I have written outstanding reviews about this Company and how good they are.Sadly I can no longer support them. They are a different company now based in Gibraltar and their Customer Service is nothing short of appalling.I hate to have to write this but I would be very sceptical recommending them now. I am extremely disappointed. They never never take on board their errors and are very patronising

Happy to accept deposits, no issues about money laundering, then when you withdraw they want documents. Very slow in responding, I actually had to email them 24 hours later to be told documents no good, even though sent a clear pic of my bank card,.letter with address etc. Had enough, contacted IBAS and will hopefully see my funds returned, or next step will be report fraud to Visa directly and my bank. Frustrating experience and will be sticking to my regulars from now on, thought I would give them a try, but when they mess about gives you no faith if you would ever get ur money if you won big.

JUST AN UPDATE FROM IBAS CASE,CLOWNBET(quinnbet)say my bank account is linked to someonelse with a quinnbet account that i transferred a £1000 to, And theyve bet same horses i have,Well wots the chance that they bet that 10/1 shot in 8.30 southwell on 10th january? Abysmal customer service Went to place a bet 5 mins before a race but would not accept bet as said I had not accepted t's & c's which I had done 10 mins previous. Had no problem letting me deposit the funds though. Terrible app in general.

I have £700 of pending withdrawals. To be fair they are usually quick with small amounts but when you try to withdraw larger amounts, they start asking for bank statements and wage slips. I really would not recommend this company as they obviously have cashflow problems if they cannot afford to pay out £700.

I won fair and square they gave me my stake back but didn’t give me my winnings please do not sign up to these. I find Quinnbet casino good as they give you 10% of you losses back as credit on a Monday to use on the casino. They always have decent bonus offers. I’ve not needed to use customer services or bet on sports book so cannot give maximum 5star rating but so far so good!

I joined yesterday, won money, withdrew and it went in my bank within 12 hours of joining. All these reviews with issues make me think they have not ready the T&C’s. After a certain amount of withdrawals they may ask for proof of the source of funding which they are well within their rights, they are doing what every other company does so no different at all. If you can’t prove where your source of funding is coming from then of course they will think somethings dodgy. Well I don’t work for them or neither connected to them in any way. My experience has been a positive one, I received my funds via faster payments just and I’m well happy. Thanks Quinn Casino

So firstly at 23:55 (Last night) I hit my biggest ever win on a slot...8039x (or £3215.68) on Floating Dragon Megaways: Hold & Spin on a £0.40 bet when I was at my last £15.I immediately woke my mother up with the excitement and then proceeded to instantly withdraw the lot (Well £3,100 initially and leaving £130 to play).Come 10:00 my withdrawal had still not been processed, so I went to Live chat asked why, and why I haven't even been sent the inevitable SOW request.During chat I got the dreaded AML/SOW request and sent my docs.From 10:15 (When the docs were sent) all I had was dread as I've been through these shenanigans before with the delay tactics and finding any little detail to stall and frustrate you...so I did the worst thing possible.Came here to Trust Pilot to read all the negative reviews just to validate my negative feeling against this AML policy BS.
