Suspended my account for questioning why it takes so long to settle winning bets when losing one’s settle instantly,account closed no questions and refusing to cash out the open bets I have already placed.Literally robbing people and getting away with it.Stay well clear of this company and shady tactics.

My account was suspended a week ago. I didn’t receive any email or information about the suspension so I had to contact them on LiveChat. I was then asked for information to send through which I immediately sent. 3 days later I received a further email asking for the same bank card I explained I no longer had in my initial email. I came onto LiveChat and was told to submit my new card, I did so immediately. 2 days passed with no update so I went on LiveChat again to be told my card was deleted as it was not sent in the correct format as the security code was not blanked out. I was asked to submit it again by LiveChat. I did so immediately.I have now received an email telling me the card is in the incorrect format (the original email I sent) and I need to resubmit. I was also asked for my ID to be submitted again in a different format despite it initially not being an initial. Clearly I was lied to as my original submission has not been deleted because that’s what they used to ‘review’.I’ve now submitted the same card I submitted 2 days ago on LiveChat which I was assured would be reviewed. Go round and round in circles with different requests made each time.Slightly ridiculous as I have used this account for over a year, multiple wins and losses of fairly high value and randomly they decide to do this.Appreciate they have checks to carry out but other companies manage to do this swiftly and without fuss without multiple and repeated requests. Had the same documents requested by WilliamHill and they verified my account (using the exact same documents) within 6 hours and not a single challenge – it’s not a regulatory problem, it’s an internal issue.When my account is finally reactivated, I’ll withdraw and go elsewhere. Complaint submitted by no doubt that’ll go nowhere.

Iv writing reviews regarding skybet previously and been happy in general what they offer but recently online sky Vegas I can’t get a free spins or big wins and I play regularly. I don’t hear my friends saying they are having better luck than me so it’s right over the board. You say keep it fun well we would if you played fair with us . Been with skybet/Vegas and casino for years with no problems to speak of, but, recently their promotions have become criminal. Had push message to opt into one which I did and then did not receive the free spins as advertised. Upon contacting their customer service( if you can call them that) was told firstly that the promotion never existed then after pushing was told it did exist but even though I’d staked the correct amount I didn’t opt in. Closed all my accounts with them and advise anybody to avoid this company like the plague.

This company are cheats. My cousin works for them and they have meetings about how to target and confuse customers so they make bad decisions when placing bets. The focus is on getting customers to deposit as often as possible and change markets and offers from one day to the next. Balances are linked to slots play and payouts predetermined according to how a person stands overall on a profit and loss. With sports betting person can win without skybet infkuencing the result, but they get their money back with the gaming side which provides predetermined results the second you click spin and even before the spin is complete.

I do like sky bet I have won lot of money and they pay ASAP so no problems. But recently the have this Friday game open the vault that you get lives for your weekly play .last week I had five so I had used 2 to get to final last 2 numbers . You can only opt on high or low I had a 1 so I went high it was a 1 so I went low again a 1. Well you can’t win option should be high low or same for a fair game. 🤷

I self excluded for a 5 years and when I tried to log back in I am on for another nearly 100 years it actually said I can log back on the year 3015 what a joke these sites are . Skybet are thieves, l won a few thousands one night and left 2k float in there then when l woke up the next morning the account was suspended. It’s been over 2 weeks since l sent the required documents and customer support keeps saying security team is reviewing the documents and they will send you an email. Skybet are crooks and should be monitored by Gambling commission because l know they are other people out there facing the same problem, when you register it takes 20 minutes for one’s documents to be verified because you haven’t deposited any money but when you win money or you have money in the account it takes forever to be verified. Robbing the poor these criminals, someone needs to do something.

Would like to leave nil but can’t. My reasons are numerous. Once matches start on a Saturday the app very rarely updates or opens. On completion of bet cash out, i go to the account and find the submit didnt work and out of pocket, when i contacted them i got a useless bot chat. Upon getting live chat, I am told that it was an error, no apology or replacement of lost funds. Tried logging on the App at home, I have a sky mobile and mobile wi-fi, message keeps telling me I am abroad. Needed to delete app three times and reinstate, still not working properly. No physical human contact meant a very frustrated customer. To cap it all I get a review link asking me to sum up the service ? Service simply awful, now betting with someone else

Crooks! This company allows accumulator bets where all football games are cashout, yet once all the games start, they then say some of the games are ineligible for cashout! Due to the fact that skybet, betfair and paddypower are all run by the same company all of my accounts attached to Flutterentertainment Plc have all been self-exclusion permanent despite GAMSTOP clearly saying my self-exclusion started on the 31st of August 2018 and ended on the 1st September 2023 I spoke to paddypower safer gambling agent on Thursday they said I’d self excluded 16th June 2016 then yesterday they said 26th July 2017 at 04:30 a.m.

Had a bet from my NEW bank account and won , went to withdraw my amount and Sky bet wanted to split my winnings over my new bank account and old one ( which is now closed and non existent) I have contacted them and they are ignoring me and won’t refund me my money .
