Sheett company. I open account and transfer money for play. Due to Ltd markets and sheet odds I decided to move money out only to receive email saying INSUFFICIENT FINANCIAL ACTIVITY. Not a bad little firm. Withdrawal speed cannot be beat when I compare it to all other firms I'm using at the moment. Others could really learn from you.

If you like additional markets on football these lot are good. Usually offer a few lines for corners and cards markets, whereas other bookmakers offer just the one line or even worse none.

My account is slightly up but in no way does that influence my review. As a player and bettor the one thing you want is prompt payout of winnings. Some online sites want to make you jump through hoops at times but Ive withdrawn £300 this morning at 7.30 and its only 10am now and its there ALREADY. That's all you can ask for. There's great tools too in order to stop you getting carried away as I have been prone to do in the past.lol but either way…cant fault Quinnbet. Well done to them.

Have to give them credit after reading so many negative reviews. Had a little flutter last night doubled my money, no drama paid out in a matter of hours. Customer service was rapid and friendly when i had a query. My advice would be make sure your electorol registered to your address and don't put stupid amounts on if your a new customer obviously gonna be a delay if you paying in 2 grand and taking out 4 grand gonna be extra verification and security required. Enjoyed the virtua sports the football took me back to fifa 95 will be going on again.

I opened an account to take advantage of their enhanced offering – a £5 free bet and 100 free spins. I followed their terms and conditions correctly, waited for the bet to settle in anticipation of the free bet being credited…but I was wrong, nothing appeared.

Upon contacting them they state that someone at my IP address opened an account – not bad when I live alone. But, here's the cracker, won't actual provide any proof other than 'someone did something'. So in effect, I lose out because of no fault of my own.

Their complaint process is a joke (Tonya is a 'Customer Service Manager' providing no customer service); they won't give any details, other than generic information. Not sure how they think that's addressing my complaint. I have asked them to provide all data held about me as per GDPR, but I somehow suspect they still won't provide me with any tangible proof that I haven't met their terms and conditions.

I will now take this to IBAS in the hope that common sense prevails and I am awarded with my £5 free bet and 100 spins.

If you're going to open an account with them, do yourself a favour and make sure that someone hasn't jumped on your Wi-Fi without your knowledge otherwise you'll be left scratching your head wondering why you've failed to meet some nonsensical term.

Tried them out for the free bet if 2nd to the fav promotion, which i have already benefitted from Since discovered there are lots of other money back as a free bet offers, such as beaten by a length or less, and fallers (selected races). Plus you get 5% back as free bets of any daily losses and 25% as free bets of any weekly losses. This makes a big difference to your P/L figure over the long term. Website is clean, fresh, highly attractive and easy to use, finding a horse race is simple. Bet history is a little cumbersome and i cannot see a profit/loss summary report. Live racing is crystal clear and a decent size too (take note B365) and you don't have to have had a bet on the race to watch it, just a positive balance i think. Overall, well pleased up to now, great for a small stakes punter. Hope it continues. BOG after 8.30am, Oh and their chat is very good even at 9.30pm at night!

Took advantage of Jon Rahm getting covid 19 and did not pay out like paddypower, boylesports, bet365, skybet etc.. they seen this as an a greedy opportunity and knowing Sean quinn this does not suprise. Deplorable act and I hope everyone thinking of opening an account please rethink and join a more reputable site like the ones mentioned above

Fail to follow any proper complaints procedure. Ignore emails, close down accounts to prevent paying earned bonuses.
Will no doubt have their U.K. licence revoked, like their twitter account was.

I joined quinnbet only a few days ago, I sent them images of my passport, bank card, and utility bill for verification. Passed verification.
I made numerous deposits & withdrawals following wins and losses.
Yesterday I make a withdrawal of just short of £4000 following a win, I receive an email requesting SOW, I email a detailed bank statement and a detailed savings statement with a substantial balance from previous wages, sale of goods, and some winnings. All documents printed with yesterday's date, in my name, with my bank details and address.
Quinnbet are withholding my withdrawal but are allowing me to deposit and place bets. Clearly a business decision that suits only quinnbet.
Quinnbet reject these stating they won't accept the savings and want a wage slip from this month or p60 for 2020-21 which I don't have yet.
I have told them that if the sensitive detailed information sent already does not suffice then to close the account down and process my withdrawal. To which they've stated without the wage slip or p60 they WILL NOT PROCESS MY WITHDRAWAL.

THEY HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT BUT NOT PAID ME MY WITHDRAWAL. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW ACCORDINGLY WITH QUINNBETS ACTIONS FROM THIS POINT.

Still waiting on them providing me details of their complaints procedure. As I’ve made genuine complaint (failure to award earned bonuses, and breaking the t&cs of said bonuses), following which they have not dealt with the complaint… yet they closed my account.

please use quinnbet…. if you want poor customer relations, if you want no answer to genuine complaints, if you want a bookmaker who fails to pay out bonuses, who breaks their own rules, and U.K. law.
They’re the bookie for you.

if they were interested in how much people could afford to gamble…. they could simply pause deposits, except they allow you to gamble £££££s before asking for proof of income, then ban you without notic, even when due bonuses etc, this saving on the bonuses.

Very unprofessional gambling site. I had been playing for a few weeks and dont get me wrong I love the games, and was pretty successful….. as usual the more you win the more you bet…… I got a bonus of 50 pound, I used it wisely and within 3 days I accumulated over 2 grand and met my wagering requirements, well could I cash out….. not a hope in hell, I got every excuse under the sun, and was offered a pity 100 pound as a good will gesture. ive emailed in regards my husband opened a quinn bet account in my name and used my card without me knowing, he suffers from mental heath issues, you done no id check for him to prove who he was, this has left me with ever growing financial difficulty and its play on my health and well being. i am my my husbands full time carer, as a gesture of goodwill i asking for a full refund of all losses.

I can’t fault the site in total I had deposited £80 before a few wins dropped in and I withdrew £1050 I looked at reviews and thought oh maybe I won’t see this cash without having to jump through impossible hoops but a simple email to verify my identity was all that was needed from clicking withdraw to the money actually being in my bank was less than three days it was a nice little boost just before Christmas

If your lonely and want to be constantly contacted this is the company for you. Despite losing but not big amounts you have e mails, telephone calls constantly asking you whether your happy with your gambling. Then despite giving them all the ID under the sun they want your life story even though your clearly not a problem gambler or money laundering. Unless you give them bank statements, P60'S your threatened with closure. I've never had this before or with my other accounts. Now the betting….slots don't pay out much, the specials aren't well special and the prices are uncompetitive to say the least. Are one of these little companies that will suddenly fold under a cloud.
