This “customer care representative” is so available that she can take my screenshot to the main email … and she says yeah u did win draw win it was for money line .. I’m what ? I clicked on the banner and win draw win is harder than money line.. 2 seconds later I can’t hear you.. you are disconnected if You don’t respond I am gonna have to end this conversation

Bad experience with Betway I deposited money into their account but it’s not appearing on my account,I made several calls to get help from support they just don’t get back to you after emails sent showing money deducted from my bank account,they never sent me a reference but just the name of the beneficiary that’s Raging River now the are telling me to get reference which they didn’t send

Firstly I want to talk about the app it doesn’t work very well. Secondly I want to talk about the qualifying for the free bets. Thought I qualified for this by spending the required amount. On the last bet I took up their offer of a treble but apparently it doesn’t count. It does say in the terms and conditions small print basically. all I was trying to do was get a bet on quickly. These betting companies are so bad it’s unreal. They should understand as a betting company that we don’t always have time to read everything when trying to get a bet on quickly. They are not the only ones though it is very much a con. Really thought this was a good company to bet with but yet again I’m out of pocket.

I have only recently joined betway and will be closing my account.I attempted to log on to my account this morning and it says “Betway is currently experiencing service issues due to a period of exceptionally high demand” this is on a Wednesday in November where there are no large sporting events. This has been for around 3 hours now and there is no customer service telephone number, their live chat is just a robot and you can’t speak to a human.I dread to think how frustrating it would be, if there was a genuine issue where the only help you can get is an automated robot.

the worst company for customer service. User for 5 plus years no managers available to speak to ever. computer generated bs answers, a mailbox they ask you to email which isnt active. It’s been two months and my withdrawal hasn’t come through yet. It said processed but hasn’t been paid out. On speaking to their chat support which took me literally 2 hours to get in touch with because now their queues are 300 ppl long, they said they’d look into it in 48 hours and to mail them on their given ID. Their email ID gives you an automatic response that this mailbox is no longer monitored. On telling them chat executive this, he strongly backs himself up and says oh no they do check it. What happened after 48 hours? NOTHING. what happened after 2 months. NOTHING. this site is a scam and it ruins the reputation of every accreditation agency in tandem with it. Gonna sue these Romanians for everything they got.

I love Betway. Great choice of games. I agree they are a little slow sometimes at paying out but they do say 72hours pending before withdrawals will be processed. I won quite a large amount on Friday evening and it was in my account today. Frankly if you can’t afford to wait a couple of days for any winnings in my mind you can’t afford to gamble!!Betway is a great responsible site.

It’s almost one week I’m stuck with my acccount for withdrawals and holding my payment without giving proper reason.Seems like a scam.I ask for a reason from support and after I sent all required documents, they keep quite and act like they didnt received anything or just passing emails here and there.When I raise my issues to “Live Chat” they are also not giving what the exact reason and passing and requesting information time to time.I have never experienced such a irritated service before.I had a contact with them every possible way more than 10+ times..none of them works and finally says “not received”, “will check”, “will inform” blahaa, blahaa..?

Same problem! I didn’t even played much, deposited £10 and just want my money back they’re not coming back to me! They’re saying I infringed one of their term and conditions??? What have I done wrong? I’ve asked to the customer support team same question all over again and nobody told me anything. I was open for only a day! Good job I didn’t deposit more!!! If you’re having problems in the uk I suggest opening a case with ‘resolver’ they can take the case further. It seems like a scam really!

Agree with all the posters here…I stupidly returned to Betway after a previous bad experience getting a wdl from them…. Guess what? it happened again…I have been awaiting a wdl since 21st October, there was some problem with my preferred wdl method even though I have used it previously for lodgements & wdls many times..I was told to change my preferred method and I was unable to do it on the site, it wouldn’t allow me. Then I supplied statements and ID to enable them to change it for me and received an email last Saturday confirming receipt of statements and looking for ID again…l Sent it back to them and still no money…I have been on the Chat thing everyday, twice a day since 21st October and they just keep telling me to wait….And one of thier agents actually cut off the chat and closed it when I insisted I wanted an answer..It is such terrible customer service, I have been polite and patient but my patience is wearing thin….PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE,VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE….and still no wdl after 12 days

I am unable to chat to a Human in live support. I don’t know how others are getting to speak to anyone. I have a bet on in the cashout section that has been suspended for 2 out the 4 games I placed a bet on. Two teams have won and still no cash out is shown. Now I also made a withdrawal that isn’t showing in my history. The money was taken from my balance and I can’t view anything to see the withdrawal took place. So what am I meant to do? The automated chat is use useless and annoying. I phoned a support number I found on Google and it had an automated message saying they can no longer take call due to COVID. Disgusting using that as an excuse in October… Months after everything went back to normal. I want to speak to somebody. A human. To resolve issues the terrible automated live chat can not!

I am contacting about my account at betway website, which was blocked after I won 6,800 CAD. After registering on the site, I made a deposit of 800 CAD and won 6,800 CAD. After my account was blocked, I contacted the support service on the website. Oh my god stay away from this site the most cold blooded fraud site ever the owner the staff all are from reputed fraud schools….Withdraw some money after 3 days got an email saying need to verify my account ok i send all the documents they said it’ll take 24-48 hours i was happy but no after 48hrs got another email saying need to send both sode of id and a photo of me need to send i did that too now I’m waiting what they say after 48hrs may be like this send your photo with your all family and friends.. you never know that could happen… Stay away PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?‍♂️

It is common practice with most of the beting sites that they put your account on hold as soon as you start winning but at least they allow you to withdraw your own deposited money, but betway is even worse than that, because they don’t even let you withdraw your deposited money and keep it all with themselves and block your account.They earn major part of their revenue from India, and Indian customers are the ones of whom they hold the maximum amount of accounts, as they don’t come under Indian laws. It is a very shady practice by betway.Please stay away from this site, specially if you are playing from India.
