I have been a long term customer of Skybet. I was not offered a refund today when a player did not start a match I had a bet on,I was yesterday in a different match.They have also changed the way they offer bonuses which goes in their favour and not a loyal customer. I would shop around for other sites if you want to open an account .

I am disgusted at the very poor new free bet from sky bet club that they state is improved.I have been a customer for many years and regularly received a free £5 bet or more recently a free £6 racing bet after gambling £30 minimum a week.This week its been reduced to 2 x £2.50 free accumulators on racing (other sports available)or to put simply a minimum of a treble.No Thanks Sky bet I am moving my business elsewhere from today to a company that actually offers me best odds guaranteed on all uk racing and free bets totaling £15 a week if I invest £20 on selected events.Goodbye Sky Bet.Very Unhappy Customer.

One of the worst betting sites , keep well clear of , today it royally ripped off a load of people including myself who wanted to cash out early on bets and due to their incompetence that option was not possible , keep well clear of this site unless you wanna get ripped off !

If I could give zero stars I would, I get that the gambling world is a gamble but something about the games just seems to always take your money and I mean surely the luck would be on your side at some point but I don’t think I’ve ever walked away a winner in the last 4 years. Just seems so fixed as if they use the games to claim back money they lose on the live games or other sports but as others have said the suspended games are also fixed to avoid you cashing a good win out. Just a big scam and yet they get away with it. Closing account and would never use again

I had been a skybet customer for 6 years and I rated them the best due to the extra place offers with B.O.G and all the casino promotions. But for the last 3 years iv had my slot promotions stopped because they said ‘I manipulated the offers’??? They offered promos, I used the free spins and won minor amounts a few times so they cancelled all promos saying I wasn’t being fair! Then the B.O.G on the horse races were scrapped because they added an extra place. Worst of all I just noticed that my favourite bet doesn’t pay double the odds 1 winner on a lucky15!!! Also to get a weekly skyclub free bet went from staking £30 to now £35 pounds and the free bets on offer now are a lot worse with just mug accumulator bets with not much hope of getting a return. I closed my account yesterday after playing the slots and again losing with even no pretence that I could get a win or a bonus. Before writing my review, at first I was surprised to see so many people complaining about skybet but I’m glad it’s not just me that feels aggrieved and it’s now clear to see that skybet have made drastic changes for the worst.

Had account for 8 years, mug betting relatively small amounts. Decided to up stakes and take it more seriously. A week of winning, account restricted and continued to be restricted to the point where not viable to bet with them. No explanation other than a generic email, never reply to emails. Obviously happy to let you continue if losing. Advice look elsewhere, I thought bookies were happy to take on a bet, not these scammers.

Used to like sky bet for it rewards but now you have to bet more to get them same rewards, they make millions and now they are encouraging you to bet more for the same rewards, I’m changing to another betting site

Absolute Crooks. Misleading info on the site which encouraged a bet I would not have made otherwise.I placed a bet on a player to score a hattrick after it showed that he had already scored 2 goals on the site and it was a suggested bet at boosted odds. After placing the bet one of the goals was credited as an own goal so I went on live chat to ask for the bet to be voided as I had been mislead with the wrong information on their site at the time of placing the bet. Not only did the person on the chat not acknowledge my issue at all but after I posted a screenshot with evidence they then cut me off and passed me to someone else to start again. Then after I explained the issue to them they said there was nothing they could do and just cut me off while I was mid typing. Sohan and Sai (if you’re even real people), that is the worst customer support I’ve ever received. That sends a strong message that they couldn’t care less and I will definitely be shutting down my account and using another provider. Poor business practice SkyBet and I suspect illegal, which I will be escalating to find out for sure.

18/1 team scored so I was going to freeze this score but the bet was suspended for 13 minutes straight until the other team scored. All of a sudden the game wasn’t suspended now. Sky bet say it was a ‘technical issue’ strange how this issue happened once the 18/1 scored all the way until the other team scored. As soon as the opposing team scored the suspending stopped. Sky bet robbing money off people again!

Sky bet suspend games for no reason mostly say VAR decision but the game is ongoing. They suspend to stop cash out and freeze on accas. Also a lot of delay for some score updates makes the site a waste of time and your money

I have used so many online bookies mostly for sports betting but Skybet is one of the worst . Everything will be fine as long as you keep loosing and making deposits , Once you start winning they will feel pain in their ass. They will ask you for non ending requests of documents , selfies, lots of bank statements , enhanced documents they called, They will make you feel like a beggar but they will never pay you easily. The heavily promoted acca freeze is a scam. Skybet frequently suspend the odds indefinitely when a huge underdog takes the lead. For the odds to miraculously reappear once the other team equalises. Of course skybet make up the rules to cover their own back and just steal your money, using terms and conditions mumbo jumbo to justify themselves. When infact we all know its skybet suspending the odds for the own gains. Avoid.

They have Acca freeze on quick boys game who are winning 0 v 1 Mysteriously game is suspended until home team scores to make 1 v 1. Perhaps something to do with odds of 25/1. This firm is a joke robbing the betting public

I’m very disappointed with the new Sky Bet Club which in their words was “being taken to the next level”.The next level must be garbage then!Instead of being awarded a non time limited £5 bet you now have the option of 3 very poor bet offers which must be used within 7 days for staking the same amount. Also, best odds guaranteed races have been removed in some instances. I’m afraid after 6 years using this site I will now look elsewhere.

Firstly on horse racing the rapid odds changes that happen as you place your selection in the bet slip the odds immediately change to lower odds .they have now removed best odds guaranteed unless your a member of skybet club.no more bonuses on forecast or tricasts.and their football odds are the worse around Live chat agents are terrible they just fob you off all the time. I now use other sites like willi hill or P.P.

