Brillant site. I was able to play a bery good selection of gamesEasy to deposit and easy to withdraw (very quick withdrawal time)And very good responsible gambling care. I have a limit on my account and its not much but I reached it and they sent me a survey out to see how I was doing and because I answered on the servey that I reached my limit and within 1 hour they phoned my to do a check to see if I was ok as a reached my limit. Bare in mind my limit is £20 and they was still checking upSo in my eyes they take care of the players and so friendly on the phone. I would love to know which other company does a call to make sure there players are ok.

Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasn’t told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.

I have a pending withdrawal of £2800. They asked me to send in proof through for the PayPal I used which I did via email… 5 days ago. And it’s now 5 days without reply! Live chat isn’t live chat as no one ever responds. Does anyone know how to get through to them? I fear they’ll just never respond to me!

Don’t waste your time or money on them – you’re not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I’m sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn’t transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting ‘Customer Service’ is that it was ‘a management decision’, but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don’t think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I’d bet my last 10p they won’t respond to this glowing review with anything other than ‘it was a management decision’. On the plus side, I discovered S*y V*g*s offer a great welcome bonus to everyone, and no wagering requirements. Still needed to provide photo and address ID, but they all do. Genting is now removed from my website Favourites, and is unlikely to be reinstated any time soon.

Tragic ethical failure.This is a tragic situation that sporting bet and entain are trying to ignore. My enquiry required Understanding, compassion and ethics but all 3 have been dismissed.My son, brain injured , Schizophrenic and sectioned with psycosis spent 13k in 1 day when in hospital sectioned, his spend was part of his delusionary belief system.I later become aware of this via welfare checks and psyciatrist input and I reached out to entain with multiple health documents, clinical letters, consumer champion breach outs and other docs,i also sent them a letter from **** hospital admission and occupational health clearly stating how ill my son was and the fact he had no insight.Instead of reacting with compassion, understanding or ethics entain replied with an truly tragic response, without any care about my son’s severe mitigation or health but only cared about themselves and after two months gave me an email saying they wont talk to me , the power of attorney and father of my brain injured Schizophrenic son but will only talk to their REGULATORS meaning they feel it is appropriate and MORALLY acceptable to profit from a severely cognitively Ill brain injured , schizophrenic consumer with no insight.After 100s of health documents and clinical letters this was their response.Dear Mr ****,We write further to your communications in respect of the activity of your son *** and his use of the identity of third parties to create accounts with Entain without their knowledge.We thank you for the additional information that you have provided in your recent emails. I have funds in my account totalling just under £1500 since I tried to withdraw them Parimatch have made my life hell on earth. Do not use this company. They have demanded I send in identification despite me sending it in April/May via post to their head office. They have closed my account without my permission and they do not respond to email correspondence I’m at my wits end I don’t know what to do. They also refuse to help me with things like a subject access data request I have requested one 5 times over the last few months and they refuse to give me it. These guys are absolute crooks. Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it’s all I’m staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better). Its best you stick to those if you choose this bookmaker or its parent company to gamble with.Please don’t respond with “volatility” blah blah. I know how it works and this ain’t it. This use to be a decent site but after taking a couple of time out’s to have a break from gambling they site became unusual.they emailed me almost constantly to ask why i had taken a break, and am i still comfortable with the site then after confirming all was okay i continued to get the same emails. a loss limit was entered on my account and an annoying pop up asking if i wanted to take a break kept coming up. then after using the site for years they requested lots of extra info from me before processing my withdrawal, supplied copies of front and back of card which caused issues, then they wanted a copy of my passport, a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my bank statement, very much over the top in my opinionAbsolute nightmare site, do yourself a favor and use one of the other more reputable sites.

Allowed me to deposit £50 wouldn’t let me place a bet until verified. I do not have any valid photo identification usually I pass the checks on other sites without having to do so and if not the case a site would allways refund me my money. But not sts they are holding my money and refusing to give it me back even though I have showed them clearly that they are breaking guidelines set by the gambling commission and allso breaking the law by doing this they think there terms and condition are above the law apparently.
