Tried depositing a little amount of money.

I deposited 2000INR this morning, then i received fifteen messages from my bank that 30k INR has been debited from my account and is left with 2785 INR. It's 9th of February. Early in the month. How am i supposed to spend the rest of my month with that little amount? My month is ruined. I have a family to feed. It left me with tears. I read news about this casino and though it might be worth giving a try. And what happened was unexpected. Idk how good/bad is this casino, but luck doesn't seems like smiled on me. There must've been a bug or issue that caused fourteen extra transactions. If possible, please try to refund the rest 14 x 2k INR. I have to spend the rest of this month. I cannot feed on bananas and coconuts on trees. And unban my account. I played fairly. My friend logged into his account on my phone to show me about the casino and how it works. Then i created an account of mine, and i received a message about getting block because of having two accounts on same ISP. Please do not kick on the poor's stomach, refund the extra transactions. I can barely live two days with the money left in my account.

I joined LeoVegas a few weeks ago and can honestly say I have experienced zero problems. I can’t believe how many issues others have had. I’m in the UK and since joining I’m actually significantly up overall on what I have deposited and really enjoy playing. The withdrawal process is so fast sometimes with large withdrawals being in my account the following day which I’ve never had with other sites. I felt the need to share this after reading all the negative reviews as it doesn’t happen to everyone and I’m really enjoying the site. Sorry to hear others are experiencing so many issues.

They took all my winnings (400x what i placed), then blocked my account next morning and used the excused "You broke the rule of having more than 1 account on the same IP Adress". I only played on my account, though my brother had allready been playing on that site on his account. But since we use the same IP adress, they took all my money and banned my account

Leo Vegas took 26 Transactions out of my credit card in total $5950.
It wasnt put into my gaming account and they acknowledge that. Ive given them all documentation but have refuse to pay it back.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would've. I like the actual site BUT – I've changed up my bank account since i deposited my money, I've tried explaining to them 5 times but they didn't understand until i called them and explained after 3 weeks. I've send screenshots and more evidence that the old paying card was indeed mine, but still haven't been able to withdraw my money. Now they advise me to deposit more money so that the paying card changes to my new one, and then wait for that card to be verified – which apparently can take several weeks!?! IT CANNOT BE TRUE THAT IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY I HAVE TO DEPOSIT MORE MONEY!?!?!?!

AND I don't know if im comfortable depositing more money knowing that I probably have to wait weeks to get them – and maybe not even getting them??

Had money still in account when they closed it.Apparently i had self-excluded myself from a "sister" site over a year ago.So instead of refunding my money and shutting account they have shut account and stolen my money. I thought D*ck Turpin was dead ,But no he is alive and kicking at leovegas.

This casino needs to be reported IMMEDIATELY. I contacted them because an account was created by my girlfriends UNDERAGE little brother using my info and money and once I found out I immediately informed them and asked to report it and block the account. What do they do? Literally made it so the account was not only still opened, BUT VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS NO LONGER NEEDED SO THE LITTLE Shh STILL HAD ACCESS. I thought the account was closed until 3 days later ANOTHER 40 GOD DAMN DOLLARS SHOWED UP DEBITED ON MY EWALLET STATEMENT FROM THE ACCOUNT (and deposit method) I HAD JUST TOLD THEM WERE FRAUD AND STEALING FROM ME. what's their response now? To have me verify a god damn account I didn't create, to send deposit documents that weren't even the ones being stolen from me, no response besides "this account has been blocked due to security reasons, please submit the deposit method verification in order to verify the account" how do I report this to there licencers and Ombudsman. I have screen shots, chat transcripts and financial statements (including me reporting this to my financial institution) along with proof of their complete and utter lack of customer service and disgusting (seemingly purposeful) ignorance to the situation. I have allmost always been happy with LeoVegas. Has been playing sport for like 2 years here. Allways been happy as withdrawals are Quick here never had a problem with that. Even tho their market is limited and cashout Option is very limited i have been Allright with that. But now they have removed every single form for bonus or offers for me. No more offers under “my offers” no more “my bonuses”. I cant even place bets to earn freebets anymore. Livechat is gone terrible. Very limited. Cant contact at all on livechat. I have read other reviews and I wish what others have said didnt prove to be true.

I joined LeoVegas a couple months ago. I won a decent amount of money a few days ago, which would have been my first withdrawal request on the site. I have not heard a peep from anyone about anything! I took it upon myself to research about the verification process and sent them all the required documents (without being asked). No one has contacted me at all, and I have sent two emails with no reply.

