Very very bad Casino. Played for only one day, deposited about 80€ and played with 0.20€ bets. I played on only two slots, spent around 40€ on each. In total i would say i did around 600 spins. Not a single bonus... And the slots i played bonus almost always on other websites. Clearly scammed my money. I actually feel like i got ripped off. This shouldn't happen.

Whatever you do, don't deal with these people, I think they're all demon-possessed or just very mentally ill. There’s so many things they did wrong, but what blew my mind was that I sent them 5 perfectly good photos of my ID and they just wouldn't accept any of them. I think it would have taken a miracle. I tried everything, taking the photo with it over a white surface and under lighting, but nope it just wasn't good enough. They are all likely legally blind, actually. I was taking the pictures with an iPhone 13 pro max for heaven's sake. I almost puked out of disgust from their customer service, too. Not only that, every time I tried to log onto their site; it would get me in there, but then it would kick me out right away. I know there was something else ridiculous, but it has slipped my mind. In any case, don't gamble here if you don't want to get cancer or have a heart attack.

Won £19 from promotion and my account was verified. I took a screen shot. So I put £10 in via my bank so I could withdraw as i lost my previous bank card and when I tried to withdraw it says I need to verify my account with my bank card that I lost. How can I do this when I lost my bank card.

I deposited £100 back on December 19th and without warning these guys locked my account saying they needed verification so I sent all requested documents off only to be told my account was still locked and they couldn't tell me why, I messaged their customer support live chat every day for a week to see why my account had been locked only to be told to stop contacting them as there is nothing they can do and some one will contact me shortly, 3 weeks later after numerous emails sent to them I got a reply saying they wanted 3 months bank statements and 3 months wage slips to reinstate my account, by this time I had totally lost confidence with them so just close my account and refund anything in my account back to my bank,they emailed back saying they have closed account but still not returned back to my bank, I have played online for 15 years and never come across a firm like this, make your own mind up guys looks like not the only one that has had these issues

Never play with LeoVegas. They are the absolute worse on the web. I won 6,700$ fair and square and now they are throwing the book at me because they can't read my photo ID. I had a photo taken by a friend on her I-phone and it was still refused. Never play here all they want is your money and they will rob you blind.

Don’t let these guys fool you with the “we’ve sent you a email threw trustpilot to help you” you send them an email back and they don’t reply … now over 72 hours since my account was locked still no funds received back and no explaination as to why the account was locked in the first place … I’ll continue to do this until I receive my funds just to keep people in the loop about how this company works

After opening an account and depositing over £200 in multiple deposits I managed to withdraw £200 back only to find my account locked after multiple live chat discussions “you have to wait for us to email you” 48 hours later I’m still none the wiser as to weather I’m going to receive my money I suffer really bad with anxiety and depression and not knowing if I’ll receive my money is making it worse as I’m expecting it back never had an experience like this before and certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone signing up AVOID

The responses you get off the customer support here are a joke. They make out like they are the good guys protecting you and only having your best interests. It couldn’t be further from the truth, they are liars and crooks and hopefully will get banned from the UK. They are a scam and the games are rigged. If you get a bonus you will not win anything close to what you put in and it doesn’t matter what game you play.Isn’t it ironic I went back to well known reputable online casino I usually play on and won £3,800 from less than £150 and another £420 tonight from £30. Don’t believe any of the garbage that comes out of their mouthes. And the attitude customer services have is disgraceful.

Basically lately for myself it’s the amount of times I’ve had to go through verification .I have been emailing asking why I can’t access account , but I’m not getting responses . When I have logged in and gone to live chat they have said I can use it . So this has been going on now for over a week plus . Normally I have found Leo Vegas to be really good as far as range selection goes , and they are legit on payments etc .

Came to LeoVegas through watching 'Lets Give It A Spin'. Having set up an account I found I was prevented from making any deposit. Despite a number of conversations with the Chat Line and promises made that an email would be sent to me, no email has been received and no explanation provided.

Everytime I make a withdrawal request , they tell me there is random security check is being done. It is interesting, this random security check never happens when depositing.It is intimidating, as if they tell you without telling you that they don't want you to win a single penny.And I have been verified 3 times within 2-3 months.. My Passport, My bank statement and my credit card. All verified.I don't know why would they do that. Otherwise, casino is fine. Sometime stiff, sometime nice. Decent play.But the management is intimidating and I am considering leaving this Leo Vegas.

I bank with a digital bank and verifying my account has actually been impossible. LeoVegas won't accept online banking screenshots as it doesn't have the bank logo on. The bank have told me they can not provide a letter with my card number on because of security yet every time I speak to customer service they tell me to provide a letter with my card number on. Its something the bank DO NOT provide. Going round in circles and LeoVegas are withholding my winnings, beyond frustrating.

Awful sign up process - wanted the 100% profit boost token but no option to select this on registration, assumed it would be applied after registration so selected of of the two casino bonus' that were shown. Did not accept a valid ID , been rude with me when asking for help and basicly told me ''just update you passport'' they do not give a damn. Cause ''THEY'' dont accept official IDs that even federal offices in Canada accept. but for holding unto your winning its not enough for the king of scums Leovegas. so finally lost all my winnings (2K) out of rage closed my account with them and i just hope they go out of business one day...for these shady practises. really I hate you, im gonna post a complaint with Igaming Ontario just to see you fall. I am having issues with providing the validation for my account. The are asking for a letter with my card number on it. The bank that I don't provide letters with the card number on it because it's a security issue. I'm not sure how anyone has been able to validate their account. It's been months and Leovegas won't release my money. My advice, go to a different site. Any site.

Deposited into the portal and followed the directions precisely. The money was withdrawn from my account and they say it was deposited to.leo vegas. Leo Vegas says the money was never deposited and the leo vegas help desk keep saying it was my bank error. My bank says that the funds were deposited to leo vegas. It is upsetting that leo vegas refuses to look into this, they just keep saying it.is not their fault and they will not answer my emails. Poor customer service.

I love Leo vegas. Always been a very trustworthy casino to play online at. I have experienced mostly great customer service. And the only gripe is there are only ever 'deposit bonuses' . Be really nice to be rewarded when I ask support for a wee bit of a freebie... As that seems to never happen anymore, other casinos freely give when you ask them.
