit and They completely froze the account . Asked me for everything , Id , passport , source of funds , selfie with today date and after everything was delivered on three occasions with different documents used and everything being transparent the account isn’t cleared . They just blocked my account after my first win, stating: ‘Anonymity is important to us, but multi-accounting is something we take very seriously.’ This was my first and only account that I had or used on stake.com. After reaching KYC level 3, they asked me to provide a ‘source of funds.’ At this point, I’m not working in any company or business; I’m simply engaged in cryptocurrency trading. I provided all the information about my funds that I possibly could, yet they keep sending the same message, insisting that the documents must be from their list. It’s a terrible experience to be accused of something you’re not doing. And until now I can’t withdraw my funds that I deposited.

I am a fan of Stake, but in fact, I was very disappointed with the Platinum membership and the hosting vip service. First, they gave me a reload of $970 for 6 days, then it became $500, and within 3 weeks it became $20, and this is not completely satisfactory. Also, the monthly bonus was not convincing at all, and I did not find benefit from the host. All positive reviews are either fake, or are from players who were awarded a compensation on their site for leaving a good review. Even a legitimate casino with the best odds won’t get over 2 stars just for the nature or the game.
