Listen to Robert Douglas here and me, my story is much like his only the cheek and stupidity is next level. They asked me for a P60 AND inheritance identification. I’m assuming they know if my parents are dead or not, or what I stand to inherit?… as if that plays any roll in me having £100 measly pounds paid to me by this joke of a company. I’ve done slots since I was 18 too and I’m now 39, and trust me when I say these guys have HUGELY SUSPECT RNG. To the point it’s theft. Bonus games (when they eventually hit) don’t pay out like normal it’s like they all have dampeners on them. Take my advice and do not open an account with these guys. All will be okay first couple months, and then their stupidity kicks in gear and they suck all happiness from you as well as your money. STAY AWAY.

AFFORDABILLITY CHECKS USED AS EXCUSE NOT TO PAY WINNING BETS….As you know from my review last week these clowns hideing behind affordabillity checks and stupid rules they cant prove,Any excuse so they dont pay winnings to punters,This week il start the ball rolling to get the money im owed as i sent a nice polite email asking these to prove id broken theyr rules, No reply,i wish theyd say to me they totaly refute these allegations but they cant as everything ive said is true, So lets go to the small claims court and show that this firm shouldnt be allowed to operate and any of you out there who they do the same to DO NOT LET IT DROP…Do the same as me take it to small claims court or ibas….good luck

Placed a bet on Bellingham to score vs Iran in World Cup, £100 9/1, when I tried to withdraw they asked for bank statements and I.d which I provided and then told me they Wernt paying out, DO NOT USE THEM stick to well known bookmakers

Deposited £250, placed around 30-40 bets. Had one winner on the horses and went to withdraw around £480. They’ve since confiscated my money, asked for bank statements, ID, an alternative statement showing salary going in, and queried money a friend sent to me. I have given them the info they asked for and just keep ignoring my subsequent emails, while live chat says they can’t help.Just trying to find a reason to not pay me the money that I rightly won. Currently having to go through the regulator just to get my money. Have heard of similar experiences from others, where they are trying to demonstrate that the money played with wasn’t your own, or that you don’t have enough money to be gambling, hiding behind affordability checks etc. So if I don’t have enough money, I could probably do with that money you’ve stolen from me then?Edit – they have subsequently closed my account and thrown about 20 generic terms at me as reason why they can close accounts. They haven’t said which, if any, of these terms I have broken. I have also not broken any of them. No wonder Quinnbet recorded record profits during lockdown. Quite easy to make money when you steal winnings and therefore only keep losing accounts.

I started with Quinn Bet a few weeks ago. I downloaded the app to my phone as I found it easier to use. It was easy to signup I had no issues at all. I have an account with Quinnbet I requested my withdrawals on 04/11/2022. It is 17.01.2023 and i still havent received my money. The total withdrawn sum was 550 pounds. Quinnbet are saying that they have paid me, but i havent gotten any money. I have sent them my bank and card statement for the whole month as they requested to check the problem. And after the they said that the have paid me but i didnt get anything. Stay away from those scammers.

I did a withdrawal but they have not paid me.they were quick to take my money but won’t pay out.they ask for verification of account when asking for your winnings, I have sent them documents but to no avail. Your best to stay well away from these.

4 stars? Don’t make me laughI had to go to Ibas to get my money and I did because they were in the wrong. In return they closed my account and ignored my emails even though they were in the wrong. They have a real attitude and that includes whoever is replying on here.

I had to suspend my account at Quinnbet and my account at Revolut, after 2 days of winning £4000, Quinnbet continues to charge my deposit bank and has put my negative account with -1400 things that I don’t understand, it tells me late transaction, but yes I have paid according to use, they charge my account without my consent, that is scammers.

Just had my account suspended I’ve been a customer of Quinnbet for over 3 years and made numerous withdrawals. Now I’m being told I can’t make any bets or withdrawals until I verify my account. This is the third time I’ve been asked to verify my account.
