I use to think this app was fair and one of the best around but l was robbed twice in 48hrs. Was repeating a bet and had £6.25 on 11 on roulette and last minute it removes my bet saying bet not confirmed and of course 11 comes in. Then to add insult to injury l was doing exactly the same on another game putting £5 on a special feature (walters spins) and the screen buffers and kicks me out and won’t let me back in and Walter lands paying 1200 and l had £5 on it so 5 x £1200. Rigged, scum of the earth. Stay well away. Customer support are useless. No help whatsoever. They always blame it on network issues but l know and they know full well it has nothing to do with network issues. Scamming at its finest.

This is the worst company of any of online sites. When you lose they won’t say a word and a day when you covered little bit of your losses they blocked the account and hold the account blocked without a reason. I agree with what everyone else is saying scumbag company that tries to force you into gambling lots of money and if you don’t and god forbid win even a few pence on one of their free games you immediately get your account reviewed and restricted, for no other reason than they haven’t managed to entice you into becoming a regular gambler. Don’t know how the gambling commission allows such disgraceful behaviour to continue by such an unscrupulous company. Their motto should be if yous have any fun, we will make sure it stops. Clearly set up to push customers into gambling excessive amounts and your account gets restricted if you don’t. At the beginning of using sky everything was okay until they put restrictions on sky Vegas first then on my account excludes me from free bets and all promotions for no reason . This is joke how you treat your loyal customers

My account has just been restricted following a ‘review’. I don’t bet an awful lot, probably £5 a week roughly. I have just had some success on a free bet which is the only reason I can think of to restrict my account. Disgraceful, I will not be using sky bet again, I will also be not be renewing sky sports, I will have no further activity with sky.

Sky ScammerHaving opened an account around a week ago, i have being playing with sky bet, losing as you do, i finally had a win, nothing to rave about, just a 10/1 football win, i more than likely have broke even, requested withdrawal as normal, message saying should be 1-2 hour, deposited around 1 hour later to play some more, just after this my account got suspended, i never received my withdrawal, and live chat is non existent, i think sky need to learn a few simple gambling laws, 1 being – a withdrawal cannot result in extra ID checks – Lost my money, have no access to chat with sky bet, so will report to IBAS

Absolutely disgusting people. Lots of talk of a fair betting experience but god forbid you actually win any of your bets, they’ll immediately punish you by restricting you to betting pennies and ban you from any promotions. Should be done for false advertising. Customer service have a horrible attitude as well. Take your money elsewhere!

Covered every single number apart from number 4 on the roulette. Wonder what the chances are it would land on number 4 with my last bit of money. Chances are very strong when they want you to lose. I’ve never had enough in my balance to even withdraw from this site. Someone needs to step up and look into their site. If its one or two people saying the same thing you turn a blind eye but when nearly every single review is the same you know it needs looking at. I had an email saying I had been banned from receiving sky Vegas promotions. I told the agent I’m sure Brandon was his name and that I don’t ever use that platform and it is discrediting my name He refused to let me know why and treated me as disgraceful. Avoid this company. Cashed out on Newcastle v Liverpool game. All went as normal. Ie cash out, confirm etc. Checked my account soon after and zero balance. Initiated the online chat where I spoke with Helen who was very nice but also defended the company with great vigour. I wasn’t getting my money back. I’ve used skybet as my only betting outlet for years. I’m truly disappointed they didn’t listen to me. But I have a choice and I’ll move on or I may stop. He he. Spoke to customer service the first time and was told it was a glitch. 2nd time I had a 100-1 & 80-1 acca with 1 result needed. 20 mins left on the game and cash out removed. I was with sky bet for over 10 years without any issue, yesterday I received email saying a card was added to my account by time I checked my money wasn’t a lot has gone quickly informed them, end if it all I got my money back but now they have blocked me from any off there site, am the victim here, but getting treated like the criminal, so would advise anyone be careful, it this company are the bloody crooks, if they got anything to do with sky TV, this will be cancelled as well no totally ducking angry

I was blocked by Sky Bet for no reason and when asked to clarify ID they asked me for driving license or passport. I said my passport and my disabled badge, plus I showed a letter with my address on it as I don’t have a utility bill. My bills are sent via emails and my bank statements I sent via my app which I provided them with that as well which this was not acceptable so they carried on with the block on my account and have not taken it off, I feel like I’ve been victimised for no reason I advise people not to use SkyBet as I do not stick to what they agree on this site. Plus they block you for no reason they know you’re in the right stay away

Won e bet on football of 58K on 23/10/22 and to this date all i got back was £2200 the deposit only. I have sent all the requested documents what they’ve asked and still skybet didn’t honour my bet. The agent by the name of Sunil has been treating me like a dirt and now he won’t even reply to the emails. I have made a complaint to the complaint department via email only as they don’t give out their number and i wonder why! So hopefully they’ll reply shortly or else I will pass my case to the solicitor. Skybet has suspended my account from the day of the big win.

