I wanted to share an experience I’ve had with Rollbit to see if anyone has advice or has faced something similar.Background and Initial KYC AttemptA couple of months ago, an underage or US (cannot remember exactly, we’re online buddies – just bottom line he couldn’t verify) friend of mine had funds locked in their Rollbit account. I know this wasn’t ideal, but in good faith, I decided to try to help him by completing the KYC on his behalf, hoping to help him access his funds and close the account. To be clear, there was no fraudulent intent or involvement in anything suspicious like money laundering—just me trying to help a friend in a bit of a predicament.Rollbit’s team, including a representative named Razer, quickly recognised that the KYC was not from the account owner. The KYC was rejected, and they specifically requested that the account holder themselves complete the KYC to proceed. This step clearly shows that Rollbit acknowledged the account did not belong to me, and it ended up working out – my friend was able to withdraw his funds, and the account was then closed.Creation of My Own Rollbit Account and Subsequent BanFast forward, I decided to create my own Rollbit account, made a $1,2000 deposit, and completed KYC under my name, thinking everything was straightforward. However, shortly after, I was hit with a ban for “ban evasion.” Along with the ban, Rollbit seized $1,200 of my funds. I reached out to explain the situation, but they maintained the ban and refused to release the funds. I completely understand that attempting to KYC on behalf of someone else is against policy, and I’ve acknowledged that to Rollbit. But given that my KYC attempt for my friend was rejected, and they explicitly acknowledged that I was not the account owner, it’s clear there was never an attempt to create or control a secondary account. I believe the fact that Rollbit treated the accounts as separate during this process underscores that they were indeed independent accounts.While I understand the ban may still apply, I feel that seizing my funds doesn’t align with the actual events and circumstances. It seems a bit extreme, especially when there was no intention to deceive, and Rollbit’s own actions demonstrated their awareness of the account separation.Acknowledgement of Rollbit’s Right to Seize Funds for Ban EvasionI acknowledge that, according to Clause 4.2 of the Terms of Service, Rollbit may restrict accounts and withhold funds if multiple accounts or “ban evasion” are detected. Additionally, Clause 5.1 allows Rollbit to withhold funds if it suspects an account is being used improperly or for a third party’s benefit.However, in my case:Initial KYC Separation: When I attempted KYC for my friend’s account, my submission was rejected, and Rollbit’s team, including Razer, explicitly acknowledged that I was not the account holder. This recognition and subsequent rejection demonstrate that my personal account was separate and independently verified.No Deceptive Intent: My personal account was funded and verified without any intent to evade previous bans or to deceive, as Rollbit’s own verification process demonstrated.Request for Fund Withdrawal Based on Terms and Account SeparationWith this context in mind, and in light of Clause 5.3, which states, “If we close Your Rollbit Account, and believe […] that any portion or all of the remaining balance is due to You, we will inform You of the available means to withdraw that remaining balance,” I respectfully request that my remaining funds be withdrawn. I believe this clause applies here, given the account’s independent verification and clear separation.

Worst experience I have ever had with any crypto casino. I was a platinum member with close to $1 mil turnover for about 10-11 months, their customer support can’t be even discussed – only general messages, super bad, I self-excluded myself – they decided the best decision is to go away, did not offer me any kind of option to come back, no rewards, nothing. They are scammers! I bet on sports, if I won, they always paid. But recently they limited the withdrawal of funds, and asked to go through verification. I sent all the documents, they accepted them. But now they ask me to report other accounts that I allegedly own. But I don’t have them! I always had one account, I never created others. Support works disgustingly, they answer once a day. And each time they ask to report the accounts that they came up with. In fact, they just don’t want to give my winnings! Do not register with them, this is a very bad company!

Didn’t receive any coins on site after deposit. Their system of peer to peer might work well on paper but in practice does not as there are too many ways it can go wrong. I sent my item to the player they linked me to and accepted the trade and confirmed. They are telling me I’m a victim of API scam so they can’t refund me. Firstly that’s a lie, as I verified all detail of trade before accepting as told to do. Just seems to be a way they will tell less knowledgeable people so they don’t have to refund due to their bad system. Another thing is that their support email was ridiculously hard to find and should be easily accessible. Wouldn’t use again. Switched to Solic. I am done with this betting thing!!!

i had a deposit of 270 dollars which didn’t went through. therefore I turned to a customer service supporter (razor) who helped me receive the money again. After i posted review here, rollbit answered for it like “contact our support, we will help you” I texted to support, they telling same like “list your other accounts” But i said them a lot of times that i havent got any other accounts on their platform. Be very careful of this company. After registering on Rollbit I bet on eSports, I made 4 deposits in the amount of 8 thousand dollars, as soon as my balance became 10 thousand dollars I decided to withdraw. After I set the output, the line “contact support” appeared. If you’re reading this, please do not ever use this casino. Most positive reviews here are likely bots or they were paid.I’ll start with the one positive about the casino; The interface is good and they have a huge variety of games. Now onto the negatives; The chat moderators here are awful, if you say anything about losing in the chat or “insinuate” anything, they’ll mute you for a week+, they love to use the word insinuate. A few moderators in particular are dreadful, DLL, Puck and Mushinsi, these 3 make the experience 10x worse than it has to be. The mods will regularly run “battles”, this is the sites way of making as much money out of you as possible as if them running less than 5% RTP was not enough, you essentially buy a bonus and go against 5+ other people, if you lose you lose your entire buy and a % goes to the person who was first place, the losses don’t add up to what they should so Rollbit takes a huge chunk of it. The reward system is the worst reward system I have ever come across, incredibly predatory – any rewards you get from being a regular customer are split over a 30 day period, that’s right, they want you to log on every 8 hours and press “claim” and its split up into tiny chunks, like $1-5$ at a time, I suppose from a business perspective this is maximum gain and its almost like they are giving no bonuses as they know full well you will gamble it as soon as you get it.The slots here play absolutely awful, i’ve honestly never experienced slots that play as bad as they do here. Rollbit is a terrible website if you are a winning sports bettor. They will let you play their casino or be a losing sports bettor but the second you win they will ban you and shut down your account. I am a good tennis bettor and was banned after just 2 weeks with over $4000 in the account. Never allowed to re-open or withdrawal. Rollbit just disabled my account permanently and their reason was that I was using multiple accounts, i have a brother and he has a Rollbit account too, sometimes he would use his account on my PC and Rollbit says that we don’t believe you have a brother and you are using multiple accounts and they just scammed us out of around 140 dollars, 70 dollars mine and about 67 dollars of my brother, worst website ever, my advice is “never use rollbit, they will literally rob you” idk why i ever made a Rollbit account in the first place

It’s also being investigated by police in a few countries, so eventually they will get arrested. Probably $25-40 Million stolen is the estimate through fraud. I have deposit around 100 USD in ETH. Just to test how the site worked, I bet on sports, I won a bit, I made a small withdraw of around 200 USD.It worked!
