CM’s review fueled my response by the way the company replied and glossed over his key points.The casino does have a hand in your outcome, it isnt just rng or random. The casino will request a particular rtp which game software companies now provide to the online casino and have done for 3 years and may range from 89% to 96.71% rtp. Online casino also gets to set win caps. Dont be fobbed off with all random audited rng tested etc. From there search on the internet for nerfed slots and learn what happened. educate your self play appropriately.

Lost a few thousand dollars on the website only to be rewarded with $45. Advise to take your business elsewhere, other casinos such as mgm will provide a much better loyalty structure to players.RTP settings on slots are set very low, almost as bad as real life slots. Online slots should have a significantly lower edge due to the reduced cost. This signals greed from management. Support quick, can’t comment on withdrawal times as I haven’t made one.

I have used many gambling sites and this has the strangest login policy. It randomly logs you out every day and doesn’t let you log in till the next day. They claim you have reached your alloted time limit which is false and a bizarre idea anyway. Do not I repeat do not join unless you want stress.

At first I was dubious about this online casino, but the 150% bonus on my deposit convinced me. I deposited £100 and received £250 in playing credit. I proceeded to play live Black Jack and and lost around £160. I then decided to withdraw £30 just out of curiosity, as my paranoia was telling me this is probably a scam site. To my horror, although the withdrawal was successful as I did receive £30 back in my bank. The rest of the money that must have been bonus money, just vanished into nothing! So I’m guessing somewhere in the small print there must be something about making withdrawals before certain amount of play. So I left it at that. On my second attempt I decided I’ll give it another go and start fresh without the confusion of bonus money. So I deposited roughly £30. I played a few hands and was pleasantly surprised to be up £320. I Decided to cash out and make a withdrawal. And didn’t think anything of it, only to be faced with a message telling me I needed to re-verify my i.d, which I had previously done and passed. But this time they wanted me to actually take the photos of the documents and upload directly.They also wanted a picture of my face. After a few attempts the system kicked me out, stating I have made too many upload attempts. And to wait for someone to verify. I waited three days and still no green tick and funds were still locked. At this stage I came to the conclusion that I’d probably been scammed. So I decided to go to live chats. After typing in my predicaments the bot instantly passed me over to a human representative. She told me she’d reset the count and for me to re-upload the required documents. After this I almost instantly received the Green verification tick I was after. But still no clearance for my withdrawal. So decided to go back to live chats and was helped by Matts. He contacted the payment department and explained that the funds had been locked due to online security reason to do with my id verifications and having checked I passed everything he asked the payments department to verify and process my withdrawal which was almost instantly received. I have made one more deposit since then of £29 and withdrew £120 and once again it has locked. I don’t expect to have any problems with this one and it will probably be cleared in a couple of hours. So just to sum up. Everything seems to be legitimate. I have received more money than I have put in so far. Which is a good sign. The verification process is stringent but is understandable as you don’t get anything for free in this life. But I can see how those that don’t pass this process can see it as a scam especially if trying to withdraw winnings. The bonus seems more complicated than it needs to be so read the small print. Or even better look at it as credit given to just try out the games and don’t expect to be winning anything with it. Over all I’d say this has been a good experience as I have won more than I have put in. This would have been five stars had I not have had issues with verification and withdrawals. My advice is make sure you have all verification documents available or expect a delay in your payments. This is a legitimate online casino. Over all gameplay experience is top notch. Staff assistance is second to none. Only let down by miscommunication within other departments which can be forgiven considering how many players they have to deal with.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews even if I lost a lot but I feel this site took the , getting verified was a nightmare, it’s like they want your soul . They pretty much tried to steal my money. I deposited $25 and they gave me that 25 only to be spent in the casino. This is a legit casino and game play is good but I dnt recommend playing with them .They do pull some crafty moves. For a quick example. I was up £790 then i was down the £790 plus £560. I made a deposit and all off a sudden my account was restricted!Can’t play and slots instantly logs u out any valuables (Witch means rewards/ bonuses) you have earned Can’t be used. Casumo had been a great online casino and I had been playing slot games for years with full of fun. It was always winning and losing in balance and their pay-back rates were great. However, after their recent big update and depositing a couple of times, I realised that they changed everything majorly. You can easily see that whilst playing. For example a bonus symbol or a winning symbol shows itself for a second and you can see the glitch or skipping. It just pulls it away. It wasn`t happening before. Waste of time. Despite providing verification docs (accepted), they refused to provide me the sign-up bonus, citing :1. Several accounts in the same household. – This is completely untrue. There is only one account at my address.or 2. I never give casino companies good reviews but this is legitimate. Ease of use and all the games included in bonus money. Plenty to choose from that I like. They are as per there terms & conditions. You do have to wager your own funds at the start but alot of companies do this. They have a choice of payment options. Huge choice of games. It’s easy enough process to verify yourself also. Alot of casino sites are more hassle than they are worth but I wanted to write a good review about this one.

No bonus paid after confirmed ID and deposit just 10 free games. Not working live chat just took money in less than hour. No service and absolute scam site. Reporting this site for sure as Spanish law provides protection against such sites. Criminals with a time limit as this kind of site will not survive.
