Started off good and being able to contact via email if needed. Now that I have to verify my identification and have followed steps to do so and been unsuccessful, I can no longer get in contact. I really tried to go back to this casino. I gave it another chance and I won a bit, like $600 but it took probably $2500 to win that. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don’t play here, you will loose and loose and they will give you a win but it’s far less than what you put in, they are the only ones winning.

Just so everyone is aware. Once you start playing and all a sudden it refreshes the page again and not by you doing it your self you can kiss your money goodbye. It’s like it will only let you win until a certain percentage then it refreshes on its own then your wins are less and less I been playing for awhile. Got a email few months ago requesting more documents than the usual such as proof of income last 5 years. bank statements for 3 months etc etc and had to update my licence as well. I had 30 days to provide all this otherwise account would be closed. 23 days after I was winning on jackpot city and accounts were shut down. I have sent all relevant documents and still waiting over 2 weeks for a outcome which is not the timeframe they say on website also do not keep to what they state in terms and conditions.
