I took part in a mood board session with Gail at the Bury St Edmunds store, it was such a great event! Gail very kindly booked me an appointment to see her individually to provide a more bespoke mood board. I came away with the confidence of knowing exactly how I would tackle the project, suggestions that I hadn’t thought of and yet made absolute sense. Many thanks to Gail and the lovely team at the Bury store!

We have been absolutely delighted with the whole shopping experience at Knutsford.We were helped by the lovely Stevie who spent a lot of time discussing all of our options etc. We also met with Rebecca who again gave us a lot of her time and patience…Honestly, all of your staff, that we have met, have been outstanding…Sorry I’ve not remembered everyone’s name.Our dining set is now in situ and we love it ❤ M & B

We visited first and asked for help which was given with a smile and a helpfulness. We paid for a home vist after we had returned to discuss itmes we liked or disliked. The visit was first class and followed by our home visit to measure up. We returned to Cheltenham shop to go through again for both our living room and master bedroom. The presentation pack was amazing. Everything was order and an approx delivery time given which was kept. The person who looked after us came to us at home for the delivery and also brought other accesories,many of which we kept.We did not want to visit numerous shops as we live a long way away from our new home and wanted a one stop shop to select and have help and delivery. Other than one small problem with delivery everything worked as promised to us.We wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend Neptune to anyone wanting to furnish a home.

Hi I ordered for the first time on the 13/7/22 expected date for delivery between 18/7/22 & 24/7/22 still not arrived. I have emailed twice as not sure if this is the delivery courier or issue or Neptune? I am still waiting a reply so feel I can’t give any higher rating as yet obviously I would definitely change if I receive my order but find it very frustrating to have no update from Neptune regarding late delivery date. I have checked and payment has been taken and also the delivery address is correct at time of order. Please can somebody from Neptune chase this up for me

We asked Neptune’s Bury St Edmunds branch for assistance to sort out our living room layout. We met with Gail Norfolk and she later visited our house to see the problems for herself. The ideas she shared with us showed a real understanding of what we were seeking to achieve and the design proposal we subsequently received was comprehensive and beautifully presented. We were given options to furnish the whole room from scratch or to use a mix of old and new. We opted for the latter, buying new shelving units and armchairs from Neptune but, had our existing sofa and another chair recovered in fabrics that tied in with the designer’s plan. Other small items ended up as a mix of Neptune products and things we sourced elsewhere. The result is brilliant, something we would have struggled to achieve without Gail’s help and support.

We are so glad we chose Neptune Chester for our kitchen. The design process was extremely easy and uncomplicated. Our Chichester kitchen looks amazing and the staff have been extremely professional combined with outstanding customer service; nothing has been too much trouble.

On Tuesday, 26 July my wife and I attended a “Conversation with Eva Sonaike and Claudia Baillie”. What a fantastic experience! It was great to listen to the discussions between Claudia and Eva and to the advice that they gave to attendees regarding the use of colour, pattern and prints in their homes. It seems that the secret is to be true to yourself and to trial prospective colours, textures and prints in different light at different times of day. It was just the sort of guidance that we needed as we embark on the journey of decorating our new home. In summary, expert presenters, authoritative, common-sense advice and super hospitality from the Neptune Team! Thank you for a lovely evening.

We had a very good experience instore (Cheltenham) and subsequently ordering. There was a long leadtime to get the armchair (which we had been told about) and were told it was a few days longer. Then it was booked in and delivered when they said it would be.

It would have been helpful to have had updates regarding specific delivery date and not delivery will be between 15th -21st , parcel was delivered on the 21st.

Great service, we went to the Southport store and we were well looked after. We ordered 3 small tables and they were delivered 6 days later. The tables were well packed and the delivery team unpacked them for us to inspect.I am very happy to recommend 100%

Poor experience.Ordered online 14/7 no option for any delivery other than standard. I asked if it could be with me for the 20/07 which compared to most companies is more than enough time told the order was being picked that day. I emailed daily from the 20th standard sorry reply. Finally delivered on the 25/07. If I was told delivery was 2 weeks I wouldn’t have ordered.

Very unusual company. They actually keep items in stock! Their local showroom is excellent with first class staff who are courteous, interested and effective. They have delivered 5 times to us. Each time was exactly as agreed and the delivery staff on every occasion have been polite, helpful and effective. Product quality is excellent. Not cheap but well worth it!

