If you are betting on live sports its ok with a good layout and easy navigation but dont bet on the live casino pure scam, Also it lacks good promotions and free bets so not a good betting site to stick with.

Absolutely shocking! Placed a 33/1 bet before the liverpool v leicester game lastnight won the bet then was notified that skybet made a mistake with their odds and was told i would only be credited with a 16/1 offer return. Basically said they mistakes 33/1 with 13/1 which is a complete lie as i do shots on target on a lot of games before hey kick off and the odds are always over 20/1 so they have lied blamed it on technical issue n scammed me out of half my profit the absolute Pusssyboys.

Just lately when placeing abet online I accept advertised price only to find when I go to bet slip price is always changed 90% of the time shorter odds. With in play betting you can accept this but this also happens before the start of the event. Would not mind if sometimes the price was better but no always shorter

I would give it 0 if I could. Opened an account with them deposited 500 on casino and lost then another 500 and lost and then 1000 and lost . Then after about a month deposited 500 and was lucky and hit it big on roulette and won 50k .withdrew 20k and after 2 minutes account suspended . Asked for kyc 1.passport with selfie 2. 2 months unredacted bank statements 3. Picture of the card Provided all and then received a phone call where the safer gambling staff was accusing me of not being the person even though sent passport with selfie dated on the day . 'Reason for this is I've been in the country just 3 years and my accent sounds too good' Then he said the 2k total deposited from my bank the month before was paid into my account by another person 2 days before I deposited it so now he is asking for that persons proof of Id .. This is just the tactics they use to delay withdrawals and find ways which will make it unlikely for them to payout.

ZERO Stars would be more appropriate. £2 double on 15/2 and 33/1. 33/1 went out to 50/1. But because they offered everybody extra place, each way betting. They never paid the BEST ODDA GUARANTEE. THATS PLASTERED EVERYWHERE! £300 they kept off me the dirty robbing conmen. I’ve been with them for years as well. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them either. But it’s the first that I had to leave a review. Nothing but scum the company. Stay well clear. Use BETFAIR or BET365 as the cash outs are miles better on them.

It's unusual for me ever to give a 1* review about anything My feeling is that people who do, usually have an axe to grind. And in the case of SKYBETS, I do. I've always suspected that online betting might be something a little suspect about online betting, but thought that I might give it a try to bet on the US Presidential Elections, as an expat yank living in the UK, I voted in this one via absentee ballot. Signed up with SKYBET, uploaded £100 to wager on my favourite candidate...and Whamo! that is when the following nightmare started: SKYBET froze the account within 5 minutes of receiving my £100 deposit and denied access until they vetted me...fair enough, they need to do their due diligence and determine that I'm not sort of money launderer or escaped convict. I supplied the following ID, as requested: A valid Passport A valid Driver's License (with current residence) A photocopy of my Debit Card A day or so later, I was then informed that that they photocopy of the bank card had to be destroyed as I needed to cloak the middle group of numbers ''for security reasons''...huh? The whole email process was totally unsecure and you want me to...what? Send another copy of my Bank Card, this time scratching out the numbers? Fine...don't understand it...but will do that. About a week later (by this time the US elections were well over) I received another communication informing me that the way I had cloaked the debit card number was unacceptable and that I had covered one too many digits...ok now this is getting to be a comedy...and THEN...a day or two later...another request...this time for a Utility bill! OK, now! Now I've had just about enough of this!...2 weeks have gone by and we're still to-ing and fro-ing...and I am starting to get the idea that the intention of SKYBETS is to scam me out of £100. Well, I suspect this review has gone on far too long for most people's tastes, but I will share one last bit of correspondence, with readers who have lasted this long. The response of SKYBETS to my communication below...? was...''we are sorry for any inconvenience.'' This has ben going on for over a couple of weeks. ''I have supplied all of the information requested of me. If you check the correspondence trail of our communications, you can verify this. To keep supplying sensitive personal data to your organization over unsecured emails is, I am sure you will agree, pointless & irresponsible. You have the right to verify my identification, you have also had ample opportunity to do this. But you do not have the right to confiscate my money. You did not require identification to accept transfer of my money. You shut this account down prior to verification, obviously you do not need any sort of license to option a customer’s money, make the process so difficult, unsafe and time consuming that in order to gain access to his money he must waste vast amounts of time and anguish. By these actions and the offhand way they have been carried out, I do not trust your business to safeguard money, sensitive data or anything else, for that matter.''

