Most ridiculous website I have ever been on. Customer support is a joke. They don't accept any sort of verification documents. I sent pictures of my card multiple times with 4 digits covered at the front and cvc covered at the back, I sent a bank statement which all were rejected. Pretty fishy when I sent documents to other websites and they were accepted. I assume its because they're scammers and want to steal your money. Have access to your bank card and all. Ridiculous!! DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAMMING UNHELPFUL CASINO.

This casino is not allowed to accept Dutch players because they don’t have a license to do so. Therefore I want a full refund of deposits made.I have attempted to resolve this matter with your customer support team on multiple occasions, and I appreciate the assistance provided so far. However, despite the assurances and promises made, I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or any indication of a refund for the aforementioned losses.

Was debating if I should sign up or not due to the mixed reviews. But seeing the bad ones seem to be todo with the fact they didn’t win on there bonus’s I thought I’d give it a go as reviews like this are normally just people who didn’t win that time 😂. Signed up at 5pm approx Verified half hour later Deposited 20 after setting my deposit limit to 50 a week Was upto 80 by 6pm and withdrew Money in my bank 5 mins later If you have the correct docs for verification and you understand you don’t allways win then happy days great site. Defo missing a few of my favourite games though.

RTP looks adjusted and pay rate changed. When hit a better prize usually is not very high in order to costumer keep playing until drain all money to zero. Particularly in Netent games these are games that got tighter with RTP adjusted. No big payouts, made to suck only your money. Stay away.

Incredibly bad casino! Casinos will always win but Rizk will not only win but literally gives you nothing. Go play another online Casino - I have played many and would say this Casino easily comes bottom.VERY rare to hit a bonus, when you do the pay is terrible, it's borderline scamming! Game selection overall could be improved but has most of the best pokies though could do with more high payline games, but the site itself is just a bit meh, don’t really get on with the UI and whole sit ehonestly just looks a little lazyfast payout time for Skrill got my winnings nice and quick haven't tried other deposit/withdrawal methods so not sure how it goes otherwise so would probably say to people to just use Skrill for the peace of mindcustomer service okay but pretty slow, they are not the most in the know and get the feeling they dont really get what the processes are took 3 tries to get someone who was on the ball

I singed up to Rizk and I am regretting it now, very easy to deposit money very hard to withdraw money, nothing about verifying your account until you want to withdraw I send all the right documents to only be told that a proper bank statement from my bank is not good enough it’s for customers protection they hold you to ransom when it comes to withdrawing money, they play every trick in book to fob you off even blamed your bank I rang the bank they never stop a payment going in to your account.They have my passport and a utility bill and still not verified my account. I just get passed around and fob off. This as been going on for 5days now and it’s not even a lot of money I lost more than what I want to take out. My issue is still on going.

As soon as I won more than few grand I was told to fill out their withdraw form which I did and was accepted. I waited eagerly for my payout which a month on had not happened. When I asked what is going on with my payout they are now asking I send them personal documents as in back statement, recent bills ect. You can’t get more person that’s all the information and bank info given to them from their site. Excuse after excuse. They are scammers please beware of this site

Overall live chat very paitent and good when small wins fast no problem very good first time ver I have won bigger amount what a problem vertication the said gave wrong bank so can't confirm that but when got correct bank with my bank even contacting them bank stamped documents I can't use my full name on bank statement and bank sent email this still can't be vertifyed. I can't get anymore info than my bank vertifying and even now they asking if it's legit. Ok when win small hundred but first time large amounts not ok. I know about safety and protection but when a bank contacts that should be enough to vertiy

Well after endless scamming casino sites i was about to try this one but after reading these reviews ill not bother as spent more time more stress sleepless nights with having fight on my hands to get my winnings from endless other sites... So it all started like max year ago: I decided to open an account to this shi#ty casino. At the beginning I ofcourse won like 20€ per 10€ deposit. Yay! So usually I've won small amounts of money. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Then I won like ~250€ and I had to send some documents - no biggie as I had everything in hand already. Account got verified and everything went well until it didn't. After it [my account] was verified I DID NOT WIN A SINGLE DIME, lost hundreds of euros (I'm a student so thats quite a lot). I contacted their support, which by the way is so motherfu#!?#! ass. From their support I got copy pasted bot-npc-answers about how their slots are fair and I should gamble more responsibly. Oh and they do absolutely nothing to stop problem gambling. There are some options to toggle loss limit, reality checker etc. But that don't do literally anything. These filthy scammers should really know what kind of sh#t they're providing for us paying customer. In other words: DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PEACE OF #!?!. Ps.: I've lost all my money on like 15 or 20 consecutive deposits. If that's what you call fair, you should probably reassess your moral values.

Started using Rizk a while ago and overall I have had a good experience, but there are definitely a couple of things to improve upon. As far as online casinos go, there’s way worse out there (particularly if you include the ones that are straight scams) but the verification process is so insane to me. I’ve been using for about 6 months and not had any problems with withdrawals etc etc etc and the game selection is pretty good. But wow, these guys really don’t want me to put money in. I’ve been asked for more identification than I’d need to open a bank account. ID not enough? Okay, payslips. Payslips not enough? Okay, bank statements. Bank statements not enough? Work contract?! Yes, it's fine, my job pays well, I can afford to gamble. I know gambling safety etc but it's ridiculous how often they ask - and always seems to be shortly after my bigger wins or streaks? They lock your account while this is ongoing and this is now the 3rd time.Account has been locked for a week now and live chat not helpful, emails go unanswered/they reply asking for info already provded - check the trail! Should say no disrespect to the people on the other end, they've been really nice but just not helpful - unsure if it's lack of training, lack of autonomy or they're just stalling me.Good site, but way too much red tape.