I am very concerned this site is a scam and I will not get my withdrawal.

I find it interesting that their customer service rep can respond to all the negative trustpilot reviews but not actually respond to the customer when they try to reach you. I even tried to contact live support and was made to wait 5 different times in a queue and then when I was supposed to be #1 I was disconnected each and every time.

I have played on other sites and have never had even close to a similar experience. I am scared this site is not legit and I have been stolen from. Just like customer service explains to reviewers who are upset about losing. The games are run by algorithms and it's all luck, so then when someone is lucky why are you punishing them and not paying out their winnings.

It's now been 3 days and not a word or any sign of life on the other end of the computer. So incredibly sad that businesses like this exist praying on innocent people. If I walked into a casino with $20 pulled the lever and won 1 million dollars the casino isnt going to tell me I dont get my money. If it's a game of chance, and a customer gets lucky, do the right thing and pay them!

I wish I could give zero stars .last year opened an account which was immediately closed .and told that my account is permanently closed based on casino discretion and can’t play at other sister websites their decision is final .
Played at royal panda not knowing it’s a sister site ..till the refund application Leo Vegas confirmed 10 times that I am permanently excluded but when they came to know of refund they started saying. It’s a lock and I can register at sister sites where as I have many proof ,live chats where it has been confirmed a million times that it’s a discretionary exclusion. I tried to withdraw after winning 1500 on Wednesday and waited for two days without any reply or email. Remind me why I ca n’t withdraw money. Yeah, i actually managed to pull money off this site twice, 4000 dkk.
But dont expect that you can win money the next couple of days or weeks after that, its basically a ripoff.

Been on this site for a number of years. Spent thousands with them. After depositing heavy and loosing heavy they have closed my account. I play in a lot of high streets and often pay cash into my bank account. As I can’t prove where the money came from they’ve closed my account. Still Leovegas trying lure indian public for this casino to spoil their money and life…without verification you can deposit as much as you want but you can not withdraw the amount without verification of your account which will not happen even after submission of proper doc…All Indian bank immediately stop allowing transfer of money to Leovegas through debit/credit card…software is designed in such a way that in1st few spins you may earn good amount from almost all games then you will loss double, triple or more if you can not control yourself…Be careful …i am trying to explain to the banks about this and to barred all cards..

Absolute scam. I have been trying to cash out for over a month. Had to submit sensitive personal information, then withdrawal was cancelled. Was asked to submit credit card information. Credit card not verified, still shows pending for over a week, and withdrawal cancelled again. Several attempts to reach support via contact us form have garnered zero response, aside from auto reply claiming 24 hour response time. Email address garners same response. Live chat indicates a queue of 3 or more people, which never changes and kicks you off before you connect. Deposits take seconds. So as long as you plan of losing your money to them and continuing to deposit, service is fantastic, don't try to get your winnings though. Scam scam scam scam scam!!! Beware!!!

STAY WELL CLEAR. I have been a gambler for many years, I play online and in the high street. As I play the high street a lot, I pay cash into my bank account. After deposits totalling thousands of ponds, Leo Vegas asked me for proof of income, I explained I put cash in via winnings form high street outlets and other online sites. Used to gamble a lot on this page and had some decent winnings (always took them out right away, which worked fine). However, now they simply closed my account because of 'restructuring', which smells like bs. Customer support will not give me any proper info and just says I can't open a new one. Bye bye LeoVegas, gonna keep playing at the competition.

Edit: I have been in contact with your support team and all I'm being told is 'because of restructuring, we closed your account', but they refuse to give an actual explanation

I was lured into the online casino while reading a story about the leovegas CEO losing his job for making a glitch in the game. I was asked to deposit ₹1000 to get ₹30,000 cash benefits. I only realized after depositing my cash that I was caught in a bait. I tried to withdraw my cash within 5 min. But, It didn’t work out. Fast forward, It’s the 9th day. I contacted the support team, I was told to verify my account. I uploaded all the necessary documents and they rejected that all the pictures were blurry. I have been with the support team for nearly 5 hrs. It’s still of no use. They say, They still need a better pic my documents. I use the latest phone, I don’t understand how it could be blurry.
P.S I also realised later that the story was a clickbait to lure customers in (I read this in an article). I only wanted the money which I deposited, I never used their service.

I could Not believe What I read online Actually happened to me.

