Without doubt this is the worst online casino I’ve ever visited, huge majority of the games will not load, payouts are pitifully low and the live chat will not respond other than what I can only perceive was an automated response.. avoid at all costs

Awful business. Email with free bet offers, but you can never claim the free bet. Customer service said try another browser…Tried 3 devices and 2 browsers, no different. Do not trust these scammers, It’s not worth your time. Eventually asked them to close my account…Good Riddance Scammers!

Never had a problem with this company until 2 weeks ago I had a glitch with live blackjack, somehow i had played a game Which i didnt and money has been taken from my account, each time i log back in the system says i have an unfinished game, go back in and nothing.Now i informed customer service, given them my explanation and included screen shots etc etc but Was told it’s been escalated to the technical department and they will reply when they have checked things out，Have a time frame? No they said.Are we talking about days? months or even years? Cant give an answer they said.So when they want things from customers we have to give to them straight away, but but there’s an issue then sorry we get back to you when we can???They Either have incompetent staff or they trying to make up an excuse of trying to not fix this problem and ofcourse not return funds back to me.I have contacted Ibas to help me with my cause and deal with such a lousy company.Stay away and if you can don’t gamble full stop.Update : I had a small problem with a withdrawal with another site named 888 casino. My withdrawal was pending, spoke to them via live chat, was told they informed the relevant department and next 10 mins the money was back into my account. Efficient service, problem sorted. ZETBET Needs to learn a thing or two here.

Crashes every other minute . Have to log in again within 10 mins. Pages keep getting covered by the same pop.up Hard to find events or streaming which often does not work . Seems it was designed by kids on an experiment. Utterly waste of time . Do not use

Never had a issue, this is why it’s 3 stars, yes the site isn’t perfect, it crashes and also the markets are limited, however the withdraws where normally fast, until the other day. I asked for money to be sent via “instant bank payment” same way I have always used, never a issue, also wasn’t my bank as I get money putting in daily so 100% was not my bank account. I was told my withdraw failed, I was then asked to send a bank statement with a IBAN nunber, I sent them 2 bank statements for my Halifax, (the account i use with them and they have on file) they said on your statement it does not show your IBAN number? I said and? That’s not my fault, not every bank account show the same of every account, there are about 250 different types of bank accounts, they seem to didn’t understand this. They then asked me for another bank statement with a IBAN number and I sent them one, they have now withdrawn my money via wire transfer which I did not ask for, I use Apple Pay, debit card and paysafecard, I said send the money to my Apple Pay or debit card they said no, to me something had happened there end and I have not changed anything whatsoever, nothing has changed for me, but apparently my withdraw to my same bank I’ve been using for years failed, anyway normally would have put 5 stars but this has put me off, oh by the way the withdraw still isn’t done, says sending to processor. Unbelievable

Requested withdrawal on 24/12, today is 31/12, the withdrawal still pending, all document has been approved ,every time contacting them they saying lots people making request recently, so it has been delayed, this is a joke . Big joke,

Well I can’t complain; compared to others! I’ve been using Zetbet for about a year now, yeah the website glitches often but they have plenty of slots to choose from. They give frequent bonus offers, some with no wagering requirements. I have had plenty of successful wins, some quite large in fact. Depositing and withdrawing has always gone smoothly. Money has hit my account quickly, never a quibble. Online chat with customer support is always a positive experience, they are so friendly and helpful…And no they don’t pay me for this review 😂I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the website glitches which can be really frustrating at times. I have had plenty worse experience with 888 when it comes to customer service.

Enough!!! This website is all joke they had commision on every deposit now they dont but withdrawals takes whatever they like sometimes 30 minutes on instant withdrawal somethimes 2 days on same method on fully verified account also if you bet pre game it will be settled after the game even if you bet on goal and goals scored in 1st minute you still have to wait till the end of the match no other bookies does that !!! Awful company they take commission on all deposits !! Very limited markets . Site is very difficult to navigate . Withdrawals are hit and miss and when successful take around 4 days Takes an age to place a wager . Overall worst sports betting site I have ever used . Very poor !!