I explained to the chat agent that I work nights hence I am not able to go online during the day. i won 33 000 norwegian kroner (3000€) they wiped my balance, set the withrawel status as completed but i never recieved the funds. i contacted support and they said it was an error that i won money. basicly the site is an entire scam. if you win more than a few hundred euro they blame internal errors and scam you out of your funds. Would strongly advice against this casino due to thier frauduelent behaviour.

Well I would have probably given a good review, a month ago. However, not so much anymore. Everything started out good I would have even recommend them as a top casino however due to incidents the past 2 weeks I will not be. I had several withdrawals pending, via wire transfer, how ever my fault I miss typed the transit number while entering the wire transfer info. I had tried to communicate that with customer service and just kept getting put off. Told the money will be deposited into my account anyways, every customer service member i talk to seem to just not care and would respond back with oh wait a few days. It will show up, when I told them it won’t they seemed to all ignore me. I had talked to 3 people over live chat 1 over email. And no one seemed to care. By the final person I chatted with over live chat I was quite upset and a little stressed out. As there was a unforeseen financial emergency. My pet got sick and my rent was due. My whole pay check needed to go to these events leaving me no money for my basic needs. So it turned out these winnings were going to come in handy to help me out. However anytime i asked about it I just got told to wait a few more days. Yes I’ll admit I was probably in the wrong a bit by letting my frustration and stress do the talking. However after it had been a week and my first withdrawal wasn’t in yet I was starting to get a bit upset. Meanwhile the 3rd guy I had talked to, kept just egging me on, telling me I don’t know how withdrawals work, and that he needs to re educate me on them. And but would be no help to me, or give me answers. Without thinking to much, I made a few comments like: “I needed that money for food". "Guess ill just starve at this rate" "It's not like your going to make my funds appear so I can finally eat after 3 days" Which they took as I have a “Gambling” issue, because for once I actually needed my winnings. Any other time I could not have cared less how long they took. Well it was not because of “gambling” issue, but unforseen circumstances in my day to day life. They decided to lock my account then close it permanently. And tell me I need to look into help. The reason they closed my account was due to those comments. I was emailed by their customer support supervisor. Telling me she did closed it due to those issues and sent my withdrawal through again. When I tried to explain the situation and the circumstances as to I was a bit stressed out at the time. And closing my account was totally uncalled for. She ignored my final email, and I got no response. She did not care, and just decided that was the way to go. If your pet/kid was sick and you were a little tight on money would you not be a little stressed also? I still have not seen my withdrawal from almost 2 weeks ago, and the other few I was told were deposited successfully, I have sent screen shots of my accounts and no withdrawals on my statement, just to be told AGAIN wait a few days. Every aspect of dealing with customer service was unprofessional, from staff on live chat to customer service supervisors. And a big waste of time. I would not be this upset and writing this review if she did not close my account permanently. As this was my main casino, and my favourite up until this recent incident. It’s really disappointing that this is how they treat their customers. And just shows that they do not care about customers. It’s rather sad to see what was a good site go and pull something like this.

No idea why there’s so many bad reviews here. RTP is actually much higher than other non cryptocurrency casinos. 96-97% on my favourite games compared to 94% on competitor casinos. Verification only took a few hours and was easy, and withdrawals were quick. Almost instant for small amounts and only a few hours when I tried to withdraw a few grand. I think many people here are leaving negative reviews because they gambled more than they could afford to lose and had a bad luck streak, which can happen regardless of what the payouts are set to. Gamble responsibly with these guys and you will have no issues, chur.

I tried to log back on to my rizk account and was BLOCKED!!!I went to live chat who played every verification trick in the book , while being passive aggressive! Only to be sold dreams about how she cant do this or that blah blah and that she has escalated the matter.... It has been hours and hours and many emails to try resolve this matter only to be continuously ignored and now for some reason live chat won't connect.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO

What a joke this site is joined up didn't even deposit as I got distracted and didn't log out. I nodded off when I woke up I decided I was going to have a little go on site so I went to deposit I couldn't so I contacted support and asked them why. Only to be told my account was suspended due to me gambling for long periods of time and making multiple deposits it had raised red flags as I was gambling unsociable hours. I hadn't even made any deposits if I could see my deposit history then surly they could see it too no games where even entered. I simply let the dog out sat down got engrossed in a documentary and nodded off and left the page open. When I tried to explain this I was met with our risk assessment team will be in touch but until then your account is suspended. I told them not to bother and close the account liars they didn't even check to see if deposit where made non where their loss glad I have seen these reviews now lucky escape.

Brought a bunch of bonus buys on gates of olympus for the last 5 weeks and couldn't even manage one win over $86 lost over $2.500 feel like an idiot thinking it was just a bad run untill I left 7 complaint and they treated me like I was stupid sending me copy and pasted replies and then threatening to close my account if I didn't reply to there email message that there games don't have repetitive payouts which they so do.
