Basically there was an offer as usually i play here and not for the first time , if i wager 30£ then i will receive 40 free spins on pirots 3 slot game , i activated offer as usually, but for some reason it didn’t even wagered for the requirement it needed, Basically it didn’t activated a bonus even though i am 100% sure i did activated it. Later i went in live chat explaining situation, they just answered they can’t do anything because i didn’t wagered needed amount which i definitely did, only because there was some error within activation of bonus. As a loyal customer for years never complaining about anything and even bad luck over the years and not able withdraw any winnings over the years because there was none to withdraw, i expected a better treatment for a loyal player and when live chat agent looked into my account and seen tgat i actually did required wagering, it’s just didn’t worked for some reason, would award those 40 free spins manually anyway, but no they would better keep them and tell you that it is your fault that i didn’t double checked if the offer is definitely activated. That is so shameful when casino treating their long time customers this way. Stay away its a scam like few of other sites.I did registered here a few days ago, i did spent like more than a £1000, but got back nothing. All the bonus games are literally giving the minimum winnings,if you lucky to get free spins. Most of the time, all the games are just taking you money away bits by bits. This is a honest opinion about this site, I’ve been on plenty of sites and always play the same games, but on this site it already knows what your going to win/lose before the the spin comes in. I’ve studied this site now for a bit and it’s got to be fair we understand that gambling is a risk and you don’t mind losing abit if you get a few games/bonuses. Not on this site you won’t. Someone used my card details to make payments to Casumo, I reported it and this is when the drama started… A chat agent (Maverick) tried to dismiss me by saying that no funds arrived to them (even showing a bank statement that they indeed charged me!). I had an account with Casumo, which was terminated in 2017 due to the business going away from the market (CZ) – I am wondering why they have closed…I talked to the support once again, as they are not responding to the email I sent them, the same thing happened – the agent was pretending he doesn’t understand what I am talking about and didn’t want to provide me with information about weather they have received the payments or not (for the record – the 4x transactions for a total of 600 eu appear as completed on my end). He said: if you had an account – we can check it, otherwise no. What is a complete non-sense! I was working in the Accounting field – know how these things work, so – a red point for them and a huge one! If someone is no well informed – they can gaslight them easily. I checked with my bank provider (Revolut) weather or not a 2FA Authorization was in place for the transactions and they too didn’t want to tell me, but in the end they did – a 3D verification was in place. Which resulted to be a notification on your phone – not a hard-coded authorization with a password! Revolut said it depends on the merchant’s payment system if they push 2FA or not. And Casumo obviously choose to not ask their customers for such a permission, so anyone with your card details could practically make a deposit on your behalf and when you report the theft – which I did – they make an idiot from you. I filed a Police report against Casumo and I am about to report them to the organizations who are their regulators. I am planning to do the same for Revolut as well in case they dismiss me as well, as 600 eu is not that much money, but it’s about principles here. I expect a comment from Casumo to my review – as they seem to reply to the most of the reviews here, but, guys, don’t bother to reply me here – I am already in touch with you and you do nothing about my issue, so a comment here would be like dust in the eyes, not worth it.

I signed up with £20 to receive £20 bonus and 50 free spins my first slot I spent my £20 and on a different slot I use my bonus £20 spins I won £200 the wagering requirements follow £20 was £1200 at the end of playing I managed to make £1870 so I decided to withdraw my £670 it then got refused. I spoke to customer service they said I need to send my verification. Once this is approved I should receive my money. The customer service I spoke to sent withdrawal of £650 and that I would receive it once my verifications approved. It was approved as but to another customer service and she says waiting requirements were successful. Give 1-5 days and the money shall be in your account. I gave 24 hours. I contact customer service again to ask why it’s got a green tick. They said I breached terms of conditions and my money has been frozen very unhappy with this service avoid, also my account has now been paused can’t access it lucky I have all screen shots to take this to gambling commission

It has been about a month that someone has “hacked” and changed my login information (ironically after I had won a large parlay). They changed the email associated with the account and password. I still have over $1,000 in the account and over $1,000 in bets pending.I have sent emails nearly every other day since then and I have been given no update other than it is being investigated. This is such a simple thing to prove, I can provide proof of the name registered, I can provide ID, proof of address, and I own the email used to sign up still.My belief is the Casumo itself is the one who “hacked” my account because they weren’t happy I hit a big parlay, and are afraid I may hit another one with the pending bets, so they locked me out of the account.

This is one of the worst customer’s experiences I’ve ever experienced! I’ve paid through Apple Pay and although I’ve sent all the documents they have requested they do not check what you send them. All verifications completed except the Apple Pay that they think it’s a physical card and obviously you can’t take a picture of that. They had no problem approving all my other details. The funny thing is that you are allowed to make deposits but then you are not allowed to withdraw for the reasons above. I’ve now recorded all my conversations with them and going to the gambling commission. Waste of my time and my patience. This is the first bad reviews I’ve ever written in my life just FYI

This document was related to the Paysafe account that I had used that night through my friend. I didn’t understand why they wanted it! Made a terrible mistake of coming back. It’s clearly RIGGED! Please, stay away!!!! I’ve had about 5 bonus paying exact same figure, £6.50. It’s rare to get a bonus when you play over 0.10p a spin. I’m going make two reviews this one about casumo Customer service support I need to give a lot of respect and Credit to Jeffrey, what a fantastic host. For my first interaction the way he conducted himself without doubt made me feel that at casumo casino they respect your loyalty playing with them it gos a long way when a casino employee shows gratitude for you playing with them by giving a littleJester.. So good, but so bad.Where to start, a complete mixed bag here. The game selection, amazing. Shocking returns on the lower rtp versions of games. These from my experience never pay well. £200 plus deposited, highest win has been £22.50. Its not about winning or losing, its the manner in which it is done. Being offered 4 free spins for levelling up which costs over £20 is just an insult. I’ve been signed up less then a week and i will not be returning. Much fairer, honest sites to chose from.

So far in the week since signing up my experience on the casino side has been dreadful. I’ve made probably 10 deposits which have returned zero gain. Casumo offers the lower rtp versions of games and these always return badly. The customer support was very friendly, polite and as helpful as they can be with thier limited authority.
