Appalling customer service, Keith in particular was utterly useless, half an hour time wasted. I strongly suggest using a better known bookmaker not a gimmick sister company set up to grab the talksport listeners!

Talksport allowed me to deposit £200 but then would not allow me to place a bet . The bet selection was a winning bet . Talk sport took around 6 hrs to process my withdrawl so I not only lost my probable winnings I was prevented from placing the bet with one of their competitors . Terrible company , customer services a waste of time . Don’t use or do so at your peril !!!

New customer. Put £20 into my account .. NOTHING appeared in my account . Went to customer support . A robot then eventually a human who gave me a lot of nonsense then said the £20 would be back in my account in 1-6 days . Wont be shutting down the account until I get my £20 back. Be warned

Devastated new customer, NO OFFER GIVEN:- after 2 long live chats (after a bot questionnaire) i was told i never joined through an offer 😳. I had already put on my first £10 bet ready to receive x 3 £10 bets. Then they showed me all offers but mine was not there.So i had to go lose the conversation again and find the offer myself etc…….. Be Aware !After numerous months of hassle free betting suddenly my withdrawal did not go back to my bank card linked to my account (even though its worked from day 1)Another online company paid my same account without any problems. Then Customer Services wanted me to divulge all my banking details to get MY money back otherwise they’ll keep it.Something your told never to do but they hold your money ransom until they get it.Who works there that might sell it on ?

i signed up and placed a 10 pound bet as part of the bet 10 get 20 offer. AFTER depositing and placing my bet, talk sport bet informed me that i had been removed from the promotional offer. I joined this company on the first day of Cheltenham with the promise of £20 in free bets if you staked £10 and on settlement of the bet. The free bets were to be used at Cheltenham. My first £10 lost and no sign of the free bets. I have emailed twice and have had no reply. What i suggest is for people to stick to the well known stalwarts of betting such as, Bet365, William Hill, Fred Done, Corals etc and you won’t go wrong.

What a scam site this is. Joined today. £800 deposited within 2 hours (yes I have a problem) with no financial checks made by TalkSport. All £800 swallowed with only 4 feature awards £16, £53, £2 and £30 awarded. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs. I used a welcome offer and if you have other affiliated accounts with other bookmakers (Bet Victor and Parimatch) then you can’t review the offer. This clause is not stated in talk sport bet terms but was told my customer service that this doesn’t matter as they can give and take offers as they please.

Tried to open an account (I’ve never had one with them!!) – Closed it automatically saying I had an account but had excluded myself! – But then couldn’t check with my details (Because I’ve never had an account!!) – Said if I got the police to contact them they could look into it! – Absolutely ridiculous!Update: standard rubbish reply, copy and pasted…no I won’t, will not be wasting any more of my time.

Why You put restriction on my account , so I can not withdraw my money? You need to understand that money in there are mine , not yours. You are not good at all. People must avoid you at any cost. There is bet still pending for 3 days. Customer service can not give me any reasonable explanation. I can not believe you still have a licence in the UK.

Bet hereFirst of all, this security-customer service is a joke, you will not be helped, especially about your verification and they will find any kind of excuse to not verify you, especially if u won a lot.Second of all, you are fully verified, then, if u ever win, no more verified, then is gonna go into a loop of hell so at the end they will block you, ban you, and all your winings are gone.Worst site I ever gabled/bet in years by far, I can’t believe this is up and still running.
