Betway Review

I recently deposited INR 5000 on Betway, but my money has not been credited yet. I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they have been unresponsive and have not provided any satisfactory solution. I am concerned that this may be a case of fraud and I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency and accountability from Betway. I strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to exercise caution and consider alternative options.

In contact with our lawyer and banks. Have also filed fraud complaints with our government. Stay away this site is a scam..Now they contacted me to ask for an explanation of documents that I have explained 30 times.. again stick to my original comment fraudulent stay far away.No have filed a complaint with my provincial and federal government being in Canada this type of games is illegal and as per their own policy if you don’t own a card they cannot accept funds.. So now I’m expecting 1365 refunded as well as my winnings that was off of my bank through etransfer.Reply from cc states they are bound by their terms to refund all monies.If this issue sound familiar which I see a bunch of the same and you are in Canada file with your bank and cc and have all reversed they are acting in bad faithDay 4 no response

So, I am aware of the negative reviews and would like to start by saying I have not been given free spins etc. or any incentive to write this review other than the negative experiences I have had elsewhere.I have been a player with this site for a long time, recently I have won rather a lot and although the withdrawals are not instant, withdrawing to bank card does come into your bank around the next day or two at the latest.There is a good selection of games, however could be more hence the 4 stars.I have not really used the customer service so am unable to comment on this, but can confirm that for each withdrawal I have made, it has been processed and paid into my account within the next day or so and so I am very pleased with this.Will continue to use this site, thanks very much and thought I would post to answer the questions I would have if I had no experience of this site. It is not a scam, thanks very much!

I am giving one star ⭐ bcz I want to write the review… The betway team after taking deposits doesn’t know about deposits.. I have provided proof of deposits made on 17 th of December and 19 th of December of 4000 and 2000 respectively… But they could not find.. It’s a upi payment.. The proof has UTR NUMBER REFERENCE IN MAIL.. STILL betway BANKING TEAM doesn’t have any idea… We have to reach them through chat because there is no answer to mail.. Minimum 2 hrs of que hardly in 10 days u r connected. . With no proper answer… I want people to reach me to get the proof.. I don’t know how betway operates.. The withdrawal is 3 days minimum and saturday and sunday no withdrawal

So far so good using Betway, Made a few deposits with no issues, did a few withdrawals with no issue. Also offer a good choice of football markets. Yet to try other parts of the site.

Been trying to get in touch via live chat but can’t get past the automated messages even when asking for an agent! My free bet club and loyalty points page go blank when I am due them. Support email sends an automated message saying it’s not longer in use.Joke of a company.

dear i read the reviews for betwey and it is really sad how you cheat us and steal our money i lost 500e and everything is fine when it is paid and now when i got 300e i can’t get it because you are thieves leave that winning and pay the doctor for everything you who steal from us who pay you money, you are a common fraud company and trash. close that account thieves just so you know I have all the emails and chats and I will report you and put bad reviews everywher….Betway is a fraudulent company, they steal the money received, my example is that I asked if the chat could stop the payment and return it to the account. Customer service live chat told me that it should be done by the technical service. they themselves returned the funds to the account and locked it and no one answered me clearly from the attached that they kept the money and do not want to pay it, I will file a lawsuit and hire consumer protection in Ireland this is theft

If I could would rate this site -100% it’s been over a month when I withdrew £320 been in touch by email several times but they just ignore you. Their excuse is that I used my mothers card with her approval and that’s the reason they won’t pay me well if that’s the case the can refund all the deposit I have done on Betway to my mums account. Completely useless company who only care about taking your money. Signed up for the welcome offer, of receiving a free £10 bet, however once I met their requirements they failed to give me my free bet. Absolutely terrible service. I’ve withdrawn from my account before using SWIFT transfer. Went to do the same thing 3 weeks ago and got an email saying it didn’t go through and to seek help with the live chat. The live chat is just an automated bot that only give you a limited selection of specific things to ask, none of which were relevant to my problem, and then after it gives you useless advice it asks “was this helpful” and your only options are “yes” or “go back”. You can’t actually speak to a person and you’re just stuck in an endless loop. I emailed the customer support and got a reply from Kerenza saying they escalated it to the payments team and they would be in touch. That was 2 weeks ago. I’ve replied several times since and heard nothing back. Kerenza even acknowledged she could see I’ve used that withdrawal method before so there should be no problem. The money has disappeared from my account so I guess they’ve just decided to steal it. Avoid Betway

This is thrid time in a row. That i am rating my review here for the same incident. I deposited 1000rs three times saying happened on 17th December 2022. It’s almost nearing a month. Just they are sending a reply saying give your ID and nothing else after that from them. My ID is Anvit_AV(please don’t mail seeking this again). I am expecting a call from betway. Also it didn’t get resolved in few days i will complaint the same to gambling commission with all the proof. End of a Journey with Betway. Every day for 7 or 8 weeks I have spun the prize wheel on this site. Not once has it been a winner. Bare in mind one of the prizes is three 10p spins on a slot. Total greed and nothing else. This company is so crooked that you cannot pay out because they will take you nowhere, if I had to condemn it. Spending money on them is a waste of money. Your money cannot be retrieved once it has been invested. Don’t even consider them. With For?Tune Group LLC, you should invest the entire sum. Betway manipulate the slots so you will lose. This is illegal but thete is no way to stop it. I have posted some videos on YouTube to show how they rig the slots. Search Betway rigged slots. This company is corrupt and should be closed down. So WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE CORRUPT SITES…
