We’re looking to redecorate our lounge, and having visited the Neptune store in Bury St Edmunds and seen the wonderful ways in which various rooms have been decorated and set out, I was keen to try to emulate this at home. The Mood Board Workshop seemed a good place to start and I’m so pleased that I was able to attend the one on the 10th August. Thank you to all the staff involved in the preparations for this event and to Jane for the way she ran the session and her thoughtful suggestions. I came away feeling inspired and wanting to change the layout of the room and redecorate straight away. A thoroughly enjoyable and useful way to spend two and a half hours. I would certainly recommend this workshop to anyone considering redecorating, particularly if they want to get the right ‘flow’ and ‘feel’ in a room.

Stitching poor on one side of the Sun Umbrella and stone base is not large enough to prevent blowing over (including table) if there’s a gust of wind.

Good company, kept in touch with me so I knew when items were coming, the glass vases are lovely on my dining table. I used the online shop.

To be clear, the member of staff who served me was delightful. But what I was purchasing was a cleaning kit for a Neptune table I now wish I’d never bought as it’s so tricky to clean. I had to pay £58 for three tiny bottles of stain remover 3 x 50 ml. They were accompanied by two cleaning cloths. It’s hard to conceive why they should cost even a quarter of this price. Plus, they haven’t even removed the stain. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more ripped off in my life. Don’t bother buying this product.

The Wimbledon store was very helpful with a good selection of good quality furniture and accessories.The staff, were very knowledgeable, Gianni in particular was very helpful and made the task of selecting new furniture very easy.Can always recommend Neptune and their products.

Popped in to the Wimbledon store last week, and was greeted by the most beautiful smile, Gianni was extremely knowledgeable and had such I great eye for detail and amazing suggestions. Will most definitely be returning to places a large order soon!

I’ve been so pleased with the quality and design of our kitchen, it’s now my favourite room. Working with Paul was brilliant – I felt he was helpful on budget and his layout suggestions I am very grateful for. Everything makes sense in how we use the space. I couldnt recommend enough.

Great service supporting a great Range of items. In our case the 3ft 6″ Side board. Also the 4 new Dining Chairs. Would not hesitate to recommend to Friends and Family.

I bought a small Corinium jug which seemed unfinished inside as there were bits of ceramic stuck on the bottom inside plus a black line around the bottom. I did email customer service with photos and was told someone would get back to me in a few days, however no one did and I was sent a replacement several days later which unfortunately had the same thing on the inside. I also queried that it had a sticker which read it was not suitable for water although on the website it said suitable for flower water. I have shopped many times at Neptune online and am very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

After spending over 30,000 pounds with Neptune for our new house we were very disappointed to receive delivery of a sofa with very poor workmanship.We have pointed the faults out to Neptune but they do not agree. We always understood that any product could be returned FOC but this is also not correct. Neptune are damaging their own reputation by taking this attitude.We were otherwise very satisfied.

Really excellent service from the Neptune team. Attention to detail was outstanding, and any little problems that arose (due to structural problems in the house) during the installation were resolved patiently and intelligently, and the final result is a stunning, well designed kitchen which has transformed my home, and undoubtedly added considerable value. I have always wanted a Neptune kitchen, and I love it!! Special thanks to Patsy, Carl and Liam.

Very good customer service and quality products, but rather pricy. Helpful ordering over the phone, and reasonable delivery timescale bearing in mind that we had requested custom painted furniture.

Jess and all the team at Neptune Southport have been amazing. They designed us two rooms (whilst also giving me lots of tips about other rooms and colour schemes) and they both look fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they kept us updated all the time about timings etc. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and if you have any problems the customer service is brilliant (not that we really had any) though it is quite evident that they want you to be 100% satisfied with absolutely everything. Worth every single penny for the seamless service, design and quality. Also what I really liked was the fact they are not at all pushy, clearly their products sell themselves! Thanks Jess in particular – you have an incredible eye and really took the time to listen, understand what we wanted and our style and then deliver amazing results! No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Neptune!

Really poor customer service. Bought a small bookcase £1500+. Arrived without shelves. Was informed by the delivery team they would be posted out. Given the item is in stock I expected express delivery! After 1 week of waiting, I get an email to inform me the shelves will be delivered in 2.5months. Can’t get anywhere with the girl I have been allocated to in customer services via email as English is clearly not her first language. Just a shambles. No offer of compensation. Is it really so difficult to open a box of a bookcase that is in stock, send out the shelves and rather replace the ones that were removed from the box and repackage for sale? Alternatively, send out another bookcase that is complete and remove the one that is lacking the shelves.

This spring it was time to redecorate our small hall and kitchen, but where to start with colours? We had previously used Neptune paint and had liked the results, so which colour to choose? We have previously shopped in the York store, so I gave the store a ring not really expecting anyone would have the time to discuss my small decoration project. But next day Hayley from the store rang me and asked that I send pictures so she could look at the space. Then she spent a good while with me on the phone making suggestions of colours that would suit the space, also suggesting that I use the sample pots to try out colour combinations. We have now finished the decorating and we love the results. I am so impressed that Hayley spent that time with me on what for them must be a small project, but means we will certainly keep going back to the company in the future.

I recently bought a Spritsail Square Parasol online. Delivery and set up of the parasol was quick and efficient the delivery guys showed me how the parasol worked which is very easy.The parasol is a beautiful well designed piece of kit. Sturdy, stylish and provides a lot of shade on my patio.

I ordered some Isoguard to refinish some furniture. Postage isn’t cheap and it took 6 days for dispatch and delivery. Sadly, UPS claimed to deliver my parcel but did not. This is not Neptune’s fault. However, I called them the next day and was promised a call back pending investigation with the courier (UPS). No phone call received. I called again on Friday and was again promised investigation and a call back. Nothing received. On Monday, I shared my frustration and finally had someone do something. In the end, a replacement product was sent out with an apology. From placing my order to actually receiving the goods was 13 days. Given the financial outlay for this product, I was disappointed in Neptune’s overall service. UPS was the source of the problem but I shouldn’t have to chase the company three days running to seek resolution.

Lovely products, reduced in the sale delivered safety. I have taken one star off as one product was out of stock and I wasn’t updated. I was given a delivery date of October for something I purchased in July. I couldn’t swap the out of stock product for one that was so accepted a refund for the out of stock product. Seems silly and money lost really for Neptune. That said the lady I spoke with was lovely and arranged for part of my order to by cancelled and refunded promptly so that the in stock products could be delivered. No plastic packaging was also a big plus for me.

The Hove team have been brilliant. I wanted To purchase a painting to take out to France 10 days later. I was told that this wasn’t possible from one branch. I then phoned & spoke to Lucy & manager at the Hove branch. They bent over backwards to help me & managed to do a special order that I was able to pick up before my trip. Thank you team Hove. The Daisy Simms print will look amazing!

Lovely stools I’m aware oak can look different as it’s unique but the legs on my stools looked massively different I would have though Neptune would have picked up on this

This is good paint that applies well . Very good range of colours and swatches and trial pots available . It is expensive however . Bath shop was very obliging in person and on the phone .I do think that a delivery period of 7 to 10 days is far too long . Most people want paint quickly once a decision is made .