The BOG is a swizz now. Out of 32 races today there are only actually 19 that are BOG. I think this could lose them customers. The virtuals appear crooked. Of course its random but ive done small bets on over 100 faves in perms and your lucky to have 4 or 5 winners.35%of faves normally win so there software seems way off. I understand its just bingo but other sites appear a better ratio. My account is up and I have withdrawn a £1000 and a £750 in last month and had the money within a week. I enjoy the site so I think its worth 3 stars. Just the BOG and virtuals that have griped me a bit.

After these shysters decided to remove their BOG for races where extra places are paid out, that was a game changer for me. I only place bets on a win only basis, so the new policy places me at a disadvantage. I have had other negative experiences with this outfit so this new strategy is the straw that breaks the camels back. There are plenty of other bookmakers who are more reputable than this lot so the app will be deleted and it’s time to move on.

The odds on the horse racing have started to seem lower than the odds on sky sports racing since they stopped BOG on extra place races. A horse that just came second went off at 9-2 and when resulted it was 6-1. You would only get the 9-2 on an extra place race

I’ve been banned from the promotions and free bet offers. I only bet casually small money maximum £25 a week to get the free £5 bet. A waste of time avoid. I had been with them for years. And that’s how they repay loyalty by banning me from promos.

Skybet suspended my account for reason that I do not know!!. Made many attempts through chat lines, e mail and provided all the documents that they sasked for but to no avail. My account is now suspended for 6 days (YES SIX!!!) and I am locked away from my money!!. Suggest you also tweet or facebook to shame the shameless Skybet.

Amazing the amount of similar reviews, which I’d not previously read. I’ve had an account for around 20 years, used sparingly the last 5 years. Tuesday I deposited 200 for a patent extra places all 3 races. Had some cash left so played on slots, won 3k. Withdrew 2k. Within an hour got an email saying my account was suspended and I needed to provide the usual (which I would have done years earlier) sent all documents over promptly and still no response 5 days later. Surely this is theft??

Part 2 Radio streaming Most sports companies offer radio and/or video streaming. But not SkyBet. On 31/08/20 SkyBet wrote “Regarding a radio service, this isn't something we offer unfortunately, as we have the racing stream service this isn't something we would be looking to implicate (implicate?) we can only offer our apologies there.” But you don’t have a streaming service!!!, didn’t you know? Or maybe you just can’t be bothered? Concluding Five months after the start of Coronavirus SkyBet don’t have their lines of communication communicating including postal contact, SkyBet don’t offer streamed radio because SkyBet don’t also have video racing streaming. SkyBet decline to take their supplier to book and happily pay their charges for a service that is faulty for a number of months while spinning fairy tales to their customers and decide that those customers have no basis to complain while they say that they welcome their input, the CEO appears to be untouchable and couldn’t care less despite having been sent a recorded delivery letter which he declined to acknowledge. To sum up, the customers appear to have no reason to complain because nothing is SkyBet’s fault or its equipment fault, or their marketing department fault. It is our fault because we are stupid for being their customers and we are a nuisance anyway. Am I wrong with my statement that SkyBet seems to be a Mickey Mouse outfit? Sorry, Mr Mickey.

Got an account with sky bet, deposited £400 and won back £700, withdrew the money via nationwide (guaranteed within 2 hours usually immediately) then after 3 hours realised no money in the bank. Went on live help, told that the refund has been processed may take a bit longer than usual as high amount( when making a withdraw says max 1500 within 2 hour quick refund process) anyway left a bad review as clueless on what she was doing. Try to log in moments later and my account has been frozen!! Go on live chat and been told my withdrawal has been reversed! My account has been open months verified etc, the reason is they can’t verify my card.... absolutely laughable as taken multiple deposits over the last month, first sign of withdrawal and I get this. Now they are point blank refusing me my money. Said I would take legal action.