Same as others have said, I self excluded from betfair years ago after they robbed me out of a casino win. Fast forward years later and skybet have suspended my account as they are now part of the flutter group. Gambled 1000s since I closed my betfair account so if it’s a safeguarding safer gambling reason then it’s a load of rubbish.

Their excuse was that it was a sister company and it was apparently earlier before they joined with said company that I had the exclusion and they had only just noticed after I won and then lost my money. they deleted my super 6 account midway through season with no logical explanation _ I was punished for reactivating an old account. Skybet took no responsibility for it. Sky Bet/vegas are now part of the flutter family group which includes paddy power, betfair and pokerstars so if you have excluded yourself from any of these sites then you will eventually be excluded from the other ones. According to sky this has been the case since July 2022 however I have just been excluded on the 14/01/23 so i have asked sky to refund all my losses during this time period because according to their rules I should not have been using this site. I would tell everyone to do this and would definitely think twice about using any of these sites because overall they are a pile of crap with terrible odds and returns but also they change their rules regularly and you can guarantee it is not to help the paying customers. Flutter seems to be a very greedy family and not one I would recommend to my worst enemy.

I’ve closed my account because sky bet suspended my activity because I was winning. In recent months on a slot game I enjoy it has paid out a lot I mean a lot each time I win I withdraw that sum straight away example put £30 played 2 spins got bonus game won £750 now they want to talk to me I wonder why? Not a bad broker in terms of customer service they are good.But their website design needs to improve a lot, for example to show the day by day events, otherwise, I take much time to search on today’s or tomorrow’s games, which is not helpful.Also, they seem to add some events to the betting market after they’ve started, which disables me from building a suitable acca.They also need to add more international markets into their bet, like other brokers do.One sad thing is that their payouts are low comparing to other brokers.

I self excluded from paddy power 5 years ago because they are garbage. I have used sky bet for a number of years and then out of the blue i have been excluded for life because sky bet and paddy power became the same company. When I excluded myself from paddy power they had nothing to do with sky bet so why can they just close my account because I didn’t excluded myself from sky bet. They have probably done me a favour because since they have joined forces with paddy power the site has rapidly gone downhill but I have been excluded because of nothing i have done wrong which really annoys me. These companies think they are above the law and treat customers like crap. There are hundreds of betting sites out there far superior to this one and if people stopped using sky bet they would soon realise that we are the ones who actually keep this company going as opposed to them thinking they are doing us a favour by giving the worst odds and worst returns online. Worst gambling app I’ve used. They promote fair play and use gambling commission as having checked their games. Sadly this means nothing. I sadly play slots most days. In three weeks of having the app I’ve prob spent over £400…..waste of money i know. In this time I’ve been on feature board between about 30-40 times…..with an average pay out of between £1.50 and £4.00. Yes its gambling, so there are no guarantees, but the whole idea of game us to get to a feature…..but with feature wins as low as £.70p what’s the point!! from my experience their payouts to money ratio is less than 2%. If you want proof I’ve taken screen shots of every feature to prove it. They also use King as possible jackpot which can spin in any time…..last time for me it gave me £3!!!TBH im not sure how SKY BET ever passed uk gambling control requirements for their slots. If you use it its just throwing money down drain, there is no fun here! If you load up £30 on 50p bets the average time for all your money to be gone is less than 3 minutes….Very very poor app.

I have been a member of Skybet for several years generally happy with there service up until yesterday.Sunday morning i was placing bets on the Australian racing had a few losers bets settled normally, eventually i was successful and won on a bet so being a responsible gambler i thought i would hold off placing anymore bets until this bet was settled then using yhis money to continue but i waited & waited 1hour 15 mins then got deterred and went to bed disapointed that i was not able to continue with the settled bet money.Woke up next morning checked my bet it was settled 2 hours & 7 mins later after being placed so i contacted skybet live chat and i do believe i spoke to a guy called RYS anyway it was the last person i spoke to vrry early through the chat i new this chat was not going to last long so i made my complaint emedietly there was no compasion just excuses and no compensation was given and beford i could continue my chat was cut.Im descusted what happened to the customer always being right, it should never take that length of time to settle a bet and whatever excuse they had i should of been compensated so with regret i withdrew my money and uninstalled the app, shocking behavior by skybet to a many years customer who they now dont deserve to hav.
