What a crap site.. everyone payed out on grand national,they still not ,and can’t seem anything as site frozen. Games pay nothing. Everyday game bonus pay nothing, sorry,if u lucky 5 p, or 10p. Giving extra places on horse raising,but odds so much less and nothing on big prices. basically guys ,biggest scam site ever. Legal reaping off betting site. Total poooooo

Only bet twice a year and today, I chose 6 horses in the Grand National, £1 e/w on 5 horses and £2.00 e/w on 1 horse. that is £14.00. The horse with £2.00 has now been scratched but 1 horse that I placed bet is not showing on my betting slip and 1 horse has a total of £12.00 e/w on him – how did that happen? It happened because Sky’s on-line site seems to have had a hiccup. What a mess, before placing the bet all seemed in order – ie right betting amounts, right horse etc. I was then asked to pay £34.00 – should have checked better the payment vs my betting amounts – that was my mistake but expect their system to work better – never again with these people.

Utterly useless as a bookmaker. Run by robots probably using algorithms. Tried to place £50 ew on a golfer in the Masters @ 75/1 and was told the maximum stake allowed was £22.73. Where the f… did they get that number from. All other players that I tried to back were ”suspended”Waste of time.

I would give zero stars if there was an option.They suspended a friends account after an hours use after giving it the ok, she is now trying to close the account and get her money back they are making it so difficult and keep asking for intrusive documentation. Back here again . Today goes to put my 100/1 horse on at bet slip there’s a change in price to 33/1. I place bet . 5 minutes later its 125/1 .I really hope the government body or likes look into skybet and heavily punishment is placed .

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. Let my friend create an account whilst at dog races. She made 3 bets then they suspended her account. She is still trying to resolve this issue after them asking for numerous personal documentation, which clearly is a data breach of confidentiality. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people in this way after taking their money and keeping their winners. It’s like getting blood out of a stone. Sky bet, get your act together and start treating people with respect!!

Please don’t deposit money with this company, I deposited £200 and immediately they suspended my account. Trying to retrieve my money back ( yes my money skybet ) not yours! They make things difficult saying they need documentation and you send it and 4days later it appears they need bank statements of Transactions, I find this most intrusive of my data protection rights so won’t give it them. So basically they withhold your money. It would be easier to accept if I walked down the street and got mugged, Don’t know how they get away with it and what a way to treat customers. Well done SKYBET….

Gone right off sky bet. Odds are less than other sites. You used to get a free £5 bet to spend anywhere ,when you spent £25 weekly. Now its £30. You can only bet accas or build abets. Got to use 5 teams. Gone crap now. Opened with william hill.

Having already taken the Acca freeze option from my account due to a few ‘small wins’ they then duped my wife out of a win by changing an already frozen ‘win’ to ‘lost’ which meant she was unable to cash out once the rest of the bet was valid. They changed it the moment the bet came in.

I have been a Skybet customer for many years I love the extra places they offer and some of the specials they put up can be the real deal. So from a betting prospective they are a decent enough company. Unfortunately though when there is a problem it seems to be difficult or nearly impossible to sort it out. I have been trying to log into my account all week but am being told my details are wrong even though they are saved on all my devices and have been the same for years. Even when I try to reset my password (even though I know it is right) I keep getting the spinning wheel (trying to load).I have tried to contact via email etc but no reply to date, the first contact was sent four days ago.I have now given up and fortunately have other accounts. It is rare for me to give bad reviews but unfortunately there customer support is terrible.

Skybet is Ruthless. My Wise Bank let me make deposit to Skybet, but does not allow any incomming payments from Gambling, Casino, etc. I asked Skybet to withdraw to my other High Street Bank, Barclays, but Skybet refused, and they told me- my only option is to close my Wise Bank account, send them Proof of Closing Letter and then they will make withdrawal. But i do need my Wise Bank account for my international transfers and exchanges to my family back home. And i feel like i am being forced against my will.

this is a terrible site not honest or fair. for instance, i regularly do football acca’s and not for the first time i placed an 9 team acca on both match odds and both teams to score, 8 of the matches were winning or had won with one match remaining with 35 minutes to go. i was expecting a fairly high cashout but no, they suspended one of the matches that had already finished hence suspended the cahout. this site is nothing short of cheating as this has happened several times. customer services did not help or explain the reason behind this only to say that cashout is offered by a third party so i asked who the third party is and guess what, they refused to say.

How can the ‘net’ deposit rule be ethical? You set a limit to budget. If you win that’s a bonus. It just feels like they want you to bet until you’ve scoffed all your budget. What am I saying? Of course that’s what they want !!! Despicable really.

Appalling customer service. Spent loads of my time sending messages to try and recover £2 on a money back as cash promotion. Every time a different person eventually answered with conflicting views and it took over three weeks for them to finally inform me why I was not getting my cash back.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Full of people that don’t speak English, can’t even understand simple sentences. There whole game is just not to help you out with you’re issue, send cocky little 1 sentence replys back wich don’t make sense, all just to wind you up, to make you say 1 bad word like sh!t, then they close the conversation. I’ve contacted customer support on 3 diffrent occasions now. 3 times I haven’t been helped. Even got a manager to contact me via email ( that took 7 days to get a message) all for him to say contact our live team and they’ll help you out 🤦‍♂️, seriously sky have some of the best games to use on Vegas and some of the easiest gambling you can do, but with this abysmal customer service no wonder they’ve fallen behind, William Hill and paddy Power. I was a long time customer of Skybet who offer value with their places paid on horse racing that is if they accept your bet. I am a small punter and at the recent Cheltenham Festival they accepted £10 EW @33/1 on a horse. Then when I wanted £5 EW on a horse @25/1in the same race they would only accept 10 pence EW In my mind they are not true bookmakers and do not offer a service they just want losers so will not guarantee to take your bet even when it’s very small staked. If you want to be sure your bet is on go to someone else

Appalling customer service. Never answer my actual queries which turned into complaints. Poor grammar in their belated replies. They have definitely changed something recently, service overall is not as it was a year or two ago. And my queries have not been resolved – I have just given up!

