Super bad low RTP, must be rigged to be lowest possible, I lost $5,500 playing small bets and small bonus buys over 4 days, I won nothing! Hello everyoneI made an account few months ago and recently deposited about 200$. I liked their sportsbook and a lot different slot options.But after first winning bet on sportsbook my account was limited to less than a 1$ per bet. I immediately wanted to withdraw my funds, but I couldn’t because my account is somehow restricted. I wrote them email and they said I need to do 30min video call for verification. Just unbelievable, I only won about 100$. I accepted anyway and when it was supposed to happen I didn’t get any email to join call. I mean there is a lot shady things about this casino and I would advise to stay away. Their support is so slow and it takes days to answer. They have bonus system consisting of “calendar”, they maximized the time you have to think about their site and to be on their site. Every 8hour you can claim couple of dollars after losing thousands or else you lose the benefit.They don’t have deposit limit functions on the site nor you can set self exclusion times yourself

Woke up today and my account was disabled. I contacted support and was told “your account was tied to an account that self-excluded earlier today.”I told them I only had one account, and that I hadn’t self-excluded. Absolute scam of a website, deposited $500 and got it up to $3000, tried to withdraw and they claimed a I had multiple accounts (which is untrue) I asked for them to provide the proof and they wouldn’t. Tried to withdrew $1500 and they wouldn’t let it go through, onto customer service multiple times for weeks and they were condescending and patronizing, still they wouldn’t provide proof. Then they just completely stopped responding to me and have kept my winnings and my deposit. If you win with Rollbit they will keep your money.

I’ve been playing on this casino and Sportbook for over 2 years and have staked close to 2 million. My current RTP is around 96.6% which is about what I expected and I’m currently running bad so this was previously a little higher. I’ve never had any issues depositing or withdrawing funds.