I had to chase skybet to find out the verdict to my account review. No customer care what so ever. I have spent hundreds of thousands with this company over many years without ever being asked for anything previously. Its like im dead to them now lolI’m guessing they are covering there arses with regards to future claims for not ever asking for proof of income or anything to be fair.

I took advantage of the Super Boost odds last night of the advertised Nunez at 10/1 .He actually was a substitute and didn’t actually come on until the 54 th minute. I would have thought my £15 bet would have been void because of him been substitute. When I asked via messenger it was said as a business a cashback would not be returned even before the game.Totally counterproductive as I would have probably used it on another bet were as now I will never bet on any advertised boost bet again .Customer service is non existent unable to get them on the phone.

I have used SkyBet regularly for god knows how long. Maybe 5 years. Even used it when I have been travelling around Asia and SkyBet didn’t flag that I was betting from abroad, must of been because I was losing.I recently have had a few wins and SkyBet deactivated my account saying I need to confirm my address. SkyBet won’t accept my passport as identity so need to use three bank statements. Initially Sent my passport, three bank statements, a letter from my bank with an attached bank card but it was declined.Photos clearly showed the bank and my address. Think it was rejected because I left out some pages in the statements. So have to include the full 20 plus pages, put it in whatever file type they request and sent it off again. This has given me a reality check on betting – this is a business primarily focused on taking your money. Despite using the company long term there is no loyalty.Be wise and don’t use SkyBet and even better, don’t bet and run far from these chaps.

The odds you receive when betting when they offer extra places are a jokean example i bet a horse racing in France they offered 11/4 which turned out lower odds than the favouriteThe race went off and my horse won and returned 13/2This happens all the time why do they not offer SP odds on all races and let the punter choose what they want and not what Sky bet want to give youAnother rip off by Sky Bet

Signed up, immediately got suspended, sent 3 months worth of personal bank statements, with all my transactions which they have no right to really (but they asked for), my card, ID and a selfie to prove my identity and they still wont let me join.

I had a bet on for an acca was5 things to win… I go to look at my bet and they’ve changed one of my bets!!! To something totally different to what I wanted! I put one off my bets in my acca on something that was 1/3 odds and u changed it to a bet that was 11/4 and didn’t come in fuming. Changing peoples bets that are winning is mental. Scam I’ve been on the website for many years and seen this happen a few times now I’m no longer using sky bet that’s for sure, they put it on something I’d never ever bet on.

UK s number 1betting app ,don’t make me laugh ,yesterday I did 1×2 reversed forecast doubles at Sunderland dogs ,a good old fashioned fun bet. To put the bet into the sky app you have to do each race individually as there is no facility to just put in the trap numbers you wish to bet on. Anyway ,3 races gave a 2 beat 1 forecast with the dividends paying 41 pound ,22 pound and 15 pound so I waited for a nice little win to land in my account ,but a much smaller amount was paid out .I contacted skybet and they said a reserve dog ran in one of the races so it was voided !!! Even though even rsy Charles could have seen my bet was 1×2 reversed forecast doubles . I asked to discuss the issue with someone senior but was told this was not possible with skybet so basically they have robbed me and their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I told them to close the account which they have and will have nothing to do with anything owned by the flutter company again ,if you want a vet use a trusted proper bookie not a modern day 2 Bob online scam team.

After reading some of the reviews regarding Sky bet there’s not a lot left to be said, complete charlatans, very misleading platform when it comes to qualifying for your free bet on the Sky bet club, when you place your bet it comes up on the screen telling you that you have reached your £30 qualifying amount to receive your free £5 bet, you then don’t receive it because you haven’t opted in. Why tell you how much to bet to receive the reward when you, according to them, you haven’t opted in to the sky bet club, so for example I place a bet and they say say if I bet £5 more I will qualify for a £5 free bet, so somebody may place an £5 bet just to qualify and then are told they didn’t qualify because they failed to opt in, it’s a matter of principle and Sky bet have no principles, and when like I did, ask them to close my account and remove all my details and refund my balance they don’t close it they suspend it. I do not wish to be in suspension I requested for my account to be closed, Not recommended look elsewhere for a for a gaming platform

Not knocking skybet for quick payment. Promotion etc just have one thing I can’t understand . I bet horses have done long time recently I get my odds for example . 14/1 whole of the moon. The horse runs and wins . It all a sudden is 80/1 ? Can anyone explain 🤔 this. It happens regularly with my bets . Have it all screen shot to prove it .

Worst of the worst. Avoid this sham company all sky bet are interested in is harvesting your personal information – as much of it as they can get. Years after closing my account and retaining my funds they are now refusing my right to erasure despite being advised by the ICO that they now have no lawful reason to retain any of it. They wanted more of my personal information to even look into it! Absolute jokers no idea how they’ve still got a license, spend your hard earned elsewhere.

Skybet do a racing bet on a Saturday. Generally money back if your horse finishes 2nd 3rd….. I’ve been pretty successful doing this. Then one week I had an email saying that I was no longer allowed to participate in their promotions..! I got in touch with them but they weren’t obliged to tell me why I’d been refused promotions. So I’ve excluded myself for life now. It’s not as if I was winning £1000’s or even £100’s..? I now bet with 365 which is a far better site.

All i can say is when you bet on horses and they offer more places than normal check what odds they return,most of the time you loose out by at least 4 x points.They should offer SP on all races so the customer can choose.Go to any other Bookies like bet Fred what you see is what you get , unlike Sky Bet you only know the return after the event or should i say you only see the sp return and then its to late, this is nothing other than robbery , so bet else where if i were you.
