I had an account Quinnbet for nearly a year. All giving ok and I was ahead and then out the blue they took a deposit and demanded bank statements, tax documents and proof of earnings. This is too intrusive so I said fine cancel the account and return my deposit. They have not done so. They won’t even answer an e mail I sent to their complaints department. They are a bunch of crooks and will eventually have to go through legal and the gambling commission as they cannot legally hold on to my deposit.

In my experience of playing online slots for many years unfortunately Quinnbet gets my award for the worst site I have ever played on.Dead spins and very rare bonus rounds are the norm, not being a bad loser and understand its betting and you cant win every time.I am just comparing it from sites I have played with similar stakes and deposits Quinnbet doesn't come near any of them.Had high hopes for this site but off to find a leading A list casino fed up playing Z list casinos.

Keep it up Quinn :)Edit: as for everyone moaning about low payouts on slots I’m pretty sure Quinn can’t control what the slots pay. I’ve had some brilliant wins on slots on Quinn with the screenshots to prove. I’ve found skybet to be the worst for slots.

I placed bets to qualify for a free £50 bet. I qualified and got the bet in my account, but at the same time they restricted my betting size so I couldn’t place the £50 on even the minimum allowed (1/2).Live chat said I would receive an email from support. Support emailed the day after the bet expired to say I should bet on something 1/2 or higher. I’m sure this is against the gambling commission U.K. rules to offer a free bet incentive then restrict betting rendering the bet un-useable. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Lot of sour grapes in the 1* section, here's a tip, bet on something you know rather than slots/casinos, you know exactly what you're signing up for and if you're an experienced gambler frankly you should know better.All positive for me, have had success with the site so far, even if I lost that's how it goes but they are very quick at sending the money to your bank.I did expect due to the amount I was winning to prove who I was which I did and that was a quick and easy process thanks to Walter and Maryanne who were rapidly responded on both occasions.Thanks guys.

I find all these 5 stars reviews very dubious.Quinnbet made a mistake on horse racing and then refused to clarify their error and then stopped replying to emails. I went to IBAS and then found in my favour. Shortly after they they demanded tons of documents and then closed my account. Very petty indeed. Still I ended up winning over the time my account was open so I had the last laugh before they had their tantrum and shut me down

So stash and grab frenzy, five of the bonus symbols came in. We all know when five scatters come in we are in for a good game.
