Still trying to claim my 600.00 win that I won in Oct. I’ve sent bank statements, void cheque pic, filled out the withdraw page what seems like 10,000 times. They respond with we accept the void cheque, we accept the bank statements. What the hell more could I possibly do. Poorly run online casino!!! Ive won alot of max wins and the withdrawals available 2 days after its successfully processed. I had to change my card details due to me canceling a card I use to use and put a new one on. Next minute I win a max win and all of a sudden they wanna see details of my old card cause it had no name so went to the bank did that and then they needed deposits made to them from the card so I showed that even though they can clearly see when they deposit wins into my old card. Now I cannot deposit or withdrawl or reverse what I tried to withdrawl, im logged in but it says im not when i go to a game.they are saying it’s a technical problem and tech team are getting on to it. I’m frustrated it’s been all day.

I wish I would have seen this page before making a deposit. I have submitted required documents and they are still refusing to pay me out. All this over $170.00. Very shady. I would definitely stick to a more well known and reputable site. I use (Canada) 888 Casino and MGM and have never had documentation requested from my bank in order to get any payout, let alone one so small.

made a deposit and played with their welcome bonus and lost. after a few more deposits , I had a huge win on slots and verification get all done within hour, I requested a withdrawn amount 6k and it get processed within hour as well. I did it at 9pm and I can’t believe the money transferred into my bank account on next day 9.30am .

Just another thieving ‘casino’ that pays returns on average 10% of bet placed. Dont fall for the RTP story as it is based on millions of spins and in reality is the opposite. Dont gamble here. They scam you of your withdrawals. I tried this casino for some days. Lost about 80-100k, but won back 40k. Was going to withdrawal, it was accepted but money are no were to be found on my bank account. Its been almost 2 weeks. When i contact customer service they just ask for bank statement, and tells me they are going to send it to the right appartment. And no answer from them. I guess the money is lost, so I just want to warn others. Dont gamble here. You might get your withdrawals, but you also might not.

They seem to have all the same games as the other casinos however you will not win. I put in a few deposits and didn’t win a cent. Nothing. Usually you’ll win $3, then maybe $5, then maybe $28 etc to keep you playing however I just kept spinning and nothing. I will not play here again. They will take everything you have.

signed up to their sister site spinz. able to deposit easily with no issue.account locked and was asked for kyc immediately. everything was verified except my utility bill. they then asked for a government issued proof of address, which is impossible as doesnt exist.asked for my refund as the company is obliged to provide under eu consumer law. company has ignored me so have had to instruct solicitors to act on my behalf and lodged a complaint with the mga.remember under eu law if a company refuses you service they are legally obliged due to consumer law to refund you.

Would give less than 1 star if I could.I’ve been playing on wildz and wheelz for a couple years. All of a sudden they want my tax return documents and bank statements to ensure I can afford to gamble before they can give me my withdraw. I gave them my bank statements and still wasn’t good enough. I don’t have a tax return yet because that’s not due for another couple months. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. They happily accepted all my deposits but wouldn’t accept my withdrawals.I have made a complaint to their online gambling authority in their country. I hope they can get my money that I won.

Honestly wildz, caxino, wheelz (all owned by the same operator) are the easiest sites that I have ever dealt with. Dec 29-I deposited $100, lost it but into my bonus money, i ended up winning over $3000 played out the wagering requirement and I still had $2700 I withdrew $2000 validated my account and received my money by interac e-transfer Dec 31,2020.
