Could not login as wanted to join a friends super 6 league. Nobody has bothered to help and its now August 18th and their useless customer service have not responded since August 5th!!!! Will NEVER go back to Sky TV from BT TV now. Appalling service or should i say NO service whatsoever

Don’t pay out winnings, Do not trust these crooks. It’s 2023 ffs people should be allowed to change bank accounts and withdraw to the card that made the deposit. Utter crap this net deposits rule you’ve made up so you don’t have to payout.Also the odds here are so low its embarrassing. And no best odds gaurenteed on races they give extra places on, not even worth betting each way at these odds.Website design is appalling and the my bets section makes it impossible to keep track of your bets without scrolling for days.

Ever since I jokingly said in a bingo chat room that I was spending my petrol money and could do with a win they banned my account. they asked me to call them which I put off for about six months eventually I thought why not. Person i spoke to was very smarmy and very much enjoyed talking down to me all because I had a joke with somebody in the chat room. I’ve now since tried to play the penalty shootout and have played it every day for 3 weeks. and have not won once I can only assume there is a Mark against my account., I have spent a lot of money with Sky Bet and always been fair but they’re not fair with me. Hope they realise how hurtful this treatment is.

I had an acca with 8 teams. 5 of them were winning, three drawing. This was just after half time. My cash out was pathetic. It wasn’t even worth betting. No fun. I’ve used skybet for years but today i uninstalled it as i was appalled at the odds their algorithm is using.

I got banned from all promotions over a year ago, I asked why and was told “we do not have to give you a reason, but we do look at your account from time to time with a view to reinstating your promotions.” that was over a year ago, I have the occasional bet, normally a 10p lucky 15 on a Saturday. Maybe my occasional £3.00 is not enough to reinstate my promotions, but as they will not tell me why I have been banned then I do not know what I can do to fix it.

Suspended my account for no reason, spent days jumping through hoops for them, picture of driving license and a recent bill only to get an email saying security have decided not reopen my account and that I would never be able to open an account with them, absolutely terribel service, avoid at all costs.

Please just read the reviews before joining. Skybet send huge volumes of texts emails and adverts to encourage you to use their promotions but if you dare to have a few winners they remove your access to these. No explanation – they just blame their anonymous trading team. The customer service is so bad I can’t actually believe it’s allowed. When I ask for an explanation they close the chat. It’s good to see the reviews on here and know it’s them and not me 😀

I have been betting with Sky Bet for over 9 years now only small bets most well under a fiver but have received communications from them as follows. Following a recent review by our trading team, we have decided that your account requires tighter liability management. Unfortunately, this means the account will no longer be eligible for any free bets or cash credits offered as part of any promotional offer from Sky Bet. The decision is not based on how much a customer has won over a period of time, but it is in relation to the types of bet they are placing. As far as I know my betting habits have not changed much over that time I asked if they could provide me with some details of their decision but was informed the trading team doesn’t need to explain anything. As I see it they are the Police, Judge and Jury and sentencing officer all in one. I do find it strange though I contacted Sky Bet about a bet that was settled and winnings put into my Account only for it to be removed I questioned them, are they allowed to take money out of my account without my permission, the winnings were put back but I didn’t get an answer I wonder if this had anything to do with their decision to withdraw promotional offers. Did think as a new football season is about to start they would reset my account and allow me to have promotional offers, No is the answer.

I placed a £50 bet for Jamaica to draw with France and they did. payment should of been £450It was registered as LOST!!!!I am trying to find out why. I have emailed, and got a robot response. Then a succession of emails, stalling about the details of my account. Then Silence. I have requested a call, an explanation, but I have received absolutely nothing, apart from your account details don’t match. This is many things. I am now going to report to the OMBUDSMEN and will post on social media to see if anyone else has experienced this. With this company.

The worst betting site to deal with. They’ll not give you any help when you need it and will suspend your account for no reason. They’ll also not remind you how long you’ve played and online roulette is rigged. When winning they will cut time off your game, freeze the camera when spinning and won’t change anything during the game. They will take take take, please stay away from this horrible company.

The minimum deposit is £5 which is good but their minimum withdrawal is £10! So, if you have say, £9.50 in your account and you think, I’ll have that back because I’m a bit short, you can’t, unless you deposit another £5 to then withdraw £14.50!Why? Now the cynical among us would say that is to encourage us to spend what little we have left in there! Perhaps we haven’t got another £5 to put in or we think, oh, I can’t be asked to deposit another £5 just to withdraw the whole amount….I’LL JUST GAMBLE IT! They know what they’re doing and there is absolutely no reason that rule is in place except for encouraging you to practice IRRESPONSIBLE gambling which is totally opposite to what they are supposed to promote!

