Right,I read the reviews and thought I’d give these guys the benefit of the doubt but actually it appears that I’ve had the same experience as the majority. Firstly you can only deposit £100 at a time which is odd. You’re then told you have 48 hours to upload verification documents. (I did this straight away and it said I was approved). HOWEVER, the second I deposited £300 there seemed to be issues why I don’t know. However I managed to win £1500+. Then all of a sudden the verification team came swarming in asking for bank statements etc, again semi standard but their terms and conditions stated that I had 48 hours to send otherwise be account would be restricted. Then I had deposit limits (which I didn’t hit but was still prevented from depositing) and then asked to provide proof of where my money came from and additional bank statements. I did this and all of a sudden I can’t use my account despite being compliant. Avoid there are better operators and they’re not helpful

I made 3 withdrawals within 2 days & one never appeared in my account. I queried after giving it a few weeks, and after withdrawing twice more with no problem. I was asked for copies of my bank statements from the withdrawal date. Sent them reluctantly. Got generic responses emailed back. Queried what’s going on after a few days & they wanted my statements again but including current days transactions too. Would’ve gone on for eternity. Never got a straight answer.. Or my money. I must say Rizk was one of the old school casinos thats been around for awhile . They have their good and bad times. I don’t think it concerns them on how much your level is or how they lag quite a bit or dont pay out as much . Everybody will always have a different experience. I was told to wait 6 weeks before reopening my account after I sent them a complaint. Then I got this message (after placing a bet on the blackjack table) I got an error saying “please refresh the page” so I did so, as instructed. The site took my money and no hand was delt to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this site. I contacted support but in order to get this money back I would have to get their technical team to have a look at the issue. Rizk is legit, however there ask for verification documents such as a photo of your credit card can be an issue. I am always happy playing at Rizk. At forst I was skeptical because I thought it was a scam, however when I withdrew money it always came through. The verification process is quite quick. It only takes roughly 24hrs to be verified and bank transfers usually takes 24hrs to be into your account. I have lost much money at Rizk, but also have had some big wins. On my first day playing at Rizk, I won a few times which equated to $1000NZD. I withdrew the money and it was in my account the following day. An issue I found with Rizk is that the method that you deposit with is the method that you withdraw with. Unless if you use a paysafe card then you can choose a method of withrawl.

Don’t sign up. They let you deposit then ban you if you win I won only 250 they immediately deny my account access require loads of information which they got and then it takes forever to have a withdrawal be accepted. Most ridiculous website I have ever been on. Customer support is a joke. They don’t accept any sort of verification documents. I sent pictures of my card multiple times with 4 digits covered at the front and cvc covered at the back, I sent a bank statement which all were rejected. Pretty fishy when I sent documents to other websites and they were accepted. I assume its because they’re scammers and want to steal your money. Have access to your bank card and all. Ridiculous!! As soon as I won more than few grand I was told to fill out their withdraw form which I did and was accepted. I waited eagerly for my payout which a month on had not happened. When I asked what is going on with my payout they are now asking I send them personal documents as in back statement, recent bills ect. So it all started like max year ago: I decided to open an account to this shi#ty casino. At the beginning I ofcourse won like 20€ per 10€ deposit. Yay! So usually I’ve won small amounts of money. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Then I won like ~250€ and I had to send some documents – no biggie as I had everything in hand already. Account got verified and everything went well until it didn’t. Started using Rizk a while ago and overall I have had a good experience, but there are definitely a couple of things to improve upon. As far as online casinos go, there’s way worse out there (particularly if you include the ones that are straight scams) but the verification process is so insane to me. I’ve been using for about 6 months and not had any problems with withdrawals etc etc etc and the game selection is pretty good. But wow, these guys really don’t want me to put money in. I’ve been asked for more identification than I’d need to open a bank account. ID not enough? Okay, payslips. Payslips not enough? Okay, bank statements. Bank statements not enough? Work contract?!