I have loved Neptune for years. greatly looked forward to buying my new home and shopping at Neptune. having spent several thousand pounds doing just that I remain hugely disappointed. the staff at store although polite on the surface quickly became arrogant and superior. the service appalling. the wait for goods ridiculous. Correspondence from the store insulting and reflective of staffs poor attitude and superior status. are they spending thousands in store? I think not. Overall I will not be recommending Neptune to friends and family. I would not recommend the store at all

Ordered 8 glass bottle items and they arrived in one box with no separation or padding for each. They were clanking around in the box and tops had come off/broken and liquid had poured out covering most items, seeped through the box and onto my floorboards. Was very shocked at this packaging – probably the worst I’ve received from any retailer and not what you’d expect from Neptune! A date has been arranged for their collection.

I bought some reduced products in the sale and paid nearly £7 for delivery. I waited well over a week for the items to be delivered and that was after I chased it up twice. Presumably, if the items are reduced they should have plenty in stock.I have experienced very long waits with this company before and it’s almost insulting that they charge one of the highest delivery changes I’ve experienced.

I have never experienced such a diabolical service in my whole life. My grandaughter chose a voucher as a wedding present which was ordered on July 11th which never arrived and her wedding was on July 23rd

My paint sample was delivered by ups to address miles away from me after waiting 7-10 days for delivery? So I ordered another and was told it would be aNother 7 to 10 days delivery again by ups so I cancelled and decided to buy paint elsewhere. Very disappointing service and I wouldn’t recommend

Not particularly helpful. Delivery wasn’t scheduled and sent by a courier. Delivery date just given and couldn’t access their app to change date as I wasn’t going to be in.

Although quite a long lead time, my chairs arrived on the date promised and the delivery was very efficient. The chairs are very comfortable and appear to be well made.I would definitely shop at Neptune again.

Ordered a chest of drawers which were well made with soft close drawers and detailed woodwork at the side. V happy with delivery and set up in room. I was able to see it on show in the Chiswick show room so ordering online was then easy.

Recently ordered the Buckingham mirror. It came really well packaged, probably the best packaging I’ve ever seen. The courier service is very good, ringing to see if the delivery day suits or not. The mirror itself looks amazing up on the wall, delighted with my purchase

I think that it took a very long time for my parcel to arrive despite paying significant postal charges. Also, the body cream had no scent at all and has been returned. Returns process however was very straight forward.

The products are good but prices have risen significantly. The delivery staff are fabulous but I had a problem with an item and when I went into the Edgbaston store to discuss, one of the assistants gave a look to a colleague behind my back which made me feel really uncomfortable

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from Neptune. Once again I could not fault anything! Website was easy to use. Emails to let me know when my parcel was due and easy to track.My parcel arrived on time and I was really pleased with my purchase. Will definitely buy more!!!

Delivery was as scheduled, my only comment concerns the packaging, which seemed excessive, as each item ordered came in a different box. Although everything was recyclable it still seemed excessive use of cardboard! I am very happy with the goods ordered.

I love the Neptune concept but just wish somethings like pots etc had something to compare to in the picture. The three pots I just ordered were labelled small but they are quite big. I’m keeping them thow

I ordered a vase and in delivery it was smashed. I spoke to Neptune who ordered a new one only to be tol on the day that one was being delivered it had been smashed. Not happy with the device at all

Terrible items arrived damaged due to poor packing was told to just wait for them to send more out was over two weeks when they finally arrived and was offered no compensation whatsoever company was totally at fault due to poor packing

I was unhappy with the direction my interior designers were heading and decided to use Neptune’s in house design service for a complete overhaul of my hallway, sitting room, dining room and landing. The result is all I could hope for. Shannon at Neptune Weybridge has been utterly fantastic with everything from ideas that meshed and improved on my own, measuring and ensuring everything fit, to overseeing the ordering and delivery, and keeping me updated on delivery dates. When all my lovely new furniture was delivered, she came and helped with the accessorising, and completed the look. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and my house is beautiful in a way I could never have achieved without her help. Thank you Shannon!

We are very pleased with our Laundry shelf in the utility room ,great for hanging shirts on to finish drying and the same with our towels on the top shelf as this room gets quite warm with the tumble dryer on.Our Bar stools are super comfy and stylish. We have very much enjoyed visiting the Cheltenham store. Neptune’s furniture and accessories are just perfect and the staff could not do enough to help and advise us. In particular we want to mention the lovely Florence, our interior designer. She has been a treasure trove of good advice and a model of patience with us! We have no hesitation in recommending the store, its wares and its staff as we have had an excellent all round experience with them.

I love Neptune but have been disappointed by the Colchester branch recently. It is a reasonable drive for us to get there and I was looking forward to visiting last weekend. Didn’t have in stock anything I was planning on buying. Wasted time and petrol.