I was never able to withdrawls my winnings. an error message kept appearing. I have proof I tried to withdrawls as i kept getting the validation email. The customer support said it was from.their end. I finally gave up after 2 weeks of being ignored. Played my winnings and lost. YOU CANNOT WITHDRAWLS not the first one who has this issue. Over the last 20 years I have tried out almost every sports betting site, and LeoVegas have proved to be the absolute worst from the perspectives of trust and customer service. The verification process was smooth enough, but once complete they advised my withdrawals had been processed (in fact I received 2 emails to that effect)… however I never received the funds, every following day for seven days they stated they were having technical issues with fulfilling Paypal withdrawals – which they also said were affecting all customers (I have a gut feeling that wasn´t true but that´s by the by). They were unable to say what the exact nature of the problem was, and also how long it would take to resolve it. Finally, today, I was advised to log back in to the account and rerequest the withdrawals back to Paypal…. but I was unable to do so because I was on a 6 week time out AND had previously asked them to close the account (which they did). Out of exasperation and to ensure I never do business with this company again, I requested a permanent self exclusion… then I got an email back saying that I already had a self excluded account on another of their brands and therefore they would confiscate my winnings and only refund the deposits… all after being told for days I had either been sent the withdrawals in full already, or would be soon in due course. Needless to say I have filled a rogue operator report directly with UK Gambling Commission and also raised a case with IBAS. I cannot envisage this company still being in existence 5 years from now, given this kind of conduct…

I had deposited amount of Rs 40,000 INR and side by side I uploaded documents so that my account get verified for withdrawals the moment my account get verified that time there is balance of around 60,000 INR approx and the very moment balance of Rs 40,000 INR get vanished. on asking with them where that money goes one person said you have deposited money with someone else credit card so we don’t accept 3rd party transaction so we initiated refund to same credit card . I was satisfied. And when next day I haven’t got any amount refunded and ask them again they said you lost that amount ( basically they are liar don’t want to pay you back ) . I told them please go through the casino and transaction history and prove me that I lost the bets they have no answers to my questions and on calling customer care they don’t know a single thing about anything they put me on call around 20 min and on last said they will check and my be you lost your bets . There is a option on app to check your lost and win bets I told them to go through that but they are not listing. One person saying it will be returned and another is saying you lost . Leovegas seems to be happy to take money from you but does everything to not give you your winnings. I waited 6 days for my withdrawal…they finally emailed me 6 days later that I have to give them my driver's license and also utility bill to have the winnings to be transferred to my account. Why don't they tell you to do that right away instead of making me wait. It's like they want your money but won't give you your winnings at all. Why take the money right away with the bank account provided but won't send the money that you have won to the same bank account without difficulty? Worst experience with this.

Would put 0 star if I could! I signed up today and got sent a verification code through text and i entered it and I got "your account is now locked" so I went to live chat asking what the hell, all I wanted to do was sign up like? During the chat I also received a welcome email with a completely different verification code! But when I started the chat, it said queue position 2! Half hour later, still 2! 🙄 eventually I got someone on the chat and straight away got asked for ID and bank or welfare statements for verification. First of all, I don't mind sending proof of I.D to show that i am over age, but what's a bank statement or welfare letter got to do with it? He said proof of address but like u don't need my address realistically if I was making deposits or withdrawals! Also the person was very very rude, so I decided not to send any documents and told them to delete the account all together, as I don't want my name, date of birth or phone number registered on their site anymore! I so wish I had researched this sportsbook properly before signing on. Have been trying to withdraw money for over a week. They keep asking for me to verify my account (despite the fact that they sent me an email saying my documents had been verified on October 23). I understand now based on all these reviews that they will never give me my money and there is nothing I can do. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. Avoid like the plauge , even when you win you lose Hi , I used leo vagas in the past so I thought I would try my luck again! , I have a joint bank account with my son but I acsidently put his long card number instead of mine even tho it's the same account anyways I notified leo vagas of this I resived a email saying that it's fine to use this card but any further deposits on this card will be void , I then opened up live chat to make sure with the relevant department that I can withdraw this time but in future use the right card I made sure 100% and they agreed that I can withdraw after they got through to the relevant department , I saved all emails and screenshotted proof of the live chat anyways today I got a email after my withdrawl got canceld and my account blocked stating that I used my son's card and it's not allowed even tho I have proof that they agreed I can withdrawl but not use the card again .
