Vickers Review

This used to be a good company to do business with, but since changing to a new platform on July 20th it’s become a nightmare.I’m now unable to access their site, getting told ”access denied”. The customer service is no help at all, and that’s if they bother to reply to you.I have asked them to forward my outstanding balance to the card used for depositing but so far nothing.They are behaving like criminals and I will be taking further action to get my monies. PLEASE do yourself a favour and avoid this so called company.They now appear to be thieving scammers.

Absolute scam. Signed up with the promise of a bonus bet which they never provided then was given 50 free spins instead. On these, I won £7.45 which I was happy with however they then said I needed to wager another £372.5 before they would let me withdraw this because it was a bonus. I have submitted a subject access request and will be filing a complaint with the ASA and gambling commission

Used to be good solid bookmaker offering decent value for its size. They recently migrated to a new site and removed their weekly bet club, also removed customers free bets they had already qualified for, which is against the UK gambling commissions rules. They stop responding when you try to chase up what you are owed.Betfred did something similar recently moved to a new updated platform, they gave all existing customers free bets as they couldn’t access their accounts for a short period. That’s how you treat your customers, not like these jokers!!!

Now part out of scam company that uses horrendous software, has poor odds, barely works on a phone and charges £1 to withdraw…. site sold to the highest bidder money withdrawn and will avoid

Vickers has been sold out to AG Communications Ltd., which are borderline scammers with how horrible their odds are compared to other betting sites.Stay away and choose another site to bet on.Just read the reply to my review and it should tell you all you need to know about Vickers 😂

Spent a fiver on a game won 100 pound and then never got my withdrawal of 90 pounds closed my account gave me the stake back and then ignored all my emails and complaints u call them they just say can’t do anything with the compliance team and can’t get hold of them other then emails rubbish company avoid don’t know how they are licensed

Worst site i have ever been on first deposit i won nothing and i mean not even 1 win and the bonus games are no where to be seen. So i go ahead and put more money on oh and what a surprise no win again this site should be shut down SCAMMING T****. I can honestly say i will never be playing this site again but what do they care when all they are doing is ROBBING PEOPLE!!!!

Like many companies you cannot contact them with a query. NO PHONE, NO EMAIL. NO CHAT.This make’s contacting customer support impossible.Other than this I like Vickers, I only gave 1 star in the hope they might reply to me.

Logic dictates that reviews for betting sites are only rated when things go wrong. This is one such occasion. There is no live chat assistance – everything has to be addressed by email. Unfortunately the customer service do not write/understand English. I have just endured a bewildering encounter with a ‘johann’ who appears to be using a bad version of Google translate. The translation is nonsensical. I am none the wiser as to why Vickers are (possibly – this is a guess) requesting further verification when my account has been operating for years. Usually when a password has been input incorrectly it is possible to reset – but not with Vickers. I shall attempt again tomorrow when hopefully I will access a fluent English speaker.

Worst company I’ve every had the unfortunate not by choice to have do work was supposed to replace rotten woodwork and rectify loose tile and reroute a drain pipe had scaffolding put up 3 weeks later turned up while I was away on holiday the 2 cowboys that came our covered part of the rotten woodwork with plastic facia board and left after several complaints to thirteen housing and vickers they agreed to come and do the job properly turned up 2 weeks later looked up at the job and disappeared stay well clear of this company

If you don’t send in 3 months of wage slips, bank statements and basically your entire financial history, they will close your account.Pray you don’t have any funds in there when they do.

Well Iplayed on here for the first time yesterday, I won a decent amount and it was in my account before lunch time today. I was worried after seeing the reviews but needn’t have been. will definitely play on here again

been on all the big firms for years in my experience this family run firm beats the lot no problems withdrawingin with in hours its gambling only bet what you can afford i give them 5 out of 5

I highly recommend. BOG-but only after 9am. Quick repayment-a couple of hours. Free £5 bet each week No bet restrictions. Sadly they closed me down as I was unwilling to send them private information about my bank. Apparently some people do send very private information to bookies-more fool them!

Very unusual situation. Came across them at Thirsk races, opened an account & it got suspended before I’d even placed a bet. They told me that it was a ‘business decision’. No idea what that means but I’m concerned about the security.

This company is so awfully run, I’m amazed I got paid when I won on things they can’t control. I won on Monopoly Live and horse racing. I played one slot, “Gold Cash Free Spins” on £1 stake over about a 1 week period and lost £1000 without even rotating £1500. They claimed they rewarded me for this by adding £6 to my balance. This is a disgrace. I have vast experience with the aforementioned game and it simply does not play as it does on this site. This isn’t a sore loser post, it’s an ignored customer post. I’ve tried contacting them for the past two days and all I have had is some idiot on Instagram telling me I would get a response – still haven’t. Awful company, almost impossible to contact and completely unfair. AVOID.

Lowered and lowered my max wage on bets. Why? Becuase I winning money, if this was the other way round I would guarantee this wouldn’t of happened. Typical gambling company can’t take when the punter is winning.

Avoid this company. Amateur organisation with no live chat support and not answering emails. They do not honour their own promotions. Have had a free bet owing for weeks now, no likelihood of getting it.Edit: and now they have replied to show what liars they are. Not replying to emails and definitely did not honour the promotion.

Absolutely shocking. Played £50 first time on here today . Won a few bonuses and ended up with 3 quid on them . Played my last game and spent 8 quid and gut the bonus to win not 1 penny o. n it. Your disgusting . I get lots of emails from other sites telling me like 888 as gone under. Its happening to these disgusted companies all the time and I’m pretty sure yours won’t survive. Never had any issues with this site verification was quick and easy game selection is great and withdrawals are quick within the hour during the day and in my account by 11am the next day everytime if its during the night.

Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!! I will be closing my account as of right now and never going near them again. Betting had its own specific rules and these guys are out here making up their own rules as they go!!! Has anybody ever ever ever heard of a basketball bet placed pre game on total points to include overtime if not specified?!!!!!! 2 of my games went to overtime whilst under the points amount that I had and apparently (even though they offer NO markets specifically including overtime) their own house rules are that every bet placed is including overtime whether it says that on your bet slip or not!!!!!!! I’m no genius but if my bet does not specifically state that I want to include overtime then that means I do not want to include over time!!!!!! I will be going to the gambling commission with this.

Another scam money making site. Minimum wins, bonus symbols barely non existant, and if you are lucky enough to get a bonus it will give you a minimum win. All I can say is ” stay away from this site”. The only people to benefit from this is the site. YOU CERTAINLY WON’T. I have now closed my account.

Joined Vickers and had problems from start to finish. Put a deposit limit in place and they ignored this. They do not adhere to responsible gaming procedures. Also games kept lagging and crashing whilst playing. Closed account and joined more well known places!

Not sure why the bad review sounds like one from a compulsive gambler. Vickers are trying to make a go of it in a massive minefield, you need to look at the big boys for bad service and bad customer service, more recently Betfred 1.7 million pay out and tried to wriggle out of paying. Give Vickers a chance they are doing the job right and I find them fine.
