Quinnbet Review

Very unfair service. I used the bonus bet on the casino games. My bonus balance is was 90 euro. After 1 hour the game is ruled out for some reason, and said try again later. I tried later few times, can’t used. Today I seen my bonus balance is cancelled. I talk with the customer service and was not helpful and unfair.

My daughter unfortunately managed to add her card on my husband’s account. The bank account belongs to a minor, the funds belong to a minor. Quinnbet have refused to respond or deal with this at all. This is totally against UK legislation according to section 58 they must void and refund all monies to the child. Also their own terms and conditions they are breaking as it states this in 2.4 Refund my daughters money!!!

They do not run sufficient KYC checks I’m not sure on the total but my daughter who was 14 at the time managed to deposit 1000’s from her savings on to my account. If proper checks was made this would of been avoided. Quinn Bet are refusing to deal with this. Quinn Bet keep trying to block me.Quinn Bet won’t follow UK legislation and returning the minors funds which is against the law!!! This will be going further and reported.

I have been with quinnbet for months. Recently I won 750 and now the company will not payout unless I send verification documents which I don’t have. It’s convenient they have accepted my deposits for months and now that I win they do not pay out, how convenient. Avoid these conmen. I hope the CEO of this company sees this review and does the right thing. I will no longer be using this scam company again

No issues here really, not had much luck to be fair but i’m not going to leave a 1 star review and shout with my Caps Lock on because when i deposit i expect to lose & i know the house has the edge. They have a good amount of daily and weekly bonuses , my only real issue is i find the site very slow & often after 50 or 100 spins on a slot i find the slot starts to lag to the point where i have to reload . Could be my browser but it happens to a friend aswell who agrees the site is a bit laggy. Overall though casino i enjoy playing at 🙂

I am beggining to think these guys are scammers they have stolen my withdrawal it’s disappeared from my balance and not gone into my bank clearly processing error which it says in history yet I’ve now waited nearly 2 weeks and nothing all I keep getting is the same repeated responses no time frames just the same response which is (We have no update to provide as advised we have no further information and we will be in contact as soon as we have been advised by our payments team. please accept this as my final response) I’ve received this response more than 10 times, with no indication of when I’m getting my money, AVOID THIS PLACE

Avoid like the plague they are a nightmare. I probably put a lot of this down to the customer service who are incredibly fake now. This is not a stereotype because they’re Irish they must be because my wife was Irish I don’t know who they’re employing, but it’s school leavers spring to mind, but anyway they try to withhold your money while you send them information about your banking statements et cetera and they keep writing back asking for further information. I don’t know if this is a scam for them to get information out of you, so they can rob your account, but I rang all the authorities Until I contacted my bank and my bank said don’t worry we’ll get your money back from them soon as I pointed that out to them. They released the money otherwise they wouldn’t have done I would avoid all companies who don’t have a telephone number. There are many good bookmakers out there that you can ring up. You might not agree with things, but at least you can speak to them and discuss it.

Deposited £95 and won £3000 ask for every verification they could kept me waiting 4 days to tell me I aren’t getting my money apart from the £95 as they cant verfiy me. Have always found advisors pleasant. Asked for verification on opening account and no problems with that. Just been asked for more documents but understand they have to do this once you hit certain limits. So far no problems but will update if anything changes.

I’ve gave 2 stars based on the fact this site has gave me good will bonus payment etc but in just around 3 weeks I’ve deposited £1010 and withdrew nothing. The site and layout is good and there is also a variety of betting markets and games on offer. The negative is that there arent any free-to-play games also the offers are not as good as other sites.