I had my account closed by skybet because they said that I was involved in illegal activities. That is what clause 18.2 of their terms and conditions.No explaining what these were or any other explanation.Just accused of illegal activities. I did nothing more than bet with them as anyone would.the fact that I sometimes win was probably the issue.I have other betting accounts and have no problems with them.Be careful you don’t win with SKYBET as they can and will withhold any money in your account and say you are illegally betting when you win.

Skybets boosts never win, they always seem to lose by 1, which indicates to me that they are fixed and they know exactly what’s going to happen. Thieves, I’m sticking with bet365 now, because I’m tired of the rubbish. It’s crazy how a player can get 1 shot on target in the first 45mins, then not do anything for 45mins being the teams main striker for the next shot on target. Clearly you have these scams planned out.

I have created an account last week. Sent all the documents, and as normal, they said that it was all ok to play. After a big win, (bet 200 and won 1200), my account was suddenly suspended and they are saying that they will investigate it for up to 2 weeks.It is quite frustrating, because my funds will be there locked all of this time.SkyBet need to improve on this. How can they approve your ID and docs, and on the next day, suspend your account, because they need to verify you again? Why they don’t do a stronger verification process in a way that they don’t need to do more verifications after?

Absolute robbers. Do not bet on this site. Placed a bet on Mullins to have 9 or more winners at Cheltenham and they changed the bet on the receipt to say over 9 winners. I have proof of this and will be taking it further. Don’t waste your money on this site!!!

Sky bet is an absolute rip off and everything wrong with gambling industry. I have had two bets in the last month where they have suspended my bet. Once because their system had an issue when my bet would have won. Second time because a match was postponed. I understand this is beyond their control but they don’t even offer you your stake money back as a gesture of good will. Really rubbish

I would give 0 stars but can not on here. I had a self exclusion in place as years ago i never had a bet on line, I used my local bookie Ladbrookes. How ever I was able to registar with skybet for the free ITV 7 bet. So actually putting money on a horse i,d never done with sky bet. I used Paddy Power for myself, and Betfair with myself and one other. the betfair was used only for an E/W L15 with me and one other on saturdays TV racing, and I used the PP for myself, this was usually only about £6 on a saturday. I had an iffy fit with a free bet issue with Betfair so closed the account, and went to sign up with Skybet. I checked on what they needed I up loaded photo ID, Driving licence, and for proof of address they wanted something like utility bill, bank statement etc, so for that I uploaded letter from Nationwide, just the heading with my name and address on and the date letter was sent (Feb this year) they said it should take about 5 hours to verify, but maybe 12hrs if they are busy, I waited over 24 hrs so went on their chat line and they were most unhelpful. so I rang the relevant number and explained all to the guy that answered, he said he will email me and if I attached the relevant docs to the email he will make sur they go straight to the relevant team, so this I did. so I had sent docs via email uploaded both docs twice on their web site, then last night I received an email saying “We have closed you account” sorry for inconvienence. No explanation or nothing. sadly this had also blocked me from Betfair and PP, as they are under the same umberalla. So I was back on the chat with both Betfair and PP I admitted that I closed Betfair in an iffy fit, they were very good and understanding, and set about reopening my account then I was told that a self exclusion had been applied, I stated I had not done this and explained what had happened, the lady helping me was very understanding, and got things hopefully sorted, but because of this self exclusion I now have to wait “24 hour cooling off period” so will try to log back in tonight around 7pm when cooling off period ends. The above scenario was the same for PP, their chat line people were also very helpful and understanding. But for both I had to give annual income and accept a monthly limit for 6 months all because I just tried to join skybet. I only spend about £5/6 a week on a saturday to watch tv racing. I am a senior citizen that has always had a little flutter on a saturday. I just can not understand why skybet did this, no explanation or nothing, their was nothing offensive in any phone calls, or chat, so just to be told we are closing you account even stopping me doing the free ITV 7. Like I said Id never had a bet with them using a betting app all I did was apply to join. WHAT AN AWFUL COMPANY, AS OTHER HAVE SAID PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU USE ANY OTHER COMPANY UNDER THE SAME UMBERELLA.

Non runner no bet offer for Cheltenham festival. Skybet did not adhere to their own nrnb offer. Horse was withdrawn and settled as a loss. The live chat only provided a generic ante post betting guidance. Chat abruptly stopped working before getting a proper answer. Not worth pursuing for the amount involved. Dishonest promotion. This is Skybets NRNB Cheltenham offer..[What is the promotion? Both myself and my partner use Sky Bet to play Super6 but today my partners account was suspended and closed permanently, without a single explanation as to why. My account was also suspended and closed a while back, with an open bet, and they were just going to take the money I had placed. After about 5 sessions on Live Chat, I managed to get mine re-opened but still constantly locked out and having to change my PIN.Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT BOTHER OPENING AN ACCOUNT with these crooks. I would also suggest if you already have an account with them, close it before they do!!

They asked me to change my pin for security reasons which I did. Then wouldn’t let me login with my new details. The chat wasn’t very helpful. I lost money because I wanted to cash out on an accumulator , but they didn’t want to know. I won’t be using this site again

I’ve been with Skybet for around 10+ years, great to begin with, get you in with good promotions, over the last 3 – 4 years this has changed and not for the better. promotions are rubbish now compared to other sites, they change their rules without advising anyone , so now i have closed my account, i can see a lot of people following also.