Part 1 Is SkyBet a Mickey Mouse outfit? SkyBet advertises itself as, quoting from their complaints procedure, “ Here at Sky Betting and Gaming our mission is to make Betting and Gaming better. But sometimes things go wrong - if there's something you're not happy about please tell us straight away, so we can put it right”. If only it were true. Let us see what they could but won’t put right and the efficiency on other areas. What Skybet would put right would be issues that have a legal connection. If there is no legal involvement Skybet will try to confuse you with all kind of excuses, shifting blame BUT will not try to help or correct. Their site seems to lack maintenance and updates. Quotations will follow shortly. Video SkyBet advertises their streaming services with the CAPTION “Bet at least £1 to watch a race” In my book this constitutes a commitment. About six months ago, well before Covi-19 made an appearance, the streaming services started to play up. On percentage terms around 60% racecourses were not streaming; instead we were getting a black screen (not blank, but black screen) full stop. Expecting it to be short terms I decided to make do with the racing radio. Racing Radio There wasn’t any racing radio! I suffered it for a while expecting it to be a temporary fault. Eventually, sometime in June, well into Covi time, I decided to contact SkyBet customer services. A screen opened: Customer services I was presented with an impressive menu: Telephone, Live chat, SkyBetHelp on Twitter, Chat with us on Messenger, I was told “You can get there using this link”: and they supplied a link The phone was off line The Live chat “sorry our agents are off line” Messenger attended to bet issues handling (legality involved), Twitter I don’t use, there wasn’t an e-mail address available. I managed to get in touch with customer services despite the attempted discouraging noises by demanding an email address. The following advices were given to me: If you wish to apply a self-exclusion to your account, please contact us via one of the following methods: In here, SkyBet supplied a live chat link that was unavailable and a telephone number which was also unavailable. 10/08/20 if you attempt to contact us now you should experience no issues. 30/10/20 Still unavailable Complaints procedure I lodged a complaint and Skybet replied to it: “To address your complaint I can see that you are unhappy with the contact us page you used to contact us previously” referring to May, June and August contact including screen shots. In June I was told that the communications system was temporarily faulty. For an online company that depends on communication this was rich This is now the end of October, how long is temporarily? “We do really appreciate your feedback as a customer regarding our help and support pages, we use all customers feedback to improve our services. Really? I was told “You can get there using this link and a link was included. SkyBet didn’t add that the link works but the content doesn’t If you see this message again please refresh your page and if that doesn't resolve it please take another screenshot and email it over to us at -and they supplied an email address I don’t work for Skybet, SkyBet doesn’t seem to look at the screen shots properly “Based on the information provided and as stated above, I'm afraid I am unable to uphold your complaint. We believe this is a fair outcome in the circumstances (circumstances?) and you have now reached the end of our internal complaints process” They forgot to add “Like it or lump it” And “Your item being sent through the Post will not be replied to any time soon” This is an International company playing at an international level and no ready to deal with an emergency situation as is Covi (or hiding behind the parapet avoiding any communication) Video First, Customer services blamed my set-up. I told them that if the set-up was wrong I wouldn’t get ANY streaming and that I had been receiving streaming for months, that I could stream fine with other companies. Then I was asked for screen shots. I sent them several. They returned telling me that the shots should include racecourses and dates. Those details were within the screen shot if they had cared to look at them properly. Finally, we came to the nitty gritty part. I raised the video issue as early as March 2020. After much too-ing and fro-ing I got this “Due to unforeseen technical reasons, Bet & Watch services may not be available at all times. Sky Bet will not be held responsible if these services are not available for technical reasons or other reasons beyond our control They appear to be saying “if it is not legal don’t bother complaining because we will not try to get it fixed” PS I have a shorter closing follow up but can't get it in Help?

If i have done something wrong then I would like and expect to know what it is I am being accused of. They do not care about customers.