If I could put no stars I would put a negative -10. I placed an accumulator bet on the football, All bets were a cash out And sky do not register the bet, This game was finished 45 to 55 minutes ago. But yet still there was no cashout available. This is not the first time it has happened on numerous occasions. So whatever you do don’t bet with sky because the customer service is rubbish and so are there terms.

Done bet on basketball game Slovakia womens u20 vs Spain womens u20, bet was done in first minutes of the game, and my bet was Spain over 83 points, after half time bet was suspended, later they hold my bet and my money for three days, and after that they void my bet because they can’t find results, but you can find results online Slovakia 40 vs Spain 108, when I try to speak with them they just keep telling me is no information about results and they can’t pay any winning, and they just void my bet, game was on Saturday 15 of July, so they rip off my over £1000 winning money, and even not try to find results, disgusting, hope you void Skybet.

O stars.I had problems logging in a year ago and went elsewhere.I very recently tried to log in again, even though my android phone/google tells me their site is unsafe!I was obstructed from logging in again and then I tried to check my pin and account and skybet sent me emails to click links but they still did not work. What makes me cringe or laugh is there is a phone number at the end of this page so I called and it stated the phoneline is not in use.What a sham of a company, they don’t deserve my custom after hours of having tried to contact them.Whether I am blocked or otherwise, I am completely unaware but am happy going elsewhere.I also do not understand celebrities endorsing Skybet as I said I can only think of them as a sham and if others call them crooks or fraudsters, I completely understand why.Goodbye Skybet!And Good Riddance, I hope someone teaches you a lesson in morals and manners who is a success in court, they should answer to the customer, that is paramount indeed.I now use PaddyPower and they pay out quickly without fuss, bless them.

Promotion on race, money back if horse finishes 2,3 or 4th. Horse came 4th. Came up as bet lost on my account, used live chat, she said I have been credited with the stake back. Now, I don’t know if I have or not, I’m expected to take note of my balance before I bet am I. Wasn’t notified that I had the bet refunded. Not good enough

Suddenly Skybet don’t pay bonuses on Lucky 15/31/63 bets, so no bonus for 4 winners (usually 10%) and no double the odds for 1 winner. Never have I seen this before in over 35 years of betting, They say it is to enhance customer experience. My account will be closed this week. They offer very little but claim to give so much.

Refusing to pay out the money that is in my account until I provide bank statement from a bank account that was closed down over a year ago. I have sent them proof of the closure of the account but they are still insisting on a statement. I would definitely use Paddy Power instead. Much better experience all round

Sky bet has lost my custom for good now my first problem with them they brought extra placings in and scratched best odds g/tee I could not believe what I seen last week 1 extra place with only 7 runners what a joke.Sky bet have now announced that some free bets will have a time limit to use them I do not recollect them asking what the punters want or even vote sky bet are making a lot of bad decisions.

A third party accessed my Sky Bet account and used it to commit fraud with someone else’s credit/debit card. When I raised it with Sky Bet they try to blame me saying my email had been accessed by the third party but that was not true, and the email access log proved that. When I tried to complain and find out what data Sky had allowed a fraudster to access, I gave them all the information they asked for and the information that the complaints procedure said was needed. But every time I did that Sky just asked for more personal data, by email, and then as soon as I said “no” to this they blocked the complaint. It feels like the system is designed to stop anyone making a complaint.

I don’t think sky bet even care about people’s opinions and reviews good reviews or bad reviews..As I look through trust pilot and all of the reviews… I don’t see any kind of feedback or acknowledgement or attempt to try and resolve the issues..Every other betting site that I see on trust pilot…All of the other sites make a public comment and acknowledge the review.. even though the response you get is an absolute joke or just standard jargon they do still acknowledge..But not sky bet.. That speaks volumes about their customer service..To not get one penny off a four pound spin feature £4 spin feature..And I had 12 spins in the future..And I didn’t receive a penny come on really…. I will be taking this complaint further because I don’t believe that’s right

Loads of reviews on here saying how bad skybet are but I have found them ok.Positives: their free bets don’t expire, unlike some other bookies where they only give you a week (or sometimes even a day) to use it. They have a loyalty scheme and some of the boosted odds are really good value. The app is decent and easy to use and doesn’t crash all the time. They pay out quickly if you want to withdraw.Negatives: they freeze cash out way too often and also sometimes they will not offer cash out as an option on free bets. Their standard odds are not as good as other sites. They also banned me from casino promotions (which is a bit weird because I didn’t use casino very much.)

Was with sky bet for approximately a month. Would place small bets( £3-£4) everyday on horse racing then sky bet accused me of fraudulent use and cheating and placed a lot of restrictions on my account. I have worked in the industry and can assure them 3-4 pounds a day is neither fraudulent use or cheating. I withdrew my money and shut the account down. Never again !!!

Its discusting the way they treat customers, hold onto their funds and continually rip punters off. They are horrible peolpe who dont care. They are only interested in getting your money, dont believe anything else they say.
