The new UEFA season is about to begin as we relish the resumption of the Champions League. To start with, here is the UEFA Super Cup between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. Real Madrid transformed a catastrophic domestic season with a European triumph winning the Champions League three times consequently after trumping Liverpool 3-1, no thanks to blunders from Karius.
On the other hand, Diego Simeone’s Atletico made mincemeat of Marseille dispatching them 3-0. This season for both sides starts with swelling enthusiasm for both sides. Real Madrid is definitely reeling from the mega losses of two Legends Zinedine Zidane and Cristiano Ronaldo. Zidane quit his post as coach while Ronaldo switched boat to Juventus. Unfortunately Real Madrid have been unable to fill Ronaldo’s Galactico void having unproductively flirted with Neymar and Hazard. A recent signing of Curtois from Chelsea wouldn’t douse the worries either.
For Atletico Madrid, the prospects are brighter. They managed to energetically hold on to their star man Antoinne Griezman amid massive flirtations from Barcelona. They also strengthened bringing in Thomas Lemar to add renewed sparkle to an already enigmatic side.
So what do you now think of the encounter between Real Madrid and Atletico? In Europe, Atletico have felt the blazing pain of losing to Real Madrid at two Champions League finals. Would you be expecting the likes of Bale to step into the Ronaldo vacancy and mesmerize Atletico? Would you be finally expecting a pint of revenge from Atletico? Most outrageously, do you suspect Madrid would win the first half but end up losing the match?
Yes, William Hill is giving you some well honeyed 10/1 for Real Madrid to win the first half and yet lose the match at the end. Is this really impossible against a hard-fighting and resilient Diego Simeone- led Atletico side? This offer is open to both new and existing customers. All you have to do is show your guts with your stake and viola, you could be smiling home with ten times your stake come the final whistle. Doesn’t this sound interesting?
