I had the worst experience with customer service. I tried to verify the account and stayed in on the chat for over an hour trying to provide the documents required however they didn’t even mention what kind of documents they need, and I had sent multiple times until they just decided not to open my account without any reason. I tried to tell them that I want to formal complain about this behaviour and is not normal, but they acted very rude and unreal. I will go forward to report this to ombudsman. Most important they said they can close your account without any notice, any time without any reason so be aware of that as you can get your money trapped.

I have gambled for 25 + years and this site is without question the worst I have ever known for verification and paying out.You will probably see them sponsoring races / programs etc..but do NOT be enticed as they will make your life a misery when it comes to simple compliance.I already reviewed their original processes to make my first withdrawal but long long after the 2k approx threshold advised by regulators,they suddenly asked me for a bank statement,my personal details and incredibly on top of everything they wanted a payslip and proof that I deposited to them which is paradoxically insane.To top it off they then said that they wanted to ask me responsible questions about my gambling,had a guy ring me who I told immediately that I didn’t need counselling but just my account finally verified after 1000s and 1000s of deposits and he hung up! They have now suspended my account and refuse to engage.This company has a great site but their service is terrible so if you want paid out smoothly and to avoid telling someone your life story (GDPR breach territory) then AVOID.Trust me – I know betting sites!Lastly the high ratings on here are brief with little substance which are feasibly from non-customers.

I joined this site on Saturday after reading some of the worrying reviews on here and I have proceeded to deposit £2,000 and was told on Saturday that ‘I was verified’ and that there would be no issue with withdrawals with their site offering quick and snappy paybacks like other sites.Today has been an enormous bureaucratic operation to justify that it was me who deposited the money and I have provided a passport,copy of card, copy of transactions on my bank account and they have verified me on the electoral roll.But, the latest is that ‘they should look at it” tomorrow. I love how bookmakers make it so so easy to deposit but after giving you their life story, they procrastinate on paying.Why? Cause they want you to lose (clearly) which I have no issue with but why stir punters up by delaying payouts? Asides from that,it seems a very good site with good in-play and whatever a punter wishes.I will upgrade my score if I get to withdraw!

Dont bother betting here. Just closed my account with Quinn, horrible outfit and terrible customer experience. I was a good sized customer with them, with a pretty poor p&l (which is great for them), and when their cash out bugged out and gave me 1% of my returns they refused to even listen to me, said I partially cashed out which I didn’t, the full amount was on the cash out button. Then wouldn’t even respond to my mail which i sent before the off of the last leg anyway. I don’t need the cash but their treatment of punters is horrific so decided to move my money elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. This site started off ok ,with quick ID check and allows you to deposit. A few wins and then few losses in casino which is expected ( its called gambling for a reason ). Then after depositing nearly £3000 last week and no withdrawal ( My winnings from another site ) , froze my account and requested that I send bank statements, wage slips etc. I have no proplem in doing as its the rules for the UKGC, everything was sent as requested and answered there questions that they also asked. I have nothing to hide and therfore dont see an issue. After several emails I get a simple email with no explanation , saying closed my account due to responsible gambling. I had credit on the account , free spins to play and due £290 back in there cashback promotion. I have responded to thier email and waiting for a response , I will update this if I recieve the response. But until then please avoid this site and company and my complaint will remain on hold to the UKGC.

It’s actually been so far so good on here until this morning. As I’m having my morning coffee I like to pick a horse out of the foreign meetings and just have a small dabble….. I did it this morning on a horse called Hakkai Maru. As usual when I do this, I made my bet and went to get ready for work. I got ready and set off… as I got on the bus I checked the result on another site. Hakkai Maru- 1st GET IN!!! Go to my Quinn bet to check my account and it’s empty. Check my recent bets and apparently I had bet on number 6 instead of Hakkai Maru which was number 2!!!!!! Mistaking a similar name is common but they are nothing at all alike! They are on opposite sides of the race card and I would of actually had to scroll down 3 scrolls just to be able to see the number 6!!!!!! I haven’t heard back from them yet but I’ve made it clear how furious I am. Mainly because I know full well what kind of reply I am going to get!!!! I told your chat staff, I will not let this drop!!!!!!! I bet on the winner!!!! Hakkai MaruSummer (something, I don’t even know the name of the horse I apparently bet on!!!) Number 2 Number 6. Site is a joke i deposited 90 on my debit card and 1 10 pounds deposit on a paysafecard voucher no luck deposited again via my visa won 1100 went down to 860 tried to withdraw the funds message said due to there own money laundering only casino ive seen do it the 20 years and 50 odd sites ive played on says to clear net deposits had to make another 69.70 transaction with my card i did so made Another 70 deposit still wouldn’t let me withdraw the money i fairly won taking this all the way scammers not getting away with it every site in the land pay winnings back to your last deposit method you use on the site STAY CLEAR
