Have played this a few times and had smaller wins paid out but bigger wins of $8,000 and $10,000 cancelled for terms and conditions of betting too high? These have not been any bonus and have been money deposited, both times vip chat has given a BS story of the audit team verifying gameplay then refusing to oau and paying out $1,000 instead of the $8,000 and $10,000 totally fraudulent casino you can deposit in seconds but withdrawal takes weeks with all kids of hoops to jump through

I have read some off the review I’m happy for use. My experience was a horable, I been a member for 4 5 year and tonight was my first withdrawal, (minimum withdrawal $250. All my documents that I uploaded had green tick so short time a go I hit withdraw the rocket scientist in the payment department could not prosses my withdraw, I sent them Australian government verified documents housing for address purposes my id, the thing that years to me I been depositeing for years why they stop me from depositing, if they think my documents are not authentic they kept on taking my deposit, personally this casino is a fast. Hi,I used the Australian woo casino .Deposited my Monies to play.Won 1300 and got weird reasons on why they won’t payout?Watch out for the MIRROR written on your account.. I had 2 modes of play…mobile phone and my iPad.They accused me of using someone else’s (friend, family?) using my url site. I told them I use phone or my iPad!No one used my site and I do not have a clue who else uses woo within family or friends? Why should I need to no?I entered my id 5x then tried last time to get my winnings and now I have had the $1300 taken off me with the words “other” written as the reason? Absolute joke of a website I won 10k and they wouldn’t accept any form of verification except a bank card with my name on it so I had to order one and it took 2 weeks and believe me I tried absolutely every other way and then I finally get verified and they reclaimed the whole 10k leaving me with 50$ Because apparently I won some bonus I didn’t know about and one of the terms was I couldn’t bet over 5$ so for a bonus I wasn’t informed I had and also didn’t even want they stole all of my winnings after making me wait 2 weeks for my card, like if it’s not brutal enough they stole my money they made it seem like I was getting it and led me on for 2 weeks just to take all my money, complete scam of a site DO NOT USE they will add a bonus with some stupid rules without you knowing and take all your money and then be rude to you over live chat. I now look like a bad person cause I owe a guy some money and told him I’d pay it all back and now can’t and he’s gonna be homeless because of it so I feel like a piece of **** thanks woo casino way to **** me over in the worst way possible

I am a degen gambler for the last 40 years of my life so what is critical for me is that withdrawals are fast and easy. I had some luck in this site and was able to make a succesfull withdrawal the first few times without any issues. My win streak continued and I kept withdrawing winnings but then I received an email that I must wager 3 times my deposit before I could withdraw, I checked the T&C and there is no mention of this requirement however since it was not a big deal I wagered 3 times the deposit and made a succesfull withdrawal. I continued my win streak and tried to make more withdrawals but these were now rejected and I was advised to contact support. On speaking with support they advised that my bank had refused the transaction , as I have 2 different cards on the account I tried the another card and again this was rejected. Spoke with support again and they said there culd be some issue with the payment provider which I find highly implausible that 2 different banks would have issues at the same time. Anyway I have now initated a wire transfer to my bank of all my winnings and am awating funds to arrive. It’s a real shame that customers are given the run around like this and if you cannot withdraw your winnings what is the point in playing in a casino like this.Just got my wire transfer after waiting less than a day, that is impressive so not going to knock the site to much. It’s a pity about having withdrawal issues however I am very glad it’s now resorted . I do like the sire and will continue playing there

The casino has a great selection of slots but don’t try to play any if you have a bonus. The amount of slots that are blocked when you have a bonus is rediculous. I would estimate 90% are blocked from what I have tried so far. The list in the terms and conditions doesn’t list even a 10th of what is actually blocked. I wanted to drop my bonus so I could play some games so I went to live chat to get some information on what would happen. Ugh…. She had no clue about anything so instead of risking losing all my winnings I just kept the thing and went through slot after slot to see that they were blocked the majority of the time. A real pain in the ass.

Ok so i accidentally came across woo casino, I deposited 100 dollars and won 900 that day. I then tried to withdraw and had to submit several documents before approval. I was sceptical when i saw everyones reviews and thought i had made a costly error. However, within 2 days my withdrawal had reached my account. The live chat was extremely helpful with telling me exactly what i needed to be approved. I know people will say I am fake but I am not, woo casino are amazing and I am now stoked that i played there. I play from New Zealand!

Its sooooo easy to become a member on this casino. Its soooo easy to deposit to your account on this casino. But making a withdrawel of your winnings…..simply isnt possible. Denied 6 times. Answer: “My Danish driver licens isnt approved, since they Cant see the expiry date on it”. Its very easy to see in colum number 7……very clear. The casino has never given me any issues with payouts in the 18 months that I have played at Woo. However the jackpots on the machines are becoming less frequent and smaller. I have a suspicion that they may have wound the winning chances back. I am going to give them a rest for a month.

Hi, I am concerned about the legitimacy of this site. I was enjoying a small win on European Roulette and had a sound strategy, until I noticed 5 spins that had not landed on the middle dozen. I placed a $1 (aud) on the middle dozen and martingale until I busted. I then noticed that 22 spins (while I was betting) did not land on the middle dozen. When I was not betting the middle dozen had 11 out of 30 hits. This is not consistent and with all statistics I have taken. I have documented game I’d, time and date of the gaming session. I won 150k. So i just came up here to read the reviews i have the exact same issue. they me the world of problems about identity veryfication. CALLING THE ATTENTION OF THE AUTHORITIES TO INVESTIGATE AND SHUTDOWN THIS WOOCASINO.They offered a no deposit sign up bonus but after you signed up, theres no bonus credited to your account, they will tell you that they don’t offer a no deposit bonus. So in the early stage they showed their color, how could you believe that they will not rip you off if you win and withdraw your winnings if they already lied in the beginning.