Very horrible betting platform. I won a bet and I have requested for withdrawal since 19th of June. My withdrawal request is still on pending till today 26th of June. Chatted with customer care always telling me they will work on it. If you love yourself don’t use this bet platform

I don’t understand reviews sometimes ? I had a great experience here, deposited 50 and got a 50 welcome bonus turned that into 4800 euro, now you do have to bet at least 800 quid so you can withdraw which is silly but i done that and came out with 3600, requested withdrawal on the 8-4-24 after documents confirmed money was in my account today 11-4-24.only 4 sars because they took away 1200 of my winnings as they where bonus wagers lol but still that sucks.

Rude and lazy and dishonest customer service. Ive been playing at zetbet and their sister sites for a while. apart from the near weekly withdrawal time it has been a descent casino. 35x wager is absurd but alas. I messaged customer service asking from my total bets and total winnings, information i have gotten from them in the past. she said she doesn’t have access to info, so i closed my account for being lied to. i asked for a complaints email shes says no kick me from chat and deletes the chat history. horrible experience.

I had a bet settled on the 1st January, it’s now the 4th January, and the winnings have still not been transferred to my balance for withdrawal. Onto customer support every day and get fobbed off with the same excuse around it being escalated, but still I am waiting for my money to withdraw. ***AVOID****Dodgy company if the is a problem they say a manager will review and they never resolve the issue.I have a recording pictures and screen shots of an issue and they never resolved the £15 play.There staff are rude and if u go on live chat they either won’t help or will say that’s not something they do I don’t think they have an understanding of things in the gambling industry with compliance and complaints where they can get fined for doing this and I am looking forward to escalating this matter to them

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my cashout to be processed even though it states max withdrawl time is 6-10 days for a wire transfer and that is also something that I never asked for they just implemented it.As for customer service and trying to het an answer is just ridiculous all they say is please be patient we are dealing with this for 2 weeks let’s just say patience is wearing thin.Best of it is I had another win after I made the 1st withdrawal and this has been processed without any issue but typical ZETBET no answers as to why just typical response it’s with the relevant department just wait.Anyway I would definitely not recommend this site.

I don’t want this to be a rant….butI’ll keep it factual for others to consider.This is explicitly reference the Casino (slots) and are reflective of my situation. For small odds (less than £2.50 per spin) they have a good selection of slots and average returns. The RTP on the slots are stated as high (ish) which may be fact on the lower odds. Bonuses are average.As soon as the bet amount is increased, e.g. £3.50 – £10 per spin, and this may be a provider snatch, the RTP is definitely suspect. I have done some deep diving on the maths with regards to this (and not exclusively on ZetBet) – seems the games are rigged the higher the bet amount goes. All casinos will state that the UKGC check them regularly, but frankly this should give you little comfort as games behaviour should be agnostic to an amount if (as we are told) the RTP is based on the RANG that has no memory!In short, whilst the selection of slots is good, the payouts are poor – on 5000 spins over 2 random days, 5 different times and bets from £1.25 to £10 per spin – the RTP was shocking. Again you will be told that RTP is based on thousands, millions, trillions of spins so you should only expect an average. This casino will not return you the average whatsoever.All in all, I think the providers are also involved in these ‘tweaks’ which dictate the tone of the returns, so not entirely the casinos doing.I have come to the conclusion that the fun has now gone out of gambling with online slots – I have done analysis on 14 casinos over the past 30 months (Zetbet included) and the wins, bonuses and fun factor have declined significantly where if you try and obtain detail, the shroud of RTP, averages, UKGC etc are all used to distract.I have now closed my account, cannot recommend them (or plenty of others) SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR – close all your betting / slot accounts and buy yourself something nice instead.Do not give anymore of your hard earned cash to these companies, its a swindle on a global scale.
